【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)的興起、發(fā)展，治理污染的環(huán)保工程項(xiàng)目在全國(guó)各地得到了大量的實(shí)施。出于對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目管理的需要，國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)保項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施也接受了國(guó)際上通行的項(xiàng)目管理理念，逐步實(shí)行了項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理、進(jìn)度管理、成本管理等，并取得了明顯的效果。但隨著環(huán)保項(xiàng)目的復(fù)雜性、綜合性、規(guī)模的增加，項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方式的多樣化，項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)越來(lái)越大，環(huán)保公司就必須進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理，以降低項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，抓住發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)。 本文首先介紹了行業(yè)、公司、項(xiàng)目的背景，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的含義和國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的情況，然后結(jié)合公司HP項(xiàng)目的情況，進(jìn)行了項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究。根據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理規(guī)劃的要求，進(jìn)行HP項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理規(guī)劃。采用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別的方法和工具，分析出HP項(xiàng)目中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素，并建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素清單。然后，采用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)損失法，對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行估計(jì)，并采用層次分析法建立模型，對(duì)HP項(xiàng)目的各類(lèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的、量化的分析和評(píng)價(jià)，得到了項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的重要性順序表。針對(duì)已識(shí)別出的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素，提出了詳細(xì)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)措施和策略。最后，文章還提出了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控的方法和內(nèi)容。 本文旨通過(guò)對(duì)HP項(xiàng)目全過(guò)程的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究，，為更好的完成HP項(xiàng)目提供決策和實(shí)施的依據(jù)，為公司工程項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供一個(gè)樣本，同時(shí)也為其他公司的環(huán)保項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rise and development of the environmental protection industry in China, environmental protection projects for pollution control have been implemented in large numbers throughout the country. The implementation of domestic environmental protection projects has also accepted the internationally accepted concept of project management, and gradually implemented the project quality management, schedule management, cost management and so on, and achieved obvious results. But with the complexity of environmental protection projects, comprehensive, With the increase of the scale and the diversification of the project implementation, the risk of the project becomes more and more large. The environmental protection company must manage the risk of the project in order to reduce the risk of the project and seize the development opportunity. This paper first introduces the industry, company, background of the project, the meaning of risk and the situation of risk management at home and abroad. Then, combining with the situation of HP project of the company, the risk management research of the project is carried out. According to the requirements of the risk management plan, Risk management planning of HP project. Risk factors in HP project are analyzed by means of risk identification method and tools. Then risk factors are estimated by risk loss method. The model of HP project is established by AHP, and the risk factors of HP project are analyzed and evaluated in detail and quantificationally, and the order of importance of project risk factors is obtained. Finally, the paper puts forward the methods and contents of risk monitoring. The purpose of this paper is to provide a sample for the risk management of HP project through the study of risk management in the whole process of HP project, which provides a basis for better decision-making and implementation of HP project. At the same time also for other companies to provide reference for risk management of environmental protection projects.
