【摘要】:在知識經(jīng)濟和社會主義市場全球化條件下,企業(yè)管理模式已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)能否健康發(fā)展的重要條件之一,精細化管理作為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的主流管理方向,直接引導(dǎo)企業(yè)走向可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路。財務(wù)精細化管理作為精細化管理的核心內(nèi)容,,在企業(yè)管理中占有舉足輕重的位置。 本文首先從財務(wù)精細化管理的一般理論性論述入手,主要涉及精細化管理、財務(wù)精細化管理、全面預(yù)算管理、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成本管理四個模塊,深入淺出地介紹各個理論分支,其次結(jié)合對吉林油田公司實際情況進行的實地探訪、調(diào)查,了解其財務(wù)精細化管理具體方式方法,總結(jié)歸納吉林油田公司各類財務(wù)精細化管理流程,自下而上地實施財務(wù)精細化管理,從基層到機關(guān)各個層面進行逐級分解,分析其財務(wù)精細化管理的具體細則和現(xiàn)實意義,同時,本文列舉出吉林油田公司在整個集團內(nèi)部具體實施財務(wù)精細化管理過程中亟需改進的一些問題,并加以分析最后提出一些合理化建議。 本文總體理論結(jié)合實踐,具有較為實際的效用:對內(nèi)為吉林油田公司提高企業(yè)管理水平、降低成本、樹立指標(biāo)、提高經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)能具有指導(dǎo)性意義;對外為其他各類企業(yè)提供財務(wù)精細化管理模板,促進企業(yè)尤其是大型企業(yè)集團更地好掌握財務(wù)精細化管理等先進管理工具,細化企業(yè)各項生產(chǎn)成本、增強企業(yè)的經(jīng)營能力和盈利能力。以科學(xué)的管理方法求得企業(yè)利潤最大化。
[Abstract]:In the knowledge economy and the socialist market under the condition of globalization, enterprise management mode has become one of the important conditions for the healthy development of enterprises, fine management as the mainstream management direction of modern enterprise management, direct enterprises to the road of sustainable development. The refined financial management as the core content of fine management, occupies a pivotal position in the enterprise management.
This paper discusses the general theories of financial management of financial mainly involves fine management, fine management, comprehensive budget management, standard cost management of four modules, introducing each branch of theory, combined with the second survey of the actual situation of Jilin oilfield, field visits, to understand the financial fine the specific management methods, summed up the Jilin Oilfield Company of all kinds of financial management process, bottom-up implementation of financial management, from the grassroots to the authorities at all levels to decompose, analysis the specific details of its financial management and the practical significance, at the same time, this paper lists the Jilin oilfield company specific implementation issues that need some financial fine management process improvement in the whole group, and analyzed and finally puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
This paper combined theory with practice, has practical utility: in order to improve enterprise management level, Jilin Oilfield Company to reduce costs, establish the index, improve the economic capacity has guiding significance; provide financial management as a template for other types of enterprises, promote the enterprises especially large enterprise groups more good grasp of financial management advanced management tools, the production cost of refined enterprises, enhance their business and profitability. The profit of enterprise scientific management methods to maximize.
