高中語文課堂觀察的困境與優(yōu)化策略研究

【摘要】:課堂觀察以西方建構(gòu)主義、班杜拉觀察學(xué)習(xí)理論和有效教學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ),是一項已經(jīng)進入高中教學(xué)領(lǐng)域的針對教學(xué)實踐中教師教學(xué)行為和學(xué)生行為觀察與診斷的教學(xué)研究方法。但是由于科學(xué)學(xué)科和人文學(xué)科的學(xué)科之間的較大差異,學(xué)科教學(xué)實踐差異及課堂觀察研究方法的特殊特點,課堂觀察在教學(xué)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的學(xué)科發(fā)展不均衡化,明顯偏重科學(xué)學(xué)科的發(fā)展。因此,人文學(xué)科尤其是語文學(xué)科,在課堂觀察理論中略有不足,實踐中也陷入一定的困境。探本溯源,除了課堂觀察研究方法的不成熟之外,還受制于語文課程的學(xué)科特殊性、教師教科研能力的不足、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)程度和習(xí)慣的差異化及學(xué)校缺乏相應(yīng)制度保障等等多方面。在本文中,筆者以教育見習(xí)基地為重點,新鄉(xiāng)市部分市縣區(qū)高中教師為調(diào)研對象,采用了文獻分析法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、統(tǒng)計分析法從教師調(diào)查問卷、教師訪談兩個方面分進行研究,分析存在的問題,給出解決問題的對應(yīng)策略。本文包括五個部分,第一部分是緒論,主要是敘述了本文研究的背景和意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究對象與范圍和研究思路和方法以及本文的創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分是第一章,主要是敘述了本文相關(guān)的概念、本文的理論基礎(chǔ)以及現(xiàn)實意義。第三部分是第二章,主要是敘述了本文的調(diào)查方案、調(diào)查結(jié)果分析、存在的困境歸因分析。第四部分是第三章,主要探討了高中語文課堂觀察的優(yōu)化策略分析。第五部分是第四章,主要結(jié)合教育見習(xí)期間親自參與的一例課堂觀察案例進行了具體分析研究。本文專門針對課堂觀察在高中語文課堂教學(xué)中的運用進行研究,其中對課堂觀察在高中語文教師教學(xué)成長中的運用進行了系統(tǒng)的調(diào)查與分析,這在研究界尚屬少數(shù)。筆者通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談以及案例研究的方法,了解高中語文課堂觀察的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題以及提出相應(yīng)的策略,希望對一線高中語文教師提供一些力所能及的幫助。
[Abstract]:Classroom observation, based on western constructivism, Bandura's observational learning theory and effective teaching theory, is a teaching research method which aims at teachers' teaching behavior and students' behavior observation and diagnosis in teaching practice. However, due to the great differences between the subjects of science and humanities, the differences in teaching practice and the special characteristics of the methods of classroom observation and research, the development of classroom observation in the field of teaching is not balanced. There is a clear emphasis on the development of science. Therefore, the humanities, especially the Chinese, have some shortcomings in the classroom observation theory, and also fall into a certain dilemma in practice. In addition to the immaturity of classroom observation and research methods, it is also subject to the discipline particularity of the Chinese curriculum and the deficiency of teachers' ability to teach scientific research. The differences of students' learning level and habits and the lack of corresponding institutional protection in schools and so on. In this paper, the author focuses on the educational apprenticeship base, and some senior high school teachers in some cities and counties of Xinxiang City are investigated by the methods of literature analysis, interview, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. Two aspects of teacher interview are studied, the existing problems are analyzed, and the corresponding strategies for solving the problems are given. This paper includes five parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly describes the background and significance of this study, research status, research object and scope, research ideas and methods, as well as the innovation of this paper. The second part is the first chapter, mainly describes the related concepts, the theoretical basis and practical significance of this paper. The third part is the second chapter, mainly narrates the investigation plan, the investigation result analysis, the existing predicament attribution analysis. The fourth part is the third chapter, mainly discusses the high school Chinese classroom observation optimization strategy analysis. The fifth part is the fourth chapter. This paper focuses on the application of classroom observation in Chinese classroom teaching in senior high school, and makes a systematic investigation and analysis on the application of classroom observation in the teaching growth of high school Chinese teachers, which is still a minority in the field of research. Through the methods of questionnaire, interview and case study, the author understands the present situation, the existing problems and the corresponding strategies of the Chinese classroom observation in senior high school, hoping to provide some help to the first-line senior high school Chinese teachers.
