【摘要】：近年來，我國不斷地加快城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的進程，這也預(yù)示著本就蓬勃發(fā)展的房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)廣闊的市場前景。然而在機遇到來的同時，房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)也迎來了一些新的挑戰(zhàn)。 隨著市場體制改革的深化以及企業(yè)自身規(guī)模的不斷發(fā)展，許多房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)開始逐漸意識到企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的必要性。企業(yè)的管理系統(tǒng)該如何在保證系統(tǒng)各方面性能質(zhì)量的同時，提升企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)管理能力，，這不僅對系統(tǒng)開發(fā)技術(shù)，同時也對系統(tǒng)的管理理念提出了很高的要求。 J2EE框架下的SSH集成框架技術(shù)能夠很好地適應(yīng)房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的自身發(fā)展需求，滿足了其對系統(tǒng)通用性、可擴展性、安全性等性能的要求，相比傳統(tǒng)開發(fā)框架具有很多優(yōu)勢。ERP管理系統(tǒng)，可以為房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)建立完善的成本結(jié)構(gòu)體系、規(guī)范的操作流程以及對核心業(yè)務(wù)進展的實時記錄跟蹤，真正實現(xiàn)了業(yè)務(wù)、財務(wù)、資金管理的有機結(jié)合。將ERP管理思想與房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)特點結(jié)合起來，利用SSH框架優(yōu)勢開發(fā)出適用于房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的ERP管理系統(tǒng)，是房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的發(fā)展方向。 本文詳細描述了房地產(chǎn)ERP系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)過程，整個過程運用了軟件工程相關(guān)的開發(fā)方法，利用SSH框架設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)。該房地產(chǎn)ERP系統(tǒng)具有工程信息管理、財務(wù)信息管理、工程進度追蹤、成本管理統(tǒng)計等功能，將傳統(tǒng)房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)管理模式中割裂開的工程和財務(wù)等方面高度融合起來，實現(xiàn)統(tǒng)籌、高效的企業(yè)管理模式，為企業(yè)決策者提供有力決策依據(jù)，有效消除了房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)信息交流的壁壘。本文試圖在房地產(chǎn)ERP系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)過程中，闡釋出ERP系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)信息化管理上的價值，以及SSH框架設(shè)計在此類系統(tǒng)開發(fā)中的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has been speeding up the process of urbanization construction, which also indicates the booming real estate industry broad market prospects. However, with the arrival of opportunities, real estate enterprises have also ushered in some new challenges. With the deepening of the reform of the market system and the continuous development of the enterprise's own scale, Many real estate enterprises begin to realize the necessity of enterprise information construction gradually. How to improve the business management ability of the enterprise while ensuring the performance and quality of all aspects of the system, which is not only for the system development technology, At the same time, the management concept of the system put forward a very high demand. The SSH integrated framework technology under the J2EE framework can meet the needs of the real estate enterprises' own development, and meet the requirements of the system's versatility, extensibility, security and so on. Compared with the traditional development framework, ERP management system has many advantages. It can set up a perfect cost structure system for real estate enterprises, standardize the operation process and track the progress of the core business in real time. Combining the idea of ERP management with the characteristics of real estate enterprises and using the advantages of SSH framework to develop a ERP management system suitable for real estate enterprises is the development direction of the information construction of real estate enterprises. This paper describes the design and implementation of the real estate ERP system in detail. The whole process uses the software engineering related development method, and uses the SSH framework to design and implement the real estate ERP system. The real estate ERP system has engineering information management, financial information management, financial information management, etc. The functions of project progress tracking, cost management statistics, and so on, are highly integrated with the traditional real estate enterprise management models, such as engineering and finance, so as to achieve an overall and efficient enterprise management model. This paper attempts to explain the value of ERP system in the process of designing and implementing the real estate ERP system in the process of enterprise information management. And the advantages of SSH framework design in the development of such systems.
