【摘要】：康慧集團(tuán)是目前國內(nèi)藥品經(jīng)營領(lǐng)域的后起之秀,隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大和經(jīng)營與服務(wù)品種的不斷增加,該企業(yè)在其內(nèi)部的管理事務(wù)和流程也不斷精化和復(fù)雜,企業(yè)各級(jí)經(jīng)營者越來越需要注重對(duì)信息的及時(shí)獲取和處理能力。針對(duì)這一情況和長遠(yuǎn)的競爭戰(zhàn)略考慮,該集團(tuán)決策開發(fā)新一代充分面向本集團(tuán)全面經(jīng)營管理業(yè)務(wù)的信息系統(tǒng)。 該系統(tǒng)的基本出發(fā)點(diǎn)是面向行業(yè)經(jīng)營特點(diǎn)和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),在充分汲取以ERP和供應(yīng)鏈為核心的現(xiàn)代運(yùn)營管理理念的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合本企業(yè)集團(tuán)的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)與能力需求,分階段、有針對(duì)性地實(shí)現(xiàn)一組對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理切實(shí)需要的信息化管理功能,如藥品連鎖經(jīng)營、供應(yīng)鏈管理、客戶關(guān)系及營銷管理、庫存管理和成本管理等方面。本文以此為背景,重點(diǎn)結(jié)合該企業(yè)集團(tuán)的核心業(yè)務(wù)之一的藥品連鎖經(jīng)營管理的信息化管理功能的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),從軟件工程開發(fā)的角度進(jìn)行較為系統(tǒng)的闡述。論文著重論述了該軟件系統(tǒng)的主要功能需求,圍繞供應(yīng)鏈作業(yè)管理、庫存管理、營銷及客戶關(guān)系管理、成本管理和面向管理者的綜合信息管理功能進(jìn)行分析和建模。在該管理系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)方面,著重闡述了業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)方案、軟件系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu)、各內(nèi)部功能單元及其主要相關(guān)流程的設(shè)計(jì)與管理,最后概要討論了該企業(yè)管理軟件的程序框架、在系統(tǒng)的客戶端及其服務(wù)器平臺(tái)上的主要的模塊程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)及其相關(guān)的測試等方面。 該系統(tǒng)交付運(yùn)行后在現(xiàn)階段效果良好,可靠、實(shí)用,滿足了開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:Kanghui Group is a rising star in the field of drug management in China. With the expansion of the scale of enterprises and the increasing variety of operations and services, the internal management affairs and processes of the enterprises are also constantly refined and complex. Managers at all levels of enterprises need to pay more and more attention to the ability to obtain and deal with information in time. In view of this situation and the consideration of long-term competitive strategy, the Group makes a decision to develop a new generation of information systems which are fully oriented to the Group's overall management business. The basic starting point of the system is to face the business characteristics of the industry and the strategic objectives of the enterprise. On the basis of fully absorbing the modern operation management concept with ERP and supply chain as the core, the system combines the actual business characteristics and capability requirements of the enterprise group. In stages, a group of information management functions that are needed for business operation and management, such as drug chain management, supply chain management, customer relations and marketing management, are implemented in a targeted manner. This paper focuses on the design and realization of the information management function of drug chain management, one of the core business of the enterprise group, such as inventory management and cost management. This paper discusses the main functional requirements of the software system, including supply chain operation management, inventory management, marketing and customer relationship management, from the point of view of software engineering development, and focuses on the main functional requirements of the software system, including supply chain operation management, inventory management, marketing and customer relationship management. Cost management and management-oriented integrated information management function are analyzed and modeled. In the aspect of software design of the management system, the design scheme of business database, the overall structure of software system, The design and management of each internal function unit and its main related processes. Finally, the program framework of the enterprise management software is discussed briefly. In the system client and server platform on the main module program implementation and related testing and so on. The system is effective, reliable and practical at the present stage, and meets the requirements of development and design.
