邢臺(tái)市第三中學(xué)初中法制教育現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與對(duì)策研究
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee was the first plenary session in the history of our party to promote the rule of law in an all-round way. The decision of the CPC Central Committee on promoting the rule of law in an all-round way, which was deliberated and adopted by the plenum, clearly put forward that it is necessary to promote the whole society to establish a sense of the rule of law, to bring legal education into the national education system, and to set up a curriculum of knowledge of the rule of law in primary and secondary schools. This decision takes the legal education of junior high school students as an important part of promoting the construction of a society ruled by law, which puts forward higher requirements for the legal education of junior high school students. Junior high school stage is an important stage of life growth. Strengthening the legal education in junior middle schools so that they can learn the law, understand the law, know the law and protect the law is the need to ensure the healthy growth of young people, promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society, train and bring up a large number of law learning, understanding the law, abiding by the law, and qualified builders and successors in the use of the law. Through legal education, students can establish the concept of abiding by the law and act according to law, and at the same time, it is more important to cultivate their idea of the supremacy of law, so that they can realize that the rule of law is the most important means to govern the country and society. Only the law can fully protect the rights of human beings, and can actively use legal means to fight against illegal and criminal acts. Based on the above understanding, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the legal education of junior high school students in Xingtai No. 3 Middle School on the basis of understanding the legal education situation of Xingtai No. 3 Middle School by means of questionnaire and interview, and explores the countermeasures of junior high school students' legal education according to the results of the problem analysis, so as to promote the principles and countermeasures of junior middle school legal education. The first part of the paper expounds the significance, goal and content of legal education for junior high school students. First of all, it analyzes the psychological characteristics of junior high school students and the practical significance of strengthening the legal education of junior high school students. Grasp the key period of junior middle school stage, do a good job in junior high school students' legal education is of great significance, and analyze the specific contents and objectives of junior high school students' legal education. The legal education of junior high school students should popularize the most basic legal knowledge among students, understand the law-abiding, illegal cases and participate in related activities in daily life, so that junior high school students can master the basic knowledge of law, distinguish right from wrong, learn the law, understand the law, know the law, protect the law and improve their concept of the rule of law. The second part of the paper begins to investigate and analyze the present situation of the legal education in the junior middle school of Xingtai No. 3 Middle School. First, it briefly introduces the development of the legal education in the junior middle school in Xingtai City. Then, on the basis of the questionnaire, the basic evaluation of the legal education in Xingtai City, the basic evaluation of the legal education in the school and the classroom attitude of the legal education course, the legal knowledge and the present situation of the legal ability of the students, etc. This paper analyzes the present situation of legal education in junior middle school of Xingtai No. 3 Middle School. The third part of the paper analyzes the problems and causes in the investigation of legal education in Xingtai No. 3 Middle School, analyzes the ideas, mechanisms, educational methods and social cooperation of the school, and finds out the reasons. The fourth part of the paper analyzes the principles and basic countermeasures of how to promote the legal education in junior middle school on the basis of the first three parts, and puts forward five principles and eight basic countermeasures to promote the education in junior middle school. In order to strengthen the legal consciousness and the concept of rule of law of junior high school students, prevent and reduce the illegal crimes of junior high school students, improve their own quality, but also ensure their healthy growth, train qualified talents for building a well-off society in an all-round way, which is conducive to the construction of a socialist country ruled by law and the construction of a harmonious socialist society, and accelerate the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
