【摘要】：在新課程改革和陽(yáng)光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展的大背景下,以及全民健身的熱潮中,校園和社區(qū)的體育基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施在不斷完善,學(xué)校體育機(jī)制在有條不紊的改進(jìn)和完善,與此同時(shí)對(duì)體育教師的全面的可持續(xù)的發(fā)展提出了更高的要求。文章旨在通過(guò)對(duì)潁上縣農(nóng)村初級(jí)中學(xué)體育教師的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析,歸納出潁上縣當(dāng)前體育教師隊(duì)伍中存在的普遍問(wèn)題和產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的成因等,試圖找出相應(yīng)的解決方案和措施,為建設(shè)一支高質(zhì)量的農(nóng)村體育教師隊(duì)伍提供一定的實(shí)證依據(jù)和理論參考。本文采用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專(zhuān)家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)潁上縣農(nóng)村初級(jí)中學(xué)體育教師的基本情況、結(jié)構(gòu)特征、教學(xué)工作及教學(xué)規(guī)范、教學(xué)能力、課外活動(dòng)開(kāi)展的情況、科研工作、繼續(xù)教育、福利待遇及穩(wěn)定性、以及其他方面的深入研究和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了潁上縣農(nóng)村初級(jí)中學(xué)體育教師隊(duì)伍在建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,并得出研究結(jié)論:1、潁上縣農(nóng)村初級(jí)中學(xué)體育師生比例不符合國(guó)家規(guī)定,師資力量仍有很大的缺口。教師在年齡方面趨向年輕化方向發(fā)展,結(jié)構(gòu)方面基本合理。性別比例結(jié)構(gòu)不合理。2、潁上縣農(nóng)村初級(jí)中學(xué)體育教師隊(duì)伍中缺乏骨干教師,高級(jí)職稱(chēng)的教師占有比例低。體育教師的學(xué)歷基本符合國(guó)家對(duì)中學(xué)教師的要求,本科學(xué)歷達(dá)85.2%。3、潁上縣農(nóng)村初級(jí)中學(xué)體育教師對(duì)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的了解程度已達(dá)標(biāo),教案的書(shū)寫(xiě)不符合規(guī)范,執(zhí)行教案沒(méi)有到達(dá)要求。早操、課間操、課外活動(dòng)等開(kāi)展情況參差不齊,整體的工作量偏重。課外競(jìng)賽的輔導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目單一,學(xué)生的興趣低。4、潁上縣農(nóng)村初級(jí)中學(xué)體育教師的科研能力低,體育教師的科研成果很少。繼續(xù)教育沒(méi)能發(fā)揮它的作用。體育教師在能力方面的培訓(xùn)看重的教學(xué)能力和科研能力。5、潁上縣農(nóng)村初級(jí)中學(xué)體育教師對(duì)自己的工作待遇滿(mǎn)意程度低,教師的工作量與薪金水平不相符,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)。教師的熱情度降低,嚴(yán)重影響了教育教學(xué)。通過(guò)分析得出以下建議:1、充實(shí)體育教師的數(shù)量和提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量,適應(yīng)新課程改革2、加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè),提高教師的綜合素質(zhì)3、進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍職后培訓(xùn),建立一支穩(wěn)定的體育教師隊(duì)伍4、提高分管體育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的思想觀念5、提高體育教師的工資待遇及職稱(chēng)評(píng)定6、鼓勵(lì)體育教師外出學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)的思想和教育方法
[Abstract]:Under the background of new curriculum reform and sunshine sports, as well as the upsurge of national fitness, the sports infrastructure of campus and community is constantly improved, and the mechanism of school physical education is being improved and perfected methodically. At the same time, it puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive and sustainable development of physical education teachers. Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools in Yingshang County, this paper sums up the common problems existing in the current team of physical education teachers in Yingshang County and the causes of the problems, and tries to find out the corresponding solutions and measures, so as to provide some empirical basis and theoretical reference for the construction of a high quality rural physical education teacher team. This paper adopts the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interview and mathematical statistics to study and analyze the basic situation, structural characteristics, teaching work and teaching norms, teaching ability, extracurricular activities, scientific research, continuing education, welfare treatment and stability, as well as other aspects of physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools in Yingshang County. This paper finds out the problems existing in the construction of physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools in Yingshang County, and draws the following conclusions: 1. The ratio of physical education teachers and students in rural junior middle schools in Yingshang County does not conform to the national regulations, and there is still a big gap in the strength of teachers. Teachers tend to develop in the direction of rejuvenation in terms of age, and the structure is basically reasonable. The sex proportion structure is unreasonable. 2, Yingshang County rural junior middle school physical education teachers lack of backbone teachers, senior professional titles of teachers account for a low proportion. The academic qualifications of physical education teachers basically meet the requirements of the state for middle school teachers, with a bachelor degree of 85.2%. 3. The understanding of the new curriculum standards of physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools in Yingshang County has reached the standard, the writing of the teaching plan is not in line with the norms, and the implementation of the teaching plan does not meet the requirements. Morning exercises, recess exercises, extracurricular activities and so on are uneven, the overall workload is heavy. The tutoring project of extracurricular competition is single, and the interest of students is low. 4, the scientific research ability of physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools in Yingshang County is low, and the scientific research achievements of physical education teachers are very few. Continuing education has failed to play its role. The teaching ability and scientific research ability emphasized by the training of physical education teachers in ability. 5. The degree of satisfaction of physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools in Yingshang County is low, and the workload of teachers is not consistent with the salary level, which is much lower than that in developed areas. The decrease of teachers' enthusiasm has seriously affected the education and teaching. Through the analysis, the following suggestions are obtained: 1, enrich the number of physical education teachers and improve the quality of classroom teaching, adapt to the reform of the new curriculum, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, improve the comprehensive quality of teachers, further strengthen the post-service training of the teaching staff, establish a stable contingent of physical education teachers, improve the concept of physical education leaders 5, and improve the salary, treatment and professional title evaluation of physical education teachers. Encourage physical education teachers to go out to study and learn advanced ideas and educational methods
