潁上縣農(nóng)村初級(jí)中學(xué)體育教師的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與分析
[Abstract]:Under the background of new curriculum reform and sunshine sports, as well as the upsurge of national fitness, the sports infrastructure of campus and community is constantly improved, and the mechanism of school physical education is being improved and perfected methodically. At the same time, it puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive and sustainable development of physical education teachers. Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools in Yingshang County, this paper sums up the common problems existing in the current team of physical education teachers in Yingshang County and the causes of the problems, and tries to find out the corresponding solutions and measures, so as to provide some empirical basis and theoretical reference for the construction of a high quality rural physical education teacher team. This paper adopts the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interview and mathematical statistics to study and analyze the basic situation, structural characteristics, teaching work and teaching norms, teaching ability, extracurricular activities, scientific research, continuing education, welfare treatment and stability, as well as other aspects of physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools in Yingshang County. This paper finds out the problems existing in the construction of physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools in Yingshang County, and draws the following conclusions: 1. The ratio of physical education teachers and students in rural junior middle schools in Yingshang County does not conform to the national regulations, and there is still a big gap in the strength of teachers. Teachers tend to develop in the direction of rejuvenation in terms of age, and the structure is basically reasonable. The sex proportion structure is unreasonable. 2, Yingshang County rural junior middle school physical education teachers lack of backbone teachers, senior professional titles of teachers account for a low proportion. The academic qualifications of physical education teachers basically meet the requirements of the state for middle school teachers, with a bachelor degree of 85.2%. 3. The understanding of the new curriculum standards of physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools in Yingshang County has reached the standard, the writing of the teaching plan is not in line with the norms, and the implementation of the teaching plan does not meet the requirements. Morning exercises, recess exercises, extracurricular activities and so on are uneven, the overall workload is heavy. The tutoring project of extracurricular competition is single, and the interest of students is low. 4, the scientific research ability of physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools in Yingshang County is low, and the scientific research achievements of physical education teachers are very few. Continuing education has failed to play its role. The teaching ability and scientific research ability emphasized by the training of physical education teachers in ability. 5. The degree of satisfaction of physical education teachers in rural junior middle schools in Yingshang County is low, and the workload of teachers is not consistent with the salary level, which is much lower than that in developed areas. The decrease of teachers' enthusiasm has seriously affected the education and teaching. Through the analysis, the following suggestions are obtained: 1, enrich the number of physical education teachers and improve the quality of classroom teaching, adapt to the reform of the new curriculum, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, improve the comprehensive quality of teachers, further strengthen the post-service training of the teaching staff, establish a stable contingent of physical education teachers, improve the concept of physical education leaders 5, and improve the salary, treatment and professional title evaluation of physical education teachers. Encourage physical education teachers to go out to study and learn advanced ideas and educational methods
