【摘要】：隨著全球化市場競爭逐漸的加大，以及產品需求變化和政策調整，紡機行業(yè)競爭日益激烈，行業(yè)利潤增長開始放緩。如何在調整中不斷適應市場變化，提高國內紡織機械制造企業(yè)的產品定位、降低生產成本是紡織制造企業(yè)急需解決的問題。成本管理是企業(yè)管理的永恒命題，而在成本中占最大比例往往是采購成本，因此采購成本的控制無疑也會成為管理的重中之重。 在供應鏈管理模式下，企業(yè)之間競爭已經轉化到供應鏈之間的競爭，采購也由庫存采購向訂單驅動方式轉變。做好采購成本控制，，需要良好的供應鏈合作和適量的采購批量模式。建立適用于紡織機械制造企業(yè)的采購批量模型，就是在采購批量的確定過程中，以多訂單的物料需求來拉動采購，考慮作為采購商的核心制造企業(yè)的需求時間、持有成本和訂單處理成本，同時考慮供應商的生產成本、運輸成本等，建立一個利潤優(yōu)化模型，并進行模型的求解。 縱觀全文，本文主要從以下幾個方面對面向JIT看板的紡機企業(yè)采購批量模型進行了研究，內容如下： （1）結合企業(yè)生產特點，對紡機企業(yè)的采購現(xiàn)狀進行了研究，分析企業(yè)采購管理上存在的問題。對供應鏈管理下的采購模式進行了特征分析，研究JIT采購對批量計算的影響。在此基礎上，研究JIT看板物料管理模式和模式影響因子，從而建立面向JIT看板的紡機企業(yè)采購機制。 （2）分析了庫存成本的概念及特性，對采購批量模型建立方法進行了研究。通過比較訂貨量計算的幾種方法，進行方法的優(yōu)劣勢分析。通過問題描述和參數(shù)分析，進行供應商和供應鏈的成本結構分析，以集中式決策對利潤分配和補償?shù)姆绞竭M行模式的優(yōu)化，建立采購批量模型。通過實例的計算求解，給出特定收入共享契約下的利潤優(yōu)化值。 （3）結合實際企業(yè)的管理需求，對系統(tǒng)的目標和需求分析進行了簡述。結合某紡織機械制造企業(yè)，從系統(tǒng)設計思想出發(fā)，對系統(tǒng)進行設計分析，從而確定原型系統(tǒng)的整體功能，然后對系統(tǒng)開發(fā)后的主要功能模塊進行詳細論述。 最后對全文的研究內容進行總結，分析其存在的不足，并對課題的后續(xù)研究進行展望。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of market competition gradually increased, and the product demand change and policy adjustment, the textile machinery industry increasingly fierce competition, industry profit growth started to slow down. How to adapt to the market changes in the adjustment, improve the product positioning of the domestic textile machinery manufacturing enterprises, reducing the cost of production is the textile manufacturing enterprises need to solve the problem of cost management is eternal. The proposition of enterprise management, and the cost is often accounted for the largest proportion of procurement costs, so the purchase cost control will undoubtedly become a priority among priorities management.
Under the mode of supply chain management, the competition between enterprises has transformed into the competition between supply chain, procurement from inventory to order driven mode. Do the procurement cost control, supply chain cooperation and the amount of purchase batch mode. Set up for textile machinery manufacturing enterprises purchasing volume model, is to determine in the process of purchasing volume, in order to boost the purchasing material demand, considered as the core manufacturing enterprise procurement needs time, holding costs and order processing costs at the same time, consider the supplier's production cost, transportation cost, establish a profit optimization model and solving the model.
Looking at the full text, this paper mainly studies the bulk model of the JIT Kanban textile machinery enterprises from the following aspects. The contents are as follows:
(1) combine the characteristics of enterprises, studied the purchasing situation of textile enterprises, analyzes the existing problems in the management. The enterprise procurement to the procurement under supply chain management model for the characteristic analysis, the effects of JIT on the procurement volume calculation. On this basis, the research of JIT management mode and mode of plate material impact factor thus, the establishment of procurement mechanism for textile enterprises JIT kanban.
(2) analyzes the concept and characteristics of the inventory cost, studied the purchasing volume model establishment method. Several methods by comparing the quantity calculation, analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the method. Through the analysis of the description and analysis of structure parameters, the cost of suppliers and supply chain, mode optimization based on the centralized decision on the profit distribution and compensation, establish purchasing volume model. Through calculation examples, given the revenue sharing contract under the profit optimization value.
(3) according to the actual needs of enterprise management, the target and requirement analysis system are introduced. Combined with a textile machinery manufacturing enterprises, from the perspective of system design, system design analysis, to determine the overall function of the prototype system, and then discusses the main functions of the system after the development of the module.
Finally, the research content of the full text is summarized, the shortcomings of its existence are analyzed, and the follow-up research of the subject is prospected.
