【摘要】:精益生產(chǎn)是通過變革組織系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、人員組織、生產(chǎn)運作方式及響應市場機制,使生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)能夠消來故障、及時制造、不斷減少浪費,向零缺席陷、零庫存方向不斷邁進,從而實現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量、低成本,及時向顧客提供產(chǎn)品的一種生產(chǎn)方式,精益生產(chǎn)強調(diào)人力資源的重要性,將員工的智慧和創(chuàng)造力視為企業(yè)寶貴財富和未來發(fā)展的動力。目前由于中國制造業(yè)規(guī)模越來越大,已日益成為制造業(yè)大國,但距離制造業(yè)強國還有很遠的距離,越來越多制造企業(yè)努力尋找更好的生產(chǎn)方式制造產(chǎn)品,因此,推介“豐田“精益制造的理論越來越多。中國的煙草企業(yè)為不斷增強企業(yè)競爭力,也有一些企業(yè)開始關注精益生產(chǎn),并開始對煙草企業(yè)推廣精益生產(chǎn)展開理論研究和探索。 本文采用文獻研究法、綜述和引申的方法、案例研究法等方法,運用精益生產(chǎn)相關理論,對廣州卷煙廠制絲精益生產(chǎn)項目進行深入研究。首先,介紹研究背景與意義,闡述相關理論基礎與文獻綜述,分析研究內(nèi)容與方法。其次,分析廣州卷煙廠生產(chǎn)運營管理現(xiàn)狀,找出廣州卷煙廠生產(chǎn)運營存在的問題,主要是管理觀念有待轉(zhuǎn)變,精益生產(chǎn)的思想未融入生產(chǎn)管理;制約產(chǎn)能的矛盾突出,適應市場難度更大;設備加工精度和工藝保障能力有待提高;成本管理有待完善。再次,分析廣州卷煙廠制絲精益生產(chǎn)需求與目標定位,分析了制絲精益生產(chǎn)模式質(zhì)量目標定位、效率目標定位、設備故障率目標定位。在此基礎上,設計廣州卷煙廠制絲精益生產(chǎn)項目,設計了制絲精益生產(chǎn)拉動方案、制絲精益生產(chǎn)快速切換方案、制絲精益生產(chǎn)TNPM方案和制絲精益生產(chǎn)組織。最后,對廣州卷煙廠制絲精益生產(chǎn)項目的實施進行探討,介紹了精益生產(chǎn)的實施過程、分析了制絲精益生產(chǎn)效果。 本文將廣州卷煙廠的制絲車間精益生產(chǎn)項目作為研究對象,通過在卷煙生產(chǎn)過程中推行精益生產(chǎn)思想,來提高生產(chǎn)效率,提高資產(chǎn)運營效率,選取適當?shù)牡闹圃熘芷?穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,加快企業(yè)對市場的反應速度,最終為實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的愿景“做中國最具競爭力的煙草企業(yè)”盡自已的一份力量。
[Abstract]:Lean production is the reform of the organization structure, personnel organization system, production operation mode and response to the market mechanism, the production system can eliminate fault, timely manufacture, reduce waste, to zero in absence, zero inventory stride forward to achieve high quality, low cost, provide a means of production of products to customers in time, the importance of lean production emphasizes human resources, staff's wisdom and creativity as the precious wealth and the future development of power. The China manufacturing industry increasingly large scale, has become a big manufacturing country, but the distance is far distant from the manufacturing industry country, more and more enterprises to find better ways of production therefore, to promote manufacturing products, "TOYOTA" lean manufacturing theory more and more. China for tobacco enterprises continuously enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, there are some enterprises begin to pay attention to the fine It has begun to research and explore the theory of promoting lean production in tobacco enterprises.
This paper adopts the method of literature research, summary and extension method, case study method, using the theory of lean production, in-depth study of the silk lean production project of Guangzhou cigarette factory. Firstly, introduces the research background and significance, elaborated the relevant theory and literature review, analysis of the contents and methods of the research. Secondly, the analysis of Guangzhou cigarette factory production and operation management of the status quo, to find out the existing problems of the production and operation of Guangzhou cigarette factory, mainly is the management idea needs to be changed, the idea of lean production is not integrated into the production and management capacity; contradiction prominent, adapt to the market more difficult; precision equipment and technology support ability needs to be improved; the cost management needs to be improved. Thirdly, the analysis of Guangzhou cigarette factory lean production and demand orientation, analyzes silk lean production quality target, the efficiency of target location, equipment failure rate target . on this basis, the design of silk lean production project of Guangzhou cigarette factory, design scheme of pulling silk silk lean production, lean production fast handoff scheme, TNPM scheme and lean production silk silk lean production. Finally, the implementation of the Guangzhou cigarette factory lean production project, introduced. The implementation of lean production process, analysis of the silk of lean production.
The Guangzhou cigarette factory workshop for lean production projects as the research object, through the implementation of lean production in the process of cigarette production, to improve production efficiency, improve the operational efficiency of assets, selecting the appropriate manufacturing cycle, stable product quality, accelerate the reaction speed of the enterprise market, a force for the realization of the ultimate business the vision of "Chinese do the most competitive tobacco enterprise" as their own.
