【摘要】：在國(guó)際金融危機(jī)的沖擊下，國(guó)內(nèi)鋼鐵企業(yè)遭受著前所未有的困難情況，鋼鐵價(jià)格一路下滑，鋼鐵產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩，國(guó)內(nèi)及國(guó)外市場(chǎng)需求低迷，迫使國(guó)內(nèi)鋼鐵企業(yè)必須對(duì)自身進(jìn)行改變，改變以往粗放型的發(fā)展方式，向管理型發(fā)展。在鋼鐵利潤(rùn)低下的大環(huán)境下，，成本管理就顯得格外重要，降低成本已經(jīng)成為鋼鐵企業(yè)提高自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要途徑。 自二十世紀(jì)六七十年代以來(lái)，信息化革命對(duì)企業(yè)管理與發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響。ERP系統(tǒng)是應(yīng)用最廣泛的信息化系統(tǒng)。國(guó)內(nèi)鋼鐵企業(yè)大部分都采用了ERP系統(tǒng)，SAP系統(tǒng)是ERP系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用最廣的軟件系統(tǒng)。世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)中超過(guò)80%企業(yè)都采用了SAP系統(tǒng)，SAP系統(tǒng)被譽(yù)為“500強(qiáng)背后的管理大師”。 本次論文從ZHB公司實(shí)際情況出發(fā)，分析了公司原有成本管理和成本核算的實(shí)際過(guò)程，同樣分析了ZHB公司采用SAP系統(tǒng)后成本核算過(guò)程，通過(guò)兩者對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)ZHB公司在成本管理上的問(wèn)題，為公司向更高層次發(fā)展打下基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the international financial crisis, the domestic iron and steel enterprises suffered a hitherto unknown difficulties, steel prices continued to decline, steel overcapacity, domestic and foreign market demand downturn, forcing domestic iron and steel enterprises must change on their own, change the way of the extensive development, to management in low profit of the steel. Environment cost management is particularly important, cost reduction has become an important way toimprove the competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises.
Since twentieth Century 60s and 70s, the information revolution of enterprise management and development of the impact of.ERP system is a huge information system is the most widely used. Most of the domestic iron and steel enterprises have adopted the ERP system, SAP system is the most widely used ERP system. The world's top 500 enterprises in more than 80% enterprises have adopted SAP system SAP system, known as the "top 500 behind the management master".
This paper from the actual situation of ZHB company, analyzed the actual process of the company's original cost management and cost accounting, and also analyzed ZHB company after using the SAP system of cost accounting process, through the contrast between the two found ZHB company in the cost management problems, to lay the foundation for the development of the company to a higher level.
