當(dāng)前構(gòu)建中學(xué)和諧師生關(guān)系的路徑探析

【摘要】:師生關(guān)系是存在于教學(xué)過程中最為基本也是最重要的一對關(guān)系,是教育者與受教育者兩個主體相互依存、相互斗爭、相互促進(jìn),相互溝通,并隨著雙方力量對比而變化,其中最理想的師生關(guān)系就是和諧狀態(tài)下的師生關(guān)系。目前在媒體報道中師生沖突事件頻現(xiàn),且目前師生關(guān)系面臨著教師角色轉(zhuǎn)換、“00”后新學(xué)生群體特點(diǎn)以及發(fā)展著的新師生觀的新背景條件的影響,究竟中學(xué)師生關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀如何,如何根據(jù)當(dāng)前的現(xiàn)狀來構(gòu)建中學(xué)和諧師生關(guān)系,探索出具有針對性和可操作性的構(gòu)建路徑便是本文所探討的問題。文章采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法與理論聯(lián)系實際的方法分析了當(dāng)前中學(xué)師生關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合新的背景條件做出探討與研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上對當(dāng)前構(gòu)建和諧中學(xué)師生關(guān)系進(jìn)行路徑的探討。本文一共有五個部分。第一部分為緒論,簡單回顧了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于師生關(guān)系的研究現(xiàn)狀提出了并文章的研究方法。第二部分通過文獻(xiàn)的梳理并結(jié)合教學(xué)實踐分析了和諧師生關(guān)系的定位和相關(guān)的構(gòu)建理論,在這此基礎(chǔ)上把握住文章的研究內(nèi)容。第三部分運(yùn)用問卷量表調(diào)查和科學(xué)的數(shù)據(jù)分析方法對當(dāng)下中學(xué)師生關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行剖析,并從和諧維度和沖突維度兩方面的對比來進(jìn)行深入的現(xiàn)狀分析。第四部分在上文現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從新的師生觀念、教師角色的新轉(zhuǎn)換、00后學(xué)生的新特征三方面探討當(dāng)前要構(gòu)建和諧師生關(guān)系要注意到的新的背景條件。第五部分則結(jié)合當(dāng)下中學(xué)師生關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀和新背景條件,從師生的教學(xué)關(guān)系、人際關(guān)系與情感關(guān)系三方面出發(fā),提出了從營造民主教學(xué)環(huán)境、弘揚(yáng)平等互愛觀念以及加強(qiáng)師生溝通交流三個策略和手段,以此來構(gòu)建當(dāng)前中學(xué)和諧師生關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The teacher-student relationship is the most basic and the most important relationship in the teaching process. It is that the educators and the educatees depend on each other, struggle with each other, promote each other, communicate with each other, and change with the balance of strength between the two sides. One of the most ideal teacher-student relationship is the harmonious state of the teacher-student relationship. At present, there are frequent incidents of conflict between teachers and students in media reports, and the teacher-student relationship is now facing the influence of the transformation of teachers' roles, the characteristics of new student groups after "00", and the new background conditions for the development of new views on teachers and students. What is the current situation of teacher-student relationship in middle schools, how to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship in middle schools according to the current situation, and how to explore the construction path with pertinence and maneuverability is the problem discussed in this paper. This paper analyzes the current situation of teacher-student relationship in middle schools by the methods of literature research, comparative analysis, questionnaire survey, interview and theory, and makes a study on the new background conditions. On this basis, the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in middle schools is discussed. There are five parts in this paper. The first part is the introduction, which briefly reviews the current research situation of teacher-student relationship at home and abroad and puts forward the research methods of this paper. The second part analyzes the orientation of the harmonious teacher-student relationship and the related construction theory through combing the literature and teaching practice, and then grasps the research content of the article. The third part uses the questionnaire survey and scientific data analysis method to analyze the current situation of teacher-student relationship in middle schools, and carries on the in-depth analysis from the harmonious dimension and the conflict dimension. On the basis of the analysis of the present situation above, the fourth part discusses the new background conditions to construct the harmonious teacher-student relationship from three aspects: the new concept of teachers and students, the new transformation of teacher's role, and the new characteristics of students after 00. The fifth part combines the present situation and the new background condition of the teacher-student relationship in middle school, from three aspects of the teacher-student relationship, the interpersonal relationship and the emotional relationship, it puts forward the idea of creating a democratic teaching environment. Carrying forward the concept of equal and mutual love and strengthening the communication and communication between teachers and students three strategies and means to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship in middle schools.
