舟山江海聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)成本優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:舟山地處長江三角洲經(jīng)濟(jì)腹地,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展環(huán)境優(yōu)越,加之上海航運(yùn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來的積極影響,舟山航運(yùn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速。結(jié)合自身地理區(qū)位優(yōu)勢和優(yōu)良的深水港、深水航道優(yōu)勢,舟山江海聯(lián)運(yùn)建設(shè)前景一片光明。本文對(duì)舟山江海聯(lián)運(yùn)體系及其運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了介紹和研究,研究的重點(diǎn)是控制舟山江海聯(lián)運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)輸成本,在低運(yùn)輸成本的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇運(yùn)輸路徑、中轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)輸港口和船舶噸級(jí)。首先,本文對(duì)舟山的自然條件、地理區(qū)位、航道條件、港口條件和航運(yùn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說明。雖然,舟山發(fā)展江海聯(lián)運(yùn)的條件優(yōu)良,航道水深條件好,深水港和航運(yùn)企業(yè)數(shù)量多,但是,由于航道條件分布不均,航線需要進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),另外,通過船舶噸級(jí)小等一系列問題,需要得到解決。其次,本文介紹了舟山江海聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)輸流程的三個(gè)階段,分別是陸路運(yùn)輸、內(nèi)河航運(yùn)、海上運(yùn)輸。在此基礎(chǔ)上,討論了舟山江海聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的四個(gè)主要影響因素,它們分別是貨物需求、航道情況、港口建設(shè)和船型選擇。并對(duì)這四個(gè)主要影響因素之間存在的相互關(guān)系、作用和影響進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié)。在明確舟山江海聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)輸?shù)乃膫(gè)主要影響因素等問題的情況下,為進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化舟山江海聯(lián)運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò),本文引入了虛擬港口的概念、設(shè)置了約束條件和參數(shù)、確定了目標(biāo)函數(shù),進(jìn)行了最低運(yùn)輸成本下的建模分析,最后通過實(shí)例進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的分析說明,得到了運(yùn)輸總成本最低情況下的舟山江海聯(lián)運(yùn)的運(yùn)輸路徑,確立了貨物接收港和中轉(zhuǎn)港,合理選擇了船舶噸級(jí)。但是由于數(shù)據(jù)的收集卻無法做到完全的精確、參數(shù)的近似選取以及作者學(xué)術(shù)水平的有限性,此研究結(jié)果僅做參考之用。
[Abstract]:Zhoushan is located in the economic hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta, and the favorable environment for economic development, coupled with the positive impact brought by the development of the shipping industry in Shanghai, makes the shipping industry of Zhoushan develop rapidly. There is a bright prospect for the construction of river and sea intermodal transport in Zhoushan. This paper introduces and studies the transport system and transportation network of the river and sea in Zhoushan. The emphasis of the research is to control the transportation cost of the combined transport network of the river and sea in Zhoushan, and on the basis of the low transportation cost, First of all, this paper gives a detailed description of Zhoushan's natural conditions, geographical location, waterway conditions, port conditions and the development status of the shipping industry. Zhoushan has excellent conditions for developing river and sea transport, good waterway depth conditions, and a large number of deep-water ports and shipping enterprises. However, due to the uneven distribution of waterway conditions, the route needs to be optimized and designed, in addition to a series of problems, such as the small tonnage of ships, etc. Secondly, this paper introduces the three stages of the combined transport process of Zhoushan River and Sea, which are land transport, inland navigation and sea transport. This paper discusses the four main influencing factors of the combined transport network of the Zhoushan River and Sea, which are the cargo demand, the waterway situation, the port construction and the ship type selection, and the interrelation between the four main influencing factors. In order to optimize the transport network of Zhoushan river and sea, the concept of virtual port is introduced in this paper. The constraint conditions and parameters are set up, the objective function is determined, the modeling and analysis under the lowest transportation cost is carried out, and the further analysis is made through an example. The transport route of Zhoushan River and Sea intermodal transport with the lowest total transportation cost is obtained, the receiving port and transit port of goods are established, and the ship tonnage is reasonably selected. However, due to the collection of data, it is impossible to achieve complete accuracy. The approximate selection of parameters and the finiteness of the author's academic level are only useful for reference.
