【摘要】：所謂項(xiàng)目成本的控制其實(shí)就是指在項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行實(shí)際過程中的成本不會(huì)比預(yù)算的成本多,同時(shí)會(huì)檢查監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目的成本以及進(jìn)行有效的調(diào)節(jié)的活動(dòng)過程；依照一開始就制定下來的預(yù)算計(jì)劃,使用各種合適的方法使得項(xiàng)目在實(shí)際的實(shí)施過程中成本少于預(yù)算,實(shí)際上發(fā)生的成本在最初計(jì)劃成本所確定的范圍之內(nèi)。而控制成本最主要的目的其實(shí)是在于掌握哪些會(huì)影響到成本的基準(zhǔn)計(jì)劃與實(shí)際成本發(fā)生偏差與分離的因素,使這些影響因素在工程施工過程中隨時(shí)發(fā)生隨時(shí)得到遏制,并糾正它們所產(chǎn)生的不良影響。 而本論文則是基于整理和研究相關(guān)的理論,通過對(duì)邢臺(tái)市北環(huán)道路工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行施工成本控制的實(shí)際應(yīng)用研究,從項(xiàng)目成本的影響因素分析,采取有效的成本控制方法,實(shí)證法、偏差法、掙值法等來對(duì)邢臺(tái)市北環(huán)道路工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行成本的控制,采取相應(yīng)的成本控制措施,規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)合理,項(xiàng)目參與人員積極配合展開研究,完善成本管理體制、制度與辦法,強(qiáng)化經(jīng)濟(jì)觀念,樹立成本意識(shí),加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量成本和工期成本的管理。該研究可以總結(jié)相關(guān)的項(xiàng)目成本管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)知識(shí),增強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目管理人員成本意識(shí),提高施工成本的控制及管理水平,同時(shí)對(duì)其他同類建筑施工企業(yè)也有很好的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The so-called project cost control actually means that the cost in the actual process of the project running is not more than the cost of the budget, at the same time, it will check the cost of supervising the project and the activity process of carrying on the effective adjustment; According to the budget plan developed from the beginning, use various appropriate methods to make the project cost less than budget in the actual implementation process. In fact, the cost incurred is within the range determined by the original planned cost. The main purpose of controlling the cost is to know what factors will affect the deviation and separation between the baseline plan and the actual cost. . These influencing factors can be contained at any time in the process of engineering construction, and their adverse effects can be corrected. This paper is based on the theory of collation and research, through the Xingtai North Ring Road Project construction cost control practical application research, from the project cost impact factors analysis. Effective cost control method, empirical method, deviation method, earned value method and so on are adopted to control the cost of Xingtai North Ring Road Project. The corresponding cost control measures are adopted and the planning and design are reasonable. Project participants actively cooperate with the research, improve the cost management system, system and methods, strengthen the economic concept, set up a sense of cost. This study can sum up the experience knowledge of project cost management, strengthen the cost consciousness of project manager, and improve the control and management level of construction cost. At the same time for other similar construction enterprises also have a good reference.
