【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)知識(shí)的飛速發(fā)展和迅速普及,企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)方式發(fā)生了質(zhì)的變化,政府、企業(yè)對(duì)于IT應(yīng)用的需求越來(lái)越強(qiáng)烈,而先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù)也為管理信息系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。如今科研公司及企事業(yè)單位所諸多核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力中,“項(xiàng)目管理能力”成為衡量企業(yè)、公司現(xiàn)代化市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力至關(guān)重要的一點(diǎn),數(shù)字信息化的項(xiàng)目管理方式也逐漸成為普遍采用的工作管理模式。因此,高效的項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)對(duì)推動(dòng)企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理業(yè)務(wù)向數(shù)字化、結(jié)構(gòu)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、精細(xì)化、規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化管理具有重要意義。 本文簡(jiǎn)述了項(xiàng)目管理軟件的概念及作用,以軟件工程的思想為指導(dǎo),針對(duì)遼河油田公司項(xiàng)目管理工作中的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求,簡(jiǎn)析了其項(xiàng)目管理的特點(diǎn)和信息化需求,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前計(jì)算機(jī)軟件主流開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù),選擇.NET技術(shù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)。本系統(tǒng)從項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)開(kāi)始,分別從項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度、項(xiàng)目決策三大方面描述了遼河油田項(xiàng)目從立項(xiàng)到結(jié)束的完整工作流程。其中,項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃包括項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)、WBS編碼、工作任務(wù)、項(xiàng)目變更四大部分;項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度包括項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度、項(xiàng)目任務(wù)表、工作重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)、重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)匯總四大部分;項(xiàng)目決策包括項(xiàng)目甘特圖、項(xiàng)目形象進(jìn)度、項(xiàng)目拖期任務(wù)、項(xiàng)目工作量進(jìn)度、項(xiàng)目材料進(jìn)度、項(xiàng)目機(jī)械進(jìn)度、項(xiàng)目任務(wù)一覽表八大部分。通過(guò)大量的表單、圖形等形式形象系統(tǒng)的描述了項(xiàng)目在每個(gè)流程中的進(jìn)展情況。本文還還涉及了系統(tǒng)中其他如用戶(hù)管理、協(xié)同辦公、成本管理等內(nèi)容。采用SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),運(yùn)用C#編程語(yǔ)言,在Visual Studio環(huán)境下開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息處理的智能化。 本文描述了從需求分析,概要設(shè)計(jì),到詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),其中包含了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì),再到實(shí)現(xiàn)與測(cè)試的開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程。本系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)投入使用,并通過(guò)測(cè)試驗(yàn)證了本系統(tǒng)的可靠性和安全性,其整體性能也達(dá)到了系統(tǒng)的預(yù)期目標(biāo),為遼河油田企業(yè)的數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目管理提供了巨大便利。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and popularization of information technology and modern management knowledge, the management mode of enterprises has changed qualitatively. The demand of government and enterprises for IT application is more and more intense. The advanced information technology has also laid a good foundation for the development of the management information system. Now, among the many core competitiveness of scientific research companies and enterprises and institutions, "project management ability" has become a measure of enterprises, The modern market competitiveness of the company is very important, and the project management mode of digital information has gradually become the commonly adopted mode of work management. Efficient project management information system is of great significance to promote the enterprise project management business to digital, structured, standardized, refined, standardized, scientific management. In this paper, the concept and function of project management software are briefly introduced. Under the guidance of the idea of software engineering, the characteristics and information requirements of project management in Liaohe Oilfield Company are analyzed. Combined with the current mainstream computer software development technology, choose .NET technology to design and develop the system. This system starts from the project project, respectively from the project planning, project progress, Three aspects of project decision-making describe the complete workflow of Liaohe oil field project from project establishment to completion. The project plan includes WBS code, work task and project change, and the project schedule includes project schedule. The project decision includes Gantt chart, project image progress, project delay task, project workload schedule, project material schedule, project mechanical progress, project task schedule, project material schedule, project mechanical progress, project task schedule, project task schedule, project work schedule, project material schedule, project mechanical progress, project decision making, Through a large number of forms such as forms, graphics and other forms to describe the progress of the project in each process. This article also involves other systems such as user management, collaborative work, Using SQL Server database and C # programming language, developing in Visual Studio environment, the intelligent information processing is realized. This paper describes the development process from requirement analysis, summary design to detailed design, including database design, implementation and testing. The system has been put into use, and the reliability and security of the system have been verified by testing. Its overall performance has also reached the expected goal of the system, which provides great convenience for the digitization project management of Liaohe Oilfield enterprise.
