印度燃煤電站鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)分析

【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國鋼結(jié)構(gòu)行業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,在國家"走出去"和"一帶一路"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的支持下,海外鋼結(jié)構(gòu)項(xiàng)目越來越多的出現(xiàn)在中國建筑企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目單中。但是,海外鋼結(jié)構(gòu)項(xiàng)目中有諸多項(xiàng)目處于低利潤(rùn)狀態(tài),因此,海外鋼結(jié)構(gòu)項(xiàng)目成本分析問題尤為重要。本文以印度2x660MW超臨界電站項(xiàng)目為例進(jìn)行研究,該超臨界電站項(xiàng)目是位于印度西部的拉賈斯坦邦,合同交貨條件采用CIF(指到岸交貨,即包含國內(nèi)制作、保險(xiǎn)和海上運(yùn)輸),合同約定青島港口離港、印度孟買港口交貨。煤倉間鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的供貨范圍包括:煤倉間框架、煤斗、內(nèi)襯及其附件、樓面梁、支撐、系桿、爐側(cè)平臺(tái)、爐前平臺(tái)、鋼樓層板、彩鋼板、剪力釘、樓梯及欄桿和以上相應(yīng)部分的加工制作和海上運(yùn)輸工作。本文首先討論了課題研究的背景和意義,分析了國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,然后闡述了印度燃煤電站鋼結(jié)構(gòu)項(xiàng)目的制造和技術(shù)規(guī)范,在此基礎(chǔ)上,從鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作成本和運(yùn)輸成本進(jìn)行分析。本文主要針對(duì)煤倉間鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的落煤斗、煤倉間框架、爐前平臺(tái)、爐側(cè)平臺(tái)以及煤倉間樓面這五大部分進(jìn)行制作成本分析和運(yùn)輸成本分析。鋼構(gòu)件加工成本按性質(zhì)可將其劃分為人工費(fèi)、材料費(fèi)、機(jī)械費(fèi)、規(guī)費(fèi)、企業(yè)管理費(fèi)和稅金六部分,其中材料費(fèi)比例很大。本文以材料費(fèi)為重點(diǎn),提出了鋼構(gòu)件制作成本的諸多控制措施,以降低工程制作成本,增加利潤(rùn)。在運(yùn)輸成本分析中,通過合理的打包運(yùn)輸方案減少了鋼構(gòu)件體積,合理的運(yùn)輸方案以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的規(guī)避有效的減低了運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用,降低了工程成本。通過印度燃煤電站鋼結(jié)構(gòu)項(xiàng)目的分析研究,從制作成本和運(yùn)輸成本兩大方面提出相應(yīng)控制措施,從而幫助企業(yè)降成本、增利潤(rùn),為以后的海外鋼結(jié)構(gòu)項(xiàng)目積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's steel structure industry has developed rapidly. With the support of the national "going out" and "Belt and Road" development strategy, more and more overseas steel structure projects appear in the project list of Chinese construction enterprises. Many of the overseas steel structure projects are in low profit, so the cost analysis of overseas steel structure projects is particularly important. This paper takes the 2x660MW supercritical power station project in India as an example. The supercritical power station project is located in Rajasthan, western India, and the terms of delivery of the contract are CIF-including domestic production, insurance and maritime transport, and the contract provides for the departure of the port of Qingdao. Supply range of steel structure between coal bunkers includes: coal bunker frame, coal hopper, lining and its accessories, floor beam, support, tie rod, furnace side platform, furnace front platform, steel floor board, ribbon steel plate, shear nail, In this paper, the background and significance of the research are discussed, and the present research situation at home and abroad is analyzed. Then, the manufacturing and technical specifications of steel structure project of coal-fired power station in India are described. On this basis, the cost of steel structure production and transportation are analyzed. This paper mainly focuses on coal hopper, frame and platform in front of furnace. These five parts of furnace side platform and coal bunker floor are used to analyze the production cost and transportation cost. The processing cost of steel component can be divided into six parts according to its nature: labor cost, material cost, machinery fee, fee, enterprise management fee and tax. The proportion of material cost is very large. This paper puts forward a lot of measures to control the production cost of steel component in order to reduce the cost of engineering production and increase the profit. In the analysis of transportation cost, the paper puts forward many measures to control the production cost of steel component. The volume of steel components is reduced by reasonable package transportation scheme, and the reasonable transportation scheme and risk aversion are used to effectively reduce the transportation cost and the project cost. Through the analysis and research of the steel structure project of coal-fired power station in India, The corresponding control measures are put forward from two aspects of production cost and transportation cost so as to help enterprises reduce cost increase profits and accumulate experience for overseas steel structure projects in the future.
