教育實習是在真實的課堂情境中把理論學習與教學實踐相結合以提高職前教師教學實踐能力的重要方式,它為職前教師提供了十分寶貴的學習和教學機會。有效的教育實習可以縮短職前教師的從教適應期,為他們的職業(yè)生涯奠定良好基礎。已有教育實習的研究包括對不同實習模式的探索、教育實習評價體系的構建、職前教師在教育實習中的專業(yè)成長和對各科教學實習現(xiàn)狀的研究等。學生滿意度是指學生作為教育服務的直接和內(nèi)在顧客,對教育教學服務質量產(chǎn)生的一種內(nèi)在心理感受,這種感受是學生將自己實際感知到的效果和最初的預期進行比較之后產(chǎn)生的結果。關于滿意度的研究也很廣泛,集中在對大學的滿意度,對課程,專業(yè)和教學質量的滿意度等。教育實習滿意度是影響職前教師在教育實習期間專業(yè)成長的一個重要因素,然而在我國,卻少有研究關注職前教師對教育實習的滿意度。本研究旨在探究學科英語教育碩士對于教育實習的滿意度,以此提升教育實習的有效性和職前教師的專業(yè)成長。本研究有兩個研究問題:(1)學科英語教育碩士對教育實習的整體滿意度和各維度滿意度的現(xiàn)狀如何?(2)影響學科英語教育碩士對教育實習滿意度的因素有哪些?有哪些促進和阻礙因素?研究者采用質性與量化研究的混合研究方法,使用問卷調查和訪談的數(shù)據(jù)收集方法,對某所教育部直屬師范大學54名學科英語教育碩士實習生進行調查。研究結果發(fā)現(xiàn)學科英語教育碩士教育實習滿意度在一般滿意和滿意之間。滿意度由高到低依次為校外指導老師、實習學校、校內(nèi)指導老師、本校和自身能力。在本校這個維度中,職前教師對學校安排的實習學校最滿意,對本校課程設置達到滿意的人數(shù)最少,對本校教育實習考核與評價的方式滿意度最低。在實習學校這個維度中,職前教師對實習學校里師生、生生交往的人際環(huán)境滿意度最高,對實習學校管理實習生的方式最不滿意。在本校指導老師這個維度中,職前教師對本校指導老師的指導能力最滿意,對本校指導老師的指導頻率最不滿意。在實習學校指導老師這個維度中,職前教師對實習學校指導老師的指導能力最滿意,對實習學校指導老師的指導態(tài)度最不滿意。在自身能力這個維度中,職前教師對自己在教育實習過程中的師生交往的人際關系交際能力最滿意,對自己在教育實習過程中的創(chuàng)新能力最不滿意。職前教師整體滿意度較高的原因包括學生在教育實習中的期望和收獲以及對指導老師的滿意度。部分實習學校職前教師對教育實習滿意度較低的主要因素包括:實習學校和指導老師對實習生的重視程度,指導老師的教學能力和對實習生的信任,實習學校的管理方式。鑒于學科英語教育實習還有很大的提升空間,本研究就如何提升教育實習滿意度提出如下建議:增加專業(yè)課比例,課程設置更加注重實踐性;形成性評價和終結性評價相結合;實行集中實習和分散實習相結合的模式;明確校內(nèi)指導教師職責,增加指導頻率;精選實習基地,加強與中小學的合作;民主推選實習小組長,加強實習小組之間的合作;學生應加強學習的主動性,完善知識儲備,提高教學技能。
