【摘要】：本文以鞍鋼建設(shè)公司項(xiàng)目成本管理為研究背景，通過(guò)運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理及項(xiàng)目成本管理理論知識(shí)，先是對(duì)鞍鋼建設(shè)公司目前項(xiàng)目成本管理的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題以及公司項(xiàng)目成本管理的基本模式，重點(diǎn)對(duì)本公司在項(xiàng)目成本管理過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的管理方法不完善、管理體制不健全、管理模式落后、考核獎(jiǎng)罰體制不健全等等問(wèn)題加以詳細(xì)剖析。其次通過(guò)以上的分析，以及論文準(zhǔn)備階段收集的資料、與生產(chǎn)一線(xiàn)職工和二線(xiàn)管理人員交流與溝通，提出了詳細(xì)具體的改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)，促進(jìn)鞍鋼建設(shè)公司項(xiàng)目成本管理水平進(jìn)一步提高以及提高項(xiàng)目乃至企業(yè)的整體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。最后，對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，，指出本文的實(shí)際意義，希望論文中提出的觀點(diǎn)以及措施能夠?yàn)榘颁摻ㄔO(shè)公司及其他施工企業(yè)進(jìn)行有效的成本管理提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Anshan Iron and steel construction company project cost management as the research background, through the use of cost management of project management theory and project, the first of Anshan Iron and steel construction company project cost management present situation, existing problems and the basic mode of project cost management, key management methods of the company appear in the project cost management process is not perfect, the management system is not perfect, backward management mode, detailed analysis of examination and punishment system is not perfect and so on. Secondly, through the above analysis, the data collection and preparation stage, and production line workers and second tier management personnel exchanges and communication, put forward the detailed cost management level, promote the construction of Anshan Iron and steel company project further to improve and improve the project and the overall economic efficiency of enterprises.
