【摘要】：當(dāng)前,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維已廣泛應(yīng)用于各行各業(yè),并顯示了強(qiáng)勁的創(chuàng)造能力。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)來(lái)獲取計(jì)算能力和服務(wù)資源。云計(jì)算是一種新的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)模式,以“即付即所得”的方式交付計(jì)算與服務(wù)資源,在減低IT服務(wù)成本的同時(shí),推動(dòng)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)變革。在此基礎(chǔ)上,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和價(jià)值鏈協(xié)同與云計(jì)算服務(wù)一起加快了技術(shù)與管理的深度融合步伐。 于是,基于云計(jì)算服務(wù)發(fā)展信息系統(tǒng)、加速企業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)型已成為IT價(jià)值創(chuàng)造領(lǐng)域的關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)。在經(jīng)濟(jì)組織全球化、服務(wù)交付網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、資源管理虛擬化背景下,云計(jì)算服務(wù)以規(guī)模性共享、模式化分離和面向服務(wù)的架構(gòu)改變信息服務(wù)成本結(jié)構(gòu),促成pay as you go和pay by use交易規(guī)則的形成。這些新的特征和環(huán)境將改變IT價(jià)值管理活動(dòng),自然,云計(jì)算服務(wù)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造也就會(huì)出現(xiàn)新的創(chuàng)造活動(dòng)、管理模式和協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制。 根據(jù)現(xiàn)有信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)能力、績(jī)效與商業(yè)價(jià)值值管理框架的技術(shù)特征、服務(wù)組織和商業(yè)環(huán)境三要素,本文以云計(jì)算服務(wù)的采納-擴(kuò)散-創(chuàng)新過(guò)程為主線,研究云計(jì)算服務(wù)的成本管理變革和價(jià)格形成機(jī)制,云計(jì)算服務(wù)模式合作的協(xié)調(diào)與共創(chuàng),基于云計(jì)算服務(wù)的價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)新等三類(lèi)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造活動(dòng)與方法,以解密云計(jì)算服務(wù)影響信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造的過(guò)程和機(jī)制。具體的研究?jī)?nèi)容包括： 1)云計(jì)算服務(wù)價(jià)值管理框架研究。針對(duì)IT/IS采納、擴(kuò)散和應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新過(guò)程中的價(jià)值創(chuàng)造問(wèn)題,在分析云計(jì)算、云服務(wù)、基于云的服務(wù)等技術(shù)和服務(wù)對(duì)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)及其服務(wù)的影響的基礎(chǔ)上,從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的視角界定云計(jì)算服務(wù)、云計(jì)算服務(wù)價(jià)值的內(nèi)涵和外延,然后分析技術(shù)特征、服務(wù)模式、應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新對(duì)云計(jì)算服務(wù)價(jià)值的影響,最后基于采納-擴(kuò)散-創(chuàng)新過(guò)程構(gòu)建云計(jì)算服務(wù)價(jià)值管理框架,以明確本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)和內(nèi)容范圍。 2)云計(jì)算服務(wù)的成本和價(jià)格研究。在對(duì)比云計(jì)算服務(wù)成本和原有信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)服務(wù)成本的基礎(chǔ)上,指出云計(jì)算服務(wù)成本控制模式的優(yōu)勢(shì),并構(gòu)建了異地?cái)?shù)據(jù)中心能耗優(yōu)化機(jī)制模型,并指出優(yōu)化策略的適用條件；然后分析云計(jì)算服務(wù)的價(jià)格形成機(jī)制,研究按照使用進(jìn)行即付即用的價(jià)格管理策略的價(jià)值創(chuàng)造機(jī)理；最后研究成本優(yōu)勢(shì)和定價(jià)激勵(lì)在云計(jì)算服務(wù)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造中的導(dǎo)向協(xié)調(diào)問(wèn)題。 3)云計(jì)算服務(wù)組合模式的價(jià)值共創(chuàng)研究。云計(jì)算服務(wù)的S-P-I模式是服務(wù)內(nèi)容和交付過(guò)程的整合,其內(nèi)容產(chǎn)生過(guò)程中的分工和組織模式的集成推動(dòng)了云計(jì)算服務(wù)組合和模式創(chuàng)新；其交付過(guò)程通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)整合形成服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈,其結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)態(tài)演化影響價(jià)值共創(chuàng)模式；在基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)即服務(wù)成為公共服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上,價(jià)值共創(chuàng)的主要形式是S-P組合；在該組合中,面向免費(fèi)和賠償?shù)却黉N(xiāo)策略,成本分?jǐn)倷C(jī)制能協(xié)調(diào)該組合模式的服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈,從而拓展云計(jì)算服務(wù)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造空間。 4)基于云計(jì)算服務(wù)的價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究。在分析云計(jì)算服務(wù)對(duì)價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響的基礎(chǔ)上,研究企業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略過(guò)程中基于云計(jì)算服務(wù)的價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建問(wèn)題。云計(jì)算服務(wù)作為價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)的新節(jié)點(diǎn),改變價(jià)值創(chuàng)造活動(dòng)的鏈接機(jī)制,加速價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)的平臺(tái)型結(jié)構(gòu)演化,并逐步形成基于云計(jì)算服務(wù)的價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)。該價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)以云計(jì)算服務(wù)為資源和能力平臺(tái),搭建了服務(wù)的價(jià)值要素和關(guān)系的虛擬化網(wǎng)絡(luò),用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)提供服務(wù)流程所需要的各種資源,整合了企業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中的價(jià)值活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:At present, the Internet thinking has been widely used in all walks of life, and showed a strong creative ability. With the rapid development of Internet, more and more enterprises through the Internet to obtain computing ability and service resources. Cloud computing is a new Internet service mode, to pay the "delivery service and computing resources, in the IT service to reduce costs at the same time, the information network technology to promote industrial transformation. On this basis, and cloud computing services together to accelerate the fusion of technology and management in depth the pace of industrial cluster and value chain collaboration.
Therefore, the development of information system based on cloud computing services, accelerate business transformation of the Internet has become the focus of attention in the field of IT value creation in the economic globalization. The organization, service delivery network, the background of resource management virtualization, cloud computing services to the scale of sharing mode separation and service oriented architecture change information service cost structure. The formation of as you and pay go to pay by use trading rules. These new characteristics and the environment will change the IT value management activities, nature, value creation of cloud computing services will also have new creation activities, management mode and coordination mechanism.
According to the technical ability of the existing information network technology, feature management framework of the performance and business value, service organizations and the business environment three factors, based on the adoption of cloud computing services innovation diffusion process as the main line, the research of cloud computing services cost management reform and price formation mechanism, service model of cloud computing cooperation and coordination to create. The activities and methods of cloud computing services to create value innovation network three value based on the process and mechanism of solution to calculate the value of Miyun information network technology services affect the creation. The concrete research contents include:
1) cloud computing service value management framework for IT/IS research. The adoption, creation and application of innovation diffusion in the process of value calculation, in the analysis of cloud cloud services, cloud services based on the impact of technology and service of information network technology and services on the Internet from the perspective of service innovation definition of cloud computing services the connotation, value and extension of cloud computing services, and then analyze the technical characteristics, service mode, application service value to cloud computing innovation, based on the adoption of diffusion process of innovation to build cloud computing service value management frame, on the theoretical basis and content of the research scope.
2) the cost and price of the cloud service.
