【摘要】：為加快智能化針織技術(shù)的研發(fā)與應(yīng)用,介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外針織技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,闡述了我國(guó)針織產(chǎn)業(yè)在新常態(tài)下的發(fā)展特征。從針織裝備高精技術(shù)、針織智能生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、針織服飾成形技術(shù)、針織立體編織技術(shù)和針織智能穿戴技術(shù)5個(gè)方面對(duì)最新針織技術(shù)、典型產(chǎn)品、前沿應(yīng)用進(jìn)行全面的解析。同時(shí),基于目前市場(chǎng)需求低迷、成本持續(xù)攀升、環(huán)保形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻、產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重,我國(guó)針織產(chǎn)業(yè)比較優(yōu)勢(shì)下降,下行壓力加大等問(wèn)題,對(duì)針織產(chǎn)業(yè)未來(lái)發(fā)展提出展望,認(rèn)為針織行業(yè)應(yīng)搶占先機(jī),加快融入"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"概念,深入開(kāi)展兩化融合,促進(jìn)針織產(chǎn)業(yè)模式的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),提高國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:In order to speed up the research and application of intelligent knitting technology, the present situation of knitting technology at home and abroad is introduced, and the development characteristics of knitting industry in China under the new normal condition are expounded. The latest knitting technology, typical products and frontier applications are analyzed in five aspects: intelligent knitting production technology, knitting garment forming technology, knitting stereoscopic knitting technology and knitting intelligent wearing technology. At the same time. Based on the current low market demand, rising costs, severe environmental protection situation, serious homogenization of products, declining comparative advantage of our knitting industry, increasing downward pressure and so on, the future development of knitting industry is put forward. It is suggested that the knitting industry should seize the first chance, speed up the integration of the concept of "Internet", carry out the integration of the two types in depth, promote the transformation and upgrading of the knitting industry model, and improve the international competitiveness.
