【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的調(diào)整、拉動(dòng)內(nèi)需的擴(kuò)大以及鋼材期貨交易市場的開通,鋼材的市場需求和消費(fèi)量大幅上升。據(jù)測算,2012年上半年,國內(nèi)鋼材消費(fèi)總量3.1億噸(含重復(fù)材),比去年同期增長7.1%,由此可見,鋼鐵行業(yè)市場需求潛力巨大,市場前景良好。在此背景下,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的氣溫回升和S市“兩個(gè)中心”建設(shè)步伐的加快,鋼材市場需求的迅速增長也將給鋼貿(mào)企業(yè)帶來新的機(jī)遇。為了及時(shí)抓住這一市場機(jī)遇,S市棱光股份有公司提出了建設(shè)集銷售、加工、倉儲(chǔ)、配送和售后服務(wù)等為一體的大型現(xiàn)代化鋼材物流中心項(xiàng)目。然而面對(duì)激烈的市場競爭,建筑施工企業(yè)必須在提高企業(yè)核心競爭力上下工夫,才可能在競爭中獲得先機(jī)。對(duì)于企業(yè)來說,如何通過加強(qiáng)成本管理、控制成本支出來提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和市場競爭力顯得尤為重要。 本文擬運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目成本控制的相關(guān)理論,密切結(jié)合S市鋼鐵物流中心項(xiàng)目實(shí)際,從項(xiàng)目建筑施工成本控制點(diǎn)、項(xiàng)目建筑施工成本控制流程設(shè)計(jì)、加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目建筑施工成本控制體系構(gòu)建、體系順利實(shí)施的保障措施等方面對(duì)本項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的建筑施工成本控制研究,以全面控制項(xiàng)目建設(shè)成本,提高項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the adjustment of China's macroeconomic policy, the expansion of domestic demand and the opening of the steel futures trading market, the market demand and consumption of steel have increased substantially. According to estimates, in the first half of 2012, The total domestic steel consumption is 310 million tons (including duplicates, an increase of 7.1% over the same period last year). It can be seen that the market demand potential of the steel industry is huge and the market prospects are good. With the rise in the temperature of our economy and the acceleration of the construction of the "two centers" in S City, The rapid growth of steel market demand will also bring new opportunities to steel trade enterprises. In order to seize this market opportunity in a timely manner, the company has proposed to build a set of sales, processing, storage, Large modern steel logistics center projects, such as distribution and after-sales service. However, in the face of fierce market competition, construction enterprises must make efforts to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. It is very important for enterprises to strengthen cost management and control cost expenditure to improve their economic efficiency and market competitiveness. Based on the relevant theories of project cost control and the project practice of S City Iron and Steel Logistics Center, this paper designs the construction cost control point and construction cost control process of the project. In order to control the construction cost of the project and improve the economic benefit of the project, the construction cost control system and the guarantee measures for the successful implementation of the construction cost system are strengthened in order to control the construction cost of the project in a systematic way.
