歷史學(xué)師范生實(shí)習(xí)備課研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革日新月異,課堂教學(xué)形式多樣化,對(duì)教師的基本素養(yǎng)、技能隨之提高。課堂教學(xué)作為整個(gè)教育環(huán)節(jié)的重要組成部分,備課在其中起著基礎(chǔ)性的作用。要提升歷史教師備課能力,師范生求學(xué)期間的實(shí)習(xí)訓(xùn)練至關(guān)重要。本研究在教育教學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)某師范大學(xué)歷史學(xué)師范生(2013、2014級(jí))在實(shí)習(xí)期間的備課教案進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,并結(jié)合一線歷史教師備課教案的研究以及課改對(duì)歷史教師提出的新要求,揭示歷史學(xué)師范生在實(shí)習(xí)期間備課的現(xiàn)狀,分析師范生備課能力薄弱的原因,并提出提升歷史學(xué)師范生實(shí)習(xí)備課能力舉措。論文共分為六個(gè)部分。第一章緒論闡明了論文的選題依據(jù)和意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法和核心概念的界定。第二章從歷史學(xué)師范生實(shí)習(xí)備課的重要性和必要性方面,闡述了加強(qiáng)師范生實(shí)習(xí)備課研究及實(shí)踐的意義。第三章通過對(duì)師范生實(shí)習(xí)備課的現(xiàn)狀的梳理,發(fā)現(xiàn)歷史學(xué)師范生在實(shí)習(xí)備課環(huán)節(jié)中存在諸多問題,如歷史學(xué)師范生對(duì)新課改的了解程度低、對(duì)備課觀念模糊、對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)階段不夠重視、實(shí)習(xí)備課重形式輕內(nèi)容、實(shí)習(xí)備課往往是個(gè)人行為和備課內(nèi)容可操作性低等現(xiàn)狀。第四章從高校、實(shí)習(xí)單位和學(xué)生個(gè)體三個(gè)方面著手,對(duì)歷史學(xué)師范生實(shí)習(xí)期間備課能力較弱的原因進(jìn)行了具體的分析,認(rèn)為高校層面存在高校教學(xué)理念相對(duì)陳舊、教學(xué)課程設(shè)置不盡合理和教學(xué)教師的差異性問題,實(shí)習(xí)單位存在實(shí)習(xí)單位管理不夠完善、對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)生的重視程度不高和備課活動(dòng)機(jī)制不足問題,師范生個(gè)人方面存在對(duì)備課的重視程度低、缺乏備課實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和師范生自主學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)薄弱問題。第五章闡述了提升歷史學(xué)師范生實(shí)習(xí)期間備課能力的舉措。就高校而言,應(yīng)該轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)理念、引進(jìn)教學(xué)專業(yè)化教師和完善教育教學(xué)課程。實(shí)習(xí)單位應(yīng)該完善高校+實(shí)習(xí)單位的管理制度、明確實(shí)習(xí)生考核制度和建立合作機(jī)制。實(shí)習(xí)生個(gè)人應(yīng)該提高對(duì)備課認(rèn)識(shí)程度、增加備課實(shí)踐和加強(qiáng)師范生自主意識(shí)。第六章對(duì)本研究結(jié)論作出了總結(jié)和進(jìn)一步研究方向和展望。
[Abstract]:At present, the curriculum reform of basic education is changing with each passing day, the form of classroom teaching is diversified, and the basic literacy and skills of teachers are improved. Classroom teaching, as an important part of the whole educational link, plays a basic role in preparing lessons. In order to improve the ability of history teachers to prepare lessons, it is very important for normal school students to practice during their studies. On the basis of the theory of education and teaching, this study makes an empirical study on the teaching plans of history normal students in a normal university (2013, 2014) during the internship period. Combined with the research of history teachers' lesson preparation and the new requirements put forward by curriculum reform for history teachers, this paper reveals the present situation of history normal students preparing lessons during the practice period, and analyzes the reasons for the weakness of normal school students' ability to prepare lessons. And put forward to improve the history of normal school students practice preparation ability measures. The paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter expounds the basis and significance of the topic selection, the research status, the research methods and the definition of the core concepts. The second chapter expounds the significance of strengthening the research and practice of teaching preparation for normal students from the aspects of the importance and necessity of preparing lessons for normal students in history. In the third chapter, by combing the present situation of the practice preparation of the normal school students, it is found that there are many problems in the practice preparation of the history normal students, such as the low understanding of the new curriculum reform and the vague concept of the course preparation. The practice stage is not paid enough attention to, the practice preparation pays more attention to the form than the content, and the practice preparation is often the present situation of personal behavior and low maneuverability of the preparation content. The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the weak ability of preparing lessons for normal students of history from three aspects: colleges and universities, practice units and individual students, and holds that there are relatively old teaching ideas in colleges and universities. The teaching curriculum is not reasonable and the difference of teaching teachers is not enough, the practice unit management is not perfect, the degree of attention to interns is not high, and the mechanism of lesson preparation activities is insufficient. In the personal aspect of normal school students, there are some problems, such as low attention to lesson preparation, lack of practical experience in lesson preparation and weak sense of autonomous learning of normal school students. The fifth chapter expounds the measures to improve the ability of preparing lessons for the students of history normal school during the practice period. As far as colleges and universities are concerned, we should change the teaching idea, introduce teaching professional teachers and perfect the education and teaching curriculum. The practice unit should perfect the management system of the practice unit in colleges and universities, make clear the examination system of interns and establish the cooperation mechanism. Interns should improve their understanding of lesson preparation, increase the practice of lesson preparation and strengthen the independent consciousness of normal school students. The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions of this study and further research directions and prospects.
