【摘要】：沒(méi)有愛(ài)就沒(méi)有成功的教育。每一個(gè)后進(jìn)生的轉(zhuǎn)化都需要班主任特別的愛(ài)。唯有用心觀察,走進(jìn)學(xué)生的生活世界,才能用愛(ài)打開(kāi)孩子的心鎖,將愛(ài)的溫暖傳遞給孩子,激發(fā)起成長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:There is no successful education without love. The transformation of every underachiever needs the special love of the head teacher. Only by observing the students' life world, can we open the lock of the child's heart with love, pass on the warmth of love to the child, and stimulate the motivation of growth.
