【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會,項目采購成本管理在現(xiàn)代項目管理中越來越受到人們的重視。如果能把采購成本控制好,就直接決定了項目的成敗。所以項目成本管理的研究,尤其是項目采購成本管理的研究對項目相關(guān)方組合,對國家,對社會,對整個汽車零部件行業(yè)都具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 本文主要研究的行業(yè)是汽車零部件行業(yè),通過對采購成本管理理論,比質(zhì)比價理論,供應(yīng)商選擇方法,談判方法以及價值工程等等理論和方法的研究,并且結(jié)合實際項目情況,全面,系統(tǒng)性的闡述了這些理論和方法在實際GF6(General Differential Six)差速器項目上的運用以及改進(jìn)。 在GF6差速器項目上,通過對這些理論的運用和改進(jìn),最終使我們選擇到了合適的供應(yīng)商和完成了預(yù)定的每一個零件采購成本的目標(biāo)。不僅如此,還運用了價值工程的管理理論,在不影響產(chǎn)品使用功能的前提下,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化采購成本,使得產(chǎn)品的購買成本降低。另一方面,能夠提高公司的利潤。 通過實際的運用,得出了任何企業(yè)和公司,要想在所在行業(yè)里生存,不被淘汰,就必須要管理好成本,尤其是采購成本的管理,離不開這些方法和理論的結(jié)論。這些方法和理論,是解決企業(yè)采購成本高,利潤低,把企業(yè)帶出困境的法寶。特別值得一提的是價值工程理論,這會直接導(dǎo)致采購成本的降低,從而提高產(chǎn)品的利潤。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the project purchasing cost management is paid more and more attention in the modern project management. If we can control the purchase cost well, it will directly determine the success or failure of the project. So the project cost management research. Especially, the research of project purchasing cost management has far-reaching significance to the combination of project related parties, to the country, to the society and to the whole automobile parts industry. The main industry of this paper is the auto parts industry, through the purchase cost management theory, ratio of price theory, supplier selection methods, negotiation methods and value engineering theory and methods of research. And combined with the actual project situation, comprehensive. The application and improvement of these theories and methods in the actual GF6(General Differential six differential project are described systematically. In the GF6 differential project, through the application and improvement of these theories, we finally choose the right supplier and complete the target of purchasing cost of each part. In addition, the management theory of value engineering is used to optimize the purchasing cost and reduce the purchase cost without affecting the function of the product. On the other hand, it can improve the profit of the company. Through the actual application, it is concluded that in order to survive in the industry and not be eliminated, it is necessary to manage the cost, especially the management of the procurement cost. These methods and theories can not be separated from the conclusions of these methods and theories. These methods and theories are the magic weapon to solve the problem of high purchasing cost and low profit, and bring enterprises out of the predicament. Especially, it is worth mentioning the theory of value engineering. This will directly lead to lower procurement costs, thereby increasing the profits of the product.
