【摘要】：本文采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法以及定量分析法,探討項(xiàng)目成本控制過程。具體研究思路是：從YJ建設(shè)公司的角度,在建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成本管理的相關(guān)理論和研究動態(tài)的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)的介紹了煙臺毓磺頂醫(yī)院綜合大樓東區(qū)工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的概況、項(xiàng)目工作說明、主要工作目標(biāo)和建設(shè)意義,并分析了該建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)；利用項(xiàng)目成本構(gòu)成部分和WBS分解圖,估算了該項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)成本,并將其目標(biāo)成本按照工程工序進(jìn)行了分解；然后基于項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)成本及其成分分解,采用工程價(jià)值理論和掙值法,從項(xiàng)目決策階段、項(xiàng)目招投標(biāo)階段、項(xiàng)目施工階段和竣工結(jié)算階段論述了該項(xiàng)目成本控制過程和成本控制方法,并分析出每個(gè)階段的成本控制問題,并針對這些問題提出了相應(yīng)措施。本文研究的意義在于：1)大多數(shù)文獻(xiàn)局限于成本控制理論研究,對成本控制理論實(shí)際應(yīng)用研究較少,本文的研究不僅可以作為建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成本控制的案例參考,還可以對成本控制理論應(yīng)用方面做一點(diǎn)彌補(bǔ)；2)將建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成本相關(guān)理論和方法與實(shí)際中的具體案例相結(jié)合,詳細(xì)的詮釋了成本控制的過程,將成本控制理論和方法付諸于實(shí)踐,具有很強(qiáng)的操作實(shí)踐意義。本文研究的主要結(jié)論：1)目標(biāo)成本法和掙值法結(jié)合不僅能夠?qū)⒊杀究刂坡鋵?shí)到個(gè)人,還能及時(shí)的檢查出超支問題,予以及時(shí)解決；2)價(jià)值工程法有利于YJ建設(shè)公司對分包公司、建材供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行篩選；3)在成本控制中,特別要注意不確定因素帶來的不必要成本支出風(fēng)險(xiǎn),特別是合同、安全、項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)素質(zhì)和協(xié)作性。4)可以將目標(biāo)成本設(shè)置在一定區(qū)間內(nèi),對成本進(jìn)行全過程控制：5)將成本控制納入項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)考核中。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于：1)操作實(shí)踐性較強(qiáng),可以作為實(shí)際建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成本管理的案例參考。2)提出了將彈性預(yù)算與掙值法相結(jié)合,不僅可以使得成本控制變得靈活且有一定彈性,還可以分階段檢測成本控制存在的問題,便于及時(shí)糾正并改進(jìn)成本控制方案。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the process of project cost control by the methods of literature research, field investigation and quantitative analysis. The specific research ideas are as follows: from the perspective of YJ Construction Company, on the basis of related theories and research trends of construction project cost management, This paper introduces in detail the general situation, the project work description, the main work objective and the construction significance of the east side project of Yantai Yu-Sulfonding Hospital complex, and analyzes the characteristics of the construction project, using the project cost components and the WBS decomposition diagram, The target cost of the project is estimated, and the target cost is decomposed according to the engineering process, and then based on the decomposition of the project objective cost and its components, the theory of engineering value and earned value method are adopted, from the stage of project decision-making and the stage of project bidding, This paper discusses the cost control process and cost control methods of the project in the construction stage and the completion settlement stage, and analyzes the cost control problems in each stage. The significance of this study is that most of the literature is limited to the study of cost control theory, but the practical application of cost control theory is less. The research in this paper can not only be used as a case reference of construction project cost control, but also can make up for the application of cost control theory. (2) combining the relevant theory and method of construction project cost with concrete cases in practice. The process of cost control is explained in detail, and the theory and method of cost control are put into practice. The main conclusion of this paper is: 1) the combination of goal cost method and earned value method can not only implement cost control to individuals, but also check out the problem of overspending in time. The value engineering method is helpful for YJ Construction Company to screen subcontracting companies and building materials suppliers in time. In cost control, special attention should be paid to the unnecessary cost and expenditure risks brought by uncertain factors, especially contracts and safety. The project team quality and collaboration. 4) can set the target cost within a certain range, carry on the whole process control to the cost: 5) bring the cost control into the project team appraisal. The innovation of this paper is that the operation practice is strong. It can be used as the case reference of actual construction project cost management. (2) the combination of flexible budget and earned value method can not only make cost control flexible and flexible, but also detect the problems of cost control in stages. Facilitate timely correction and improvement of cost control programs.
