【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展,企業(yè)內外部環(huán)境也隨之發(fā)生很大的變化。企業(yè)之間的競爭從原來內部、自身的競爭演變成企業(yè)間價值鏈的競爭,同時也產(chǎn)生了上下游相關產(chǎn)業(yè)及同業(yè)企業(yè)之間的競爭;企業(yè)競爭力的表現(xiàn)也從原來的生產(chǎn)力和供給能力上的競爭發(fā)展到顧客對產(chǎn)品滿意程度的競爭;企業(yè)的目標也從原來單純的成本收益目標轉變成企業(yè)顧客價值的實現(xiàn)。成本管理作為企業(yè)價值實現(xiàn)的一個重要途徑應該隨著企業(yè)環(huán)境的轉變而做出相應的轉變,而價值鏈理論的提出又為成本管理的實現(xiàn)開辟了一條新的道路。價值鏈成本管理的方法為企業(yè)成本管理指明了發(fā)展方向,通過價值鏈成本管理可以有效地降低企業(yè)成本,實現(xiàn)價值鏈上各環(huán)節(jié)價值增值最大化,這對提升企業(yè)競爭力有重要現(xiàn)實意義。所以價值鏈成本管理這種新型的成本管理模式就應運而生了。首先闡釋了研究背景和研究意義,并對研究目的內容和研究方法進行概述,之后通過文獻研究法對近些年國內外針對價值鏈成本管理理論相關學者發(fā)表的研究文獻進行梳理與評述,目的是總結之前學者的研究成果,為基于價值鏈成本管理的研究提供理論依據(jù)。其后針對價值鏈成本理論進行詳細闡述并對其產(chǎn)生的原因以及體系的構建進行詳細分析,最后使用案例分析法結合案例企業(yè)運作過程中的實際情況,針對案例企業(yè)價值鏈成本現(xiàn)狀進行詳細闡述,找出其成本管理存在的具體問題,運用基于價值鏈的成本管理研究理論對企業(yè)現(xiàn)實存在的價值鏈成本管理問題提出相對應的優(yōu)化措施,并且希望將此套體系與措施推廣應用到其他制造業(yè)企業(yè)中去。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the internal and external environment of enterprises has also changed greatly. At the same time, the competition between the upstream and downstream related industries and the same industry, the performance of the enterprise competitiveness has developed from the original productivity and supply ability competition to the customer satisfaction degree competition. As an important way to realize enterprise value, cost management, as an important way to realize enterprise value, should make corresponding changes with the change of enterprise environment. The theory of value chain opens up a new way for the realization of cost management. The method of value chain cost management indicates the development direction of enterprise cost management, and the cost management of value chain can effectively reduce the cost of enterprise. It is of great practical significance to maximize the value added of each link in the value chain. Therefore, the value chain cost management, a new cost management mode, has emerged as the times require. Firstly, the background and significance of the research are explained. And the research purpose and research methods are summarized, and then through the literature research on the value chain cost management theory related scholars published in recent years to sort out and comment. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the previous research results and to provide the theoretical basis for the research based on the value chain cost management. Then, the paper elaborates the cost theory of the value chain and analyzes the causes and the construction of the system in detail. Finally, using the case analysis method combined with the actual situation in the operation process of the case enterprise, the cost status of the case enterprise value chain is elaborated in detail, and the specific problems of its cost management are found out. Applying the theory of cost management based on value chain, this paper puts forward corresponding optimization measures to the problem of value chain cost management, and hopes to apply this system and measures to other manufacturing enterprises.
