基于施工組織設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化的某辦公樓成本管理研究

【摘要】:目前,我國(guó)的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制已在不斷的建立健全,施工企業(yè)工作的重中之重已不僅僅是進(jìn)行施工建設(shè),而是如何在施工過程中取得最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,而最現(xiàn)實(shí)的做法就是降低工程的施工成本。但是,很多施工企業(yè)在考慮施工成本管理因素時(shí),只考慮施工成本管理本身,而忽略了施工組織設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)施工成本的影響,尤其是施工方案施工質(zhì)量、施工進(jìn)度及施工安全等方面對(duì)施工成本的影響考慮的很少。 在此背景下,本文從施工項(xiàng)目成本構(gòu)成出發(fā),針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)施工項(xiàng)目成本控制中存在的問題提出了相應(yīng)的解決方法,并具體從施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)化來對(duì)項(xiàng)目成本管理進(jìn)行研究。首先對(duì)當(dāng)前工程項(xiàng)目施工組織中存在的缺陷提出了改進(jìn)意見,分析施工項(xiàng)目成本控制和施工組織設(shè)計(jì)之間的關(guān)系。再結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,重點(diǎn)從施工方案、施工質(zhì)量、施工進(jìn)度、施工安全等多方面考慮,采用優(yōu)化施工組織設(shè)計(jì)來降低施工成本,在編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),將注重運(yùn)用施工成本控制與施工組織設(shè)計(jì)間的關(guān)系,從而達(dá)到控制施工成本的目的。最后,提出要求將優(yōu)化施工組織設(shè)計(jì)貫穿于施工過程中,使優(yōu)化的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)能真正的起到降低成本的作用。 工程實(shí)踐表明,只有將成本管理貫穿整個(gè)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)才能得到最優(yōu)的施工組織設(shè)計(jì),才能使施工成本最低。也只有本著能降低施工成本的目的來編制最優(yōu)的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)才能得到最優(yōu)的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:At present, the market economy system of our country has been continuously established and perfected. The most important work of construction enterprises is not only construction construction, but also how to obtain the maximum economic benefit in the construction process. The most realistic approach is to reduce the construction cost. However, when many construction enterprises consider the construction cost management factors, they only consider the construction cost management itself, and ignore the impact of the construction organization design on the construction cost. Especially, the influence of construction quality, construction schedule and construction safety on construction cost is seldom considered. Under this background, this paper, starting from the construction project cost composition, puts forward the corresponding solution to the problems existing in the cost control of the construction project in our country at present. And from the construction organization design optimization to carry on the research to the project cost management. First, put forward the improvement suggestion to the present project construction organization flaw, This paper analyzes the relationship between construction project cost control and construction organization design. Combined with engineering examples, the paper focuses on the consideration of construction scheme, construction quality, construction schedule, construction safety and so on. In order to reduce the construction cost by optimizing the construction organization design, the relationship between the construction cost control and the construction organization design will be emphasized when compiling the construction organization design, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the construction cost. It is proposed that the optimized construction organization design should be run through the construction process, so that the optimized construction organization design can really play a role in reducing the cost. The engineering practice shows that the optimal construction organization design can be obtained only if the cost management is run through the whole construction organization design. In order to make the construction cost lowest, the optimal construction organization design can be obtained only by making the optimal construction organization design with the aim of reducing the construction cost.
