【摘要】：在國(guó)務(wù)院日益重視“校園足球”發(fā)展的基調(diào)下,同為三大球的“冠軍”項(xiàng)目：排球,在學(xué)校體育發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的作用也是不容忽視的,為了普及“陽(yáng)光體育”運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展,響應(yīng)“每天鍛煉一小時(shí)”的號(hào)召,發(fā)揚(yáng)“健康第一”的學(xué)校體育指導(dǎo)思想。本文從襄陽(yáng)市省級(jí)示范高中排球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,研究排球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀并進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,進(jìn)一步找出影響襄陽(yáng)市排球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的因素,為襄陽(yáng)市有關(guān)教育部門(mén)在制定有關(guān)學(xué)校體育工作的措施提供一定的理論借鑒和實(shí)踐依據(jù),并對(duì)其他類(lèi)似學(xué)校及城市有相當(dāng)大的參考價(jià)值,為排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展和學(xué)生終身體育鍛煉提供保障。本文主要采取文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪(fǎng)談法等科學(xué)研究方法對(duì)襄陽(yáng)市3所省級(jí)示范高中排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了大規(guī)模的調(diào)查研究,共發(fā)放480份調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,回收438份,去除無(wú)效問(wèn)卷,共采用有效問(wèn)卷426份進(jìn)行研究。分別從三所學(xué)校的體育師資、排球場(chǎng)地和器材、排球教學(xué)、課余排球活動(dòng)等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)研。并將3所學(xué)校的情況進(jìn)行比較分析,找出異同點(diǎn),相互學(xué)習(xí)借鑒,揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短。將數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果與國(guó)家要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)對(duì)比分析與研究得出襄陽(yáng)市省級(jí)示范高中排球運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀主要存在的問(wèn)題有：第一,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視程度和物質(zhì)保障條件不足。第二,排球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)教師缺乏,師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)不平衡。第三,排球課程開(kāi)發(fā)不足,教學(xué)內(nèi)容缺乏創(chuàng)新性。第四,學(xué)生課余活動(dòng)時(shí)間不足,排球課余活動(dòng)不普及。第五,課余排球競(jìng)賽發(fā)展滯后。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,結(jié)合我國(guó)高級(jí)中學(xué)學(xué)校體育工作的性質(zhì)與特色,對(duì)襄陽(yáng)市省級(jí)示范高中排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀提出如下建議：第一,加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視程度,加大物質(zhì)保障條件的投入。第二,引進(jìn)更多排球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)教師,優(yōu)化體育師資隊(duì)伍。第三,深入挖掘排球課程,提高排球教學(xué)內(nèi)容的創(chuàng)新性。第四,改變傳統(tǒng)“重文輕武”思想,提高課余排球活動(dòng)的普及性。第五,大力發(fā)展課余排球競(jìng)賽,完善排球競(jìng)賽體系。
[Abstract]:With the State Council paying more and more attention to the development of "campus football", volleyball, the "champion" event of the three big balls, plays an important role in the development of school sports. In order to popularize the development of "sunshine sports", In response to the "exercise an hour a day" call, carry forward the "health first" school physical education guidelines. Starting with the present situation of volleyball development in Xiangyang provincial demonstration high school, this paper studies the present situation of volleyball development and makes a comparative analysis to find out the factors that affect the development of Xiangyang volleyball. It provides a certain theoretical and practical basis for the relevant education departments in Xiangyang to formulate measures related to school physical education work, and has considerable reference value for other similar schools and cities. Provide guarantee for the development of volleyball and students'lifelong physical exercise. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and other scientific research methods to carry out a large-scale investigation and study on the present situation of volleyball sports in 3 provincial demonstration high schools in Xiangyang. A total of 480 questionnaires were distributed, and 438 copies were recovered. Removal of invalid questionnaires, a total of 426 valid questionnaires for the study. This paper investigates the physical education teachers, volleyball venues and equipment, volleyball teaching and extracurricular volleyball activities in three schools. And the situation of the three schools were compared and analyzed to find out the similarities and differences, learn from each other, complement each other. By comparing the results with the national standards and related documents, it is concluded that the main problems in the present situation of Xiangyang provincial demonstration high school volleyball are as follows: first, the level of leadership attention and material protection conditions are insufficient. Second, volleyball teachers lack, the construction of teachers is not balanced. Third, volleyball curriculum development is insufficient, teaching content is lack of innovation. Fourth, students do not have enough extracurricular activities, volleyball after-school activities are not popular. Fifth, the development of after-school volleyball competition lags behind. In view of the above problems, combined with the nature and characteristics of physical education work in senior middle schools in our country, this paper puts forward the following suggestions on the present situation of volleyball sports in Xiangyang provincial demonstration high school: first, strengthening the degree of leadership attention, Increase the input of material guarantee condition. Second, the introduction of more volleyball special teachers, optimize the team of physical education teachers. Third, excavate volleyball course deeply, improve the innovation of volleyball teaching content. Fourth, to change the traditional thought of "emphasizing on literature and not on military", and to improve the popularization of after-school volleyball activities. Fifth, vigorously develop after-school volleyball competition, improve the volleyball competition system.
