武漢市中學(xué)生動(dòng)商現(xiàn)狀與培育路徑研究

【摘要】:動(dòng)商是指?jìng)(gè)體的綜合運(yùn)動(dòng)商數(shù),反映的是人克服自身和客觀事物進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng),挖掘、發(fā)揮運(yùn)動(dòng)天賦和潛能的能力水平。當(dāng)前,人們生活水平逐漸提高,但中學(xué)生體質(zhì)水平卻令人擔(dān)憂。在黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)上通過(guò)的《中共中央關(guān)于全面深化改革若干重大問(wèn)題的決定》中提出“重視體育課,強(qiáng)化青少年體質(zhì),促進(jìn)青少年全面發(fā)展”。此《決定》,反映了黨和國(guó)家對(duì)增強(qiáng)學(xué)生體質(zhì),提高學(xué)生動(dòng)商的期盼。中學(xué)生群體是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)和民族的希望,是社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者和接班人,同時(shí),中學(xué)時(shí)期是人發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,其各方面素質(zhì)在此時(shí)期內(nèi)發(fā)展迅速。動(dòng)商理念的提出對(duì)提高中學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)、發(fā)展中學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)潛能具有重要意義。動(dòng)商理念的提出時(shí)間并不長(zhǎng),但在提出后就引起了人們的廣泛關(guān)注,同時(shí)引起學(xué)界的廣泛討論。對(duì)動(dòng)商的研究也逐漸從理論研究向應(yīng)用研究擴(kuò)展。其中在2015年國(guó)家社科基金立項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目中出現(xiàn)了以動(dòng)商理論構(gòu)建和量表編制為方向的課題。動(dòng)商作為中國(guó)人提出的一個(gè)新理念,開(kāi)始進(jìn)入國(guó)家層面的研究領(lǐng)域。本文也是基于此,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、調(diào)查法等方法,從實(shí)踐出發(fā),通過(guò)對(duì)武漢市中學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)素質(zhì)、身體機(jī)能和運(yùn)動(dòng)心理的調(diào)查測(cè)試,結(jié)合動(dòng)商測(cè)評(píng)體系和測(cè)試量表,分析當(dāng)前武漢市中學(xué)生動(dòng)商水平,并探討影響中學(xué)生動(dòng)商水平的因素以及提升中學(xué)生動(dòng)商水平的路徑。研究結(jié)果如下:1.從武漢市中學(xué)生動(dòng)商指標(biāo)測(cè)量結(jié)果看,男女生得分平均值相差不大,但普遍較低。男生運(yùn)動(dòng)素質(zhì)得分平均值為18.04,女生為17.95;男生運(yùn)動(dòng)心理得分平均值為14.7,女生為14.4;男生身體機(jī)能得分平均值為10.12,女生為10.3。2.武漢市中學(xué)生動(dòng)商水平整體處于良好、正常及中下等級(jí)。有21%的學(xué)生處于良好及以上水平,有45%的學(xué)生處于正常水平,有34%的學(xué)生處于中下及較低水平。3.中學(xué)生動(dòng)商水平是影響中學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的重要方面,學(xué)校的教學(xué)觀念、設(shè)施環(huán)境,自身的鍛煉意愿和鍛煉習(xí)慣,社會(huì)的體制機(jī)制以及家庭觀念、生活方式等都會(huì)對(duì)中學(xué)生動(dòng)商水平產(chǎn)生影響。4.中學(xué)生動(dòng)商培育的路徑分為學(xué)校路徑、自身路徑、家庭路徑和社會(huì)路徑。學(xué)校要構(gòu)建學(xué)生動(dòng)商培育主陣地,加深學(xué)生對(duì)動(dòng)商理念的認(rèn)知,提高教師動(dòng)商素質(zhì),改變體育課的尷尬狀況同時(shí)要注重學(xué)校運(yùn)動(dòng)氛圍的形成。學(xué)生要發(fā)揮自身內(nèi)部動(dòng)力作用,增強(qiáng)動(dòng)商提升意識(shí),注重體育行為的改變,掌握動(dòng)商提升的方法。家庭要為學(xué)生動(dòng)商培育提供直接支持,多鼓勵(lì)孩子進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng),多帶領(lǐng)孩子參加體育活動(dòng),同時(shí)為孩子提供必要的運(yùn)動(dòng)條件。社會(huì)要為中學(xué)生動(dòng)商培育提供外部保障,加強(qiáng)對(duì)動(dòng)商理念的宣傳,提升體育在教育系統(tǒng)中的地位,建立合理的學(xué)校體育評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Dynamic quotient refers to the comprehensive sports quotient of the individual, which reflects the ability level of human beings to overcome their own and objective things to move, excavate and give full play to their athletic talent and potential. At present, people's living standards are gradually improving, but the physical level of middle school students is worrying. In the decision of the CPC Central Committee on deepening the Reform in an all-round way, adopted at the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, it was put forward that "attach importance to physical education, strengthen the physique of young people and promote the all-round development of young people." This decision reflects the expectations of the Party and the state to strengthen students' physique and improve students' motivation. The group of middle school students is the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation, and it is the builder and successor of the socialist cause. At the same time, the middle school period is the key period of human development, and its all aspects of quality develop rapidly in this period. The concept of moving quotient is of great significance to improve the physical quality and develop the sports potential of middle school students. The concept of moving quotient has not been put forward for a long time, but it has aroused widespread concern and discussion in academic circles after it was put forward. The study of dynamic quotient has gradually expanded from theoretical research to applied research. Among them, in 2015, the project of the National Social Science Fund appeared in the direction of the construction of the theory of dynamic quotient and the compilation of the scale. As a new concept put forward by the Chinese people, Mobile Commerce has begun to enter the field of research at the national level. Based on this, this paper uses the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, investigation and so on, starting from the practice, through the investigation and test of the sports quality, physical function and sports psychology of middle school students in Wuhan, combined with the evaluation system of motor quotient and the test scale, analyzes the current level of motor quotient of middle school students in Wuhan, and probes into the factors that affect the level of action quotient of middle school students and the way to improve the level of action quotient of middle school students. The results are as follows: 1. According to the measurement results of motor quotient index of middle school students in Wuhan, the average score of male and female students is not significantly different, but it is generally low. The average score of boys' sports quality was 18.04, that of girls was 17.95, that of boys was 14.7, that of girls was 14.4, that of boys was 10.12, that of girls was 10.3.2%, that of boys was 14.7, that of girls was 14.4, that of boys was 10.12, that of girls was 10.3.2. Wuhan middle school students' moving quotient level as a whole is in good, normal and middle and lower grades. 21% of the students were at a good level or above, 45% of them were at a normal level, and 34% of them were in the lower middle and lower levels. The level of moving quotient of middle school students is an important aspect that affects the all-round development of middle school students. The teaching concept of the school, the environment of facilities, the willingness and habit of exercising themselves, the system mechanism of society, the concept of family and the way of life all have an impact on the level of motivation and quotient of middle school students. The path of moving quotient cultivation of middle school students is divided into school path, own path, family path and social path. The school should construct the main position of students' motivation to cultivate, deepen students' understanding of the concept of moving quotient, improve the quality of teachers, change the awkward situation of physical education class, and pay attention to the formation of school sports atmosphere at the same time. Students should give full play to their own internal dynamic role, strengthen the awareness of moving quotient, pay attention to the change of sports behavior, and master the methods of improving dynamic quotient. Families should provide direct support for the cultivation of students, encourage children to exercise, lead children to participate in sports activities, and provide children with the necessary sports conditions. The society should provide external guarantee for the cultivation of middle school students, strengthen the propaganda of the concept of moving quotient, enhance the position of physical education in the education system, and establish a reasonable evaluation mechanism of school physical education.
