蘇州與臺(tái)北兩市中小學(xué)體育教師在職培訓(xùn)路徑比較研究

【摘要】:教師在職培訓(xùn)是提高中小學(xué)體育教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)最有效的途徑之一。本文采用比較分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法等研究方法,以蘇州與臺(tái)北兩市中小學(xué)體育教師在職培訓(xùn)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)分析兩市中小學(xué)體育教師在職培訓(xùn)的各自特點(diǎn)以及在職培訓(xùn)的組織機(jī)構(gòu)、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)方式、授課教師、考核與評(píng)價(jià)等方面的異同與優(yōu)劣,從而為提升蘇州市中小學(xué)體育教師在職培訓(xùn)的質(zhì)量和效果提供有益的借鑒。研究結(jié)論如下:(1)兩市被調(diào)查的中小學(xué)體育教師都參加過(guò)在職培訓(xùn),說(shuō)明兩市中小學(xué)體育教師在職培訓(xùn)的普及率較高。(2)兩市都制訂了相應(yīng)的法令法規(guī)來(lái)確保體育教師在職培訓(xùn)的規(guī)范性;蘇州市的法令法規(guī)對(duì)培訓(xùn)的學(xué)時(shí)學(xué)分要求較為詳細(xì),而臺(tái)北市的法令法規(guī)在培訓(xùn)的考核獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)方面要求較為詳細(xì),兩市都需要在不同方面進(jìn)一步完善培訓(xùn)的法令法規(guī)。(3)兩市主要的培訓(xùn)組織機(jī)構(gòu)都是以學(xué)校、教師培訓(xùn)中心(教師研習(xí)中心)與教育局為主,但臺(tái)北市有更多的民間組織機(jī)構(gòu)承擔(dān)教師在職培訓(xùn),這一做法值得蘇州市相關(guān)部門的借鑒。(4)兩市在職培訓(xùn)的經(jīng)費(fèi)大部分是由學(xué)�;蚺嘤�(xùn)主管部門承擔(dān),少數(shù)的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費(fèi)是由個(gè)人獨(dú)自承擔(dān);臺(tái)北市個(gè)人承擔(dān)的比例高于蘇州市,這對(duì)提高培訓(xùn)的效果是有利的。(5)兩市大多數(shù)中小學(xué)體育教師能認(rèn)識(shí)到在職培訓(xùn)的意義,且期望在培訓(xùn)中能獲得創(chuàng)新的體育教學(xué)知識(shí)與方法;臺(tái)北市中小學(xué)體育教師參加在職培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī)要高于蘇州市。(6)蘇州市在職培訓(xùn)時(shí)間主要安排在教師業(yè)余時(shí)間,臺(tái)北市在職培訓(xùn)時(shí)間主要安排在上班時(shí)間;兩市在職培訓(xùn)都以短時(shí)間的集中培訓(xùn)為主,大約為1—3小時(shí)居多;蘇州市體育教師每學(xué)期參加的在職培訓(xùn)的次數(shù)多于臺(tái)北市。(7)兩市在職培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容主要是教學(xué)方法和體育科專業(yè)知識(shí),這與兩市體育教師期待的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容相一致;在培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容上,臺(tái)北市增加了民俗傳統(tǒng)體育與當(dāng)下熱點(diǎn)(性平、環(huán)保)等內(nèi)容,這顯得培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容更為豐富。(8)兩市在職培訓(xùn)的主要方式都為專家講座、觀摩名師課堂教學(xué)、教師同儕經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享,并且兩市中小學(xué)體育教師對(duì)目前的培訓(xùn)方式較為滿意。(9)兩市中小學(xué)體育教師整體上對(duì)授課教師比較滿意,教學(xué)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的專家教師與幽默風(fēng)趣、感染力強(qiáng)、善于調(diào)動(dòng)聽眾的授課教師最受歡迎。(10)兩市中小學(xué)體育教師參加的在職培訓(xùn)有考核評(píng)價(jià)的只占了一半,考核方式以完成相關(guān)作業(yè)、撰寫培訓(xùn)心得和小論文為主。(11)蘇州市教育局與學(xué)校對(duì)體育教師在職培訓(xùn)的重視程度高于臺(tái)北市,另外,兩市對(duì)中小學(xué)體育教師在職培訓(xùn)的整體評(píng)價(jià)一般,但蘇州市對(duì)在職培訓(xùn)的滿意度高于臺(tái)北市。
[Abstract]:Teacher in-service training is one of the most effective ways to improve the professional quality of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools. This paper adopts the methods of comparative analysis, questionnaire survey, interview and so on, and takes the on-the-job training of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Suzhou and Taipei as the research object. Through analyzing the respective characteristics of the in-service training of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the two cities, as well as the similarities and differences and advantages and disadvantages of the on-the-job training organization, training content, training methods, teaching teachers, assessment and evaluation, etc. So as to improve the quality and effect of on-the-job training of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Suzhou. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools surveyed in the two cities have participated in on-the-job training, indicating that the popularization rate of in-service training of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the two cities is high. (2) both cities have formulated corresponding laws and regulations to ensure the standardization of in-service training of physical education teachers; The laws and regulations of Suzhou City require more detailed hours and credits for training, while the laws and regulations of Taipei City require more detailed requirements in terms of the assessment and reward of training. Both cities need to further improve the laws and regulations of training in different aspects. (3) the main training organizations in both cities are schools, teacher training centers (teacher training centers) and the Bureau of Education. However, there are more non-governmental organizations in Taipei to undertake the on-the-job training of teachers, which is worthy of reference by the relevant departments in Suzhou. (4) most of the funds for on-the-job training in the two cities are borne by schools or training authorities, and a small number of training funds are borne by individuals alone; The proportion of individual undertaking in Taipei is higher than that in Suzhou, which is beneficial to improve the effect of training. (5) most physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the two cities can realize the significance of on-the-job training and expect to obtain innovative physical education teaching knowledge and methods in the training; The internal motivation of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Taipei is higher than that in Suzhou. (6) the on-the-job training time in Suzhou is mainly arranged in the spare time of teachers, and the on-the-job training time in Taipei is mainly arranged in working hours. The number of on-the-job training for physical education teachers in Suzhou is more than that in Taipei. (7) the contents of on-the-job training in the two cities are mainly teaching methods and professional knowledge of physical education, which is consistent with the expected training content of physical education teachers in the two cities; In terms of training content, Taipei City has added folk traditional sports and current hot spots (sexual equality, environmental protection) and so on, which shows that the training content is even richer. (8) the main ways of on-the-job training in both cities are expert lectures, observing famous teachers' classroom teaching, and sharing the experience of teachers' peers. And the primary and secondary school physical education teachers in the two cities are more satisfied with the current training methods. (9) the primary and secondary school physical education teachers in the two cities are more satisfied with the teaching teachers as a whole, the experienced expert teachers and humorous teachers in the teaching site are funny and infectious, and the teachers who are good at mobilizing the audience are the most popular. (10) only half of the on-the-job training attended by the primary and secondary school physical education teachers in the two cities is assessed and evaluated, and the assessment mode is to complete the relevant homework. Writing training experience and small papers. (11) Suzhou Bureau of Education and schools pay more attention to on-the-job training of physical education teachers than Taipei City. In addition, the overall evaluation of on-the-job training of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the two cities is general, but Suzhou's satisfaction with on-the-job training is higher than that in Taipei.
