【摘要】：目前,大多數(shù)的企業(yè)已經(jīng)開始逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)高度的信息化了,不少都實(shí)現(xiàn)了會(huì)計(jì)電算化,其中主要是運(yùn)用電算化的財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)來處理財(cái)務(wù)活動(dòng),從而代替原來的手工的會(huì)計(jì)核算。這些公司所使用的財(cái)務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng)主要是為了提高運(yùn)作效率,把傳統(tǒng)的記賬、算賬、報(bào)賬等工作,用財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)來取代完成。 本文在分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合電力公司的實(shí)際需求,設(shè)計(jì)了本系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)采用的是B/S模式,選擇ASP. NET作為編程語(yǔ)言,MySQL作為后臺(tái)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。 本文分析了電力公司一般的財(cái)務(wù)管理中六個(gè)主要的業(yè)務(wù)流程：財(cái)務(wù)處理業(yè)務(wù)流程、報(bào)表處理業(yè)務(wù)流程、工資管理業(yè)務(wù)流程、固定資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)流程、成本管理業(yè)務(wù)流程和財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算業(yè)務(wù)流程,并分析了相應(yīng)的功能需求。在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,本文對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),再根據(jù)E-R圖設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表,根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)流程分析功能模塊,設(shè)計(jì)了財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的工作界面。在本文的最后,對(duì)電力公司財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的研究開發(fā)工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望。 通過對(duì)電力公司財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計(jì),可使電力公司的財(cái)務(wù)運(yùn)作規(guī)范化、程序化、自動(dòng)化、系統(tǒng)化,提高財(cái)務(wù)信息處理的效率和準(zhǔn)確性,給用戶和各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)帶來很大的便利,工作效率與工作質(zhì)量得到極大地提高。
[Abstract]:At present, most enterprises have begun to achieve a high degree of information, many of them have realized computerized accounting, mainly using computerized financial system to deal with financial activities. Instead of the original manual accounting, these companies use the financial information management system mainly to improve the operational efficiency, the traditional bookkeeping, accounting, accounting, and other work. Replace completion with a financial system. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the financial management system at home and abroad and the actual demand of the electric power company, this paper designs the system, which adopts the B / S model. Select ASP. NET as the programming language. This paper analyzes six main business processes in general financial management of electric power companies: financial processing business process, report processing business process, wage management business process, fixed asset management business process. Cost management business process and financial budget business process, and analysis of the corresponding functional requirements. On the basis of requirements analysis, this paper designs the architecture of the system. Then according to the E-R diagram design the corresponding database table, according to the business process analysis function module, designed the working interface of the financial management system. The research and development of power company financial management system are summarized and prospected. Through the analysis and design of the financial system of the electric power company, the financial operation of the power company can be standardized, programmed, automated and systematized, and the efficiency and accuracy of the financial information processing can be improved. To users and leaders at all levels bring great convenience, work efficiency and quality has been greatly improved.
