【摘要】：建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家,實(shí)現(xiàn)依法治國(guó)總目標(biāo)必須要加強(qiáng)公民法治價(jià)值觀教育。黨的十八屆四中全會(huì)全文公報(bào)中指出增強(qiáng)全民法治觀念,推進(jìn)法治社會(huì)建設(shè)是依法治國(guó)的重大任務(wù)之一。高中生是公民的預(yù)備隊(duì)伍。高中生的法治價(jià)值觀建設(shè)決定著未來(lái)社會(huì)公民的法治素質(zhì)。由于法治價(jià)值觀教育內(nèi)容在高中階段沒(méi)有設(shè)置單獨(dú)的必修課程,高中思想政治課成為對(duì)高中生進(jìn)行法治價(jià)值觀教育的重要途徑之一,但是由于法治價(jià)值觀教育內(nèi)容的抽象性且在高中思想政治課中比較零散、不系統(tǒng),法治價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng)往往在現(xiàn)實(shí)的教學(xué)過(guò)程中被忽略。為了能夠充分發(fā)揮思想政治課在法治價(jià)值觀教育中的作用,本文對(duì)高中思想政治課法治價(jià)值觀教育的現(xiàn)狀、內(nèi)容和作用等方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地梳理。本文分為六部分。第一部分對(duì)高中思想政治課法治價(jià)值觀教育這個(gè)概念進(jìn)行界定。首先通過(guò)分別介紹法治的內(nèi)涵、價(jià)值觀的內(nèi)涵及價(jià)值觀教育的內(nèi)涵,經(jīng)過(guò)分析與整合進(jìn)而明確法治價(jià)值觀教育的含義。最后,分析高中思想政治課法治價(jià)值觀教育的特征。第二部分,闡明了目前高中生法治價(jià)值觀中存在的問(wèn)題及原因。第三部分,對(duì)高中思想政治課法治價(jià)值觀教育的重要性進(jìn)行了研究。第四部分,結(jié)合教育實(shí)習(xí)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷,對(duì)高中思想政治課法治價(jià)值觀教育的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。第五部分,結(jié)合高中思想政治教育課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和高中思想政治課本內(nèi)容,闡明思想政治課中法治價(jià)值觀教育的基本內(nèi)容。第六部分,針對(duì)現(xiàn)階段法治價(jià)值觀教育的問(wèn)題,提出促進(jìn)高中思想政治課法治價(jià)值觀教育的對(duì)策,主要是從教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教師、教學(xué)方法、教育共同體和高中生五個(gè)方面提出建議。
[Abstract]:To build a socialist country ruled by law and to achieve the general goal of governing the country according to law, we must strengthen the education of citizens' values of rule of law. It is pointed out in the communique of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee that strengthening the concept of rule by law among the people and promoting the construction of a society ruled by law is one of the major tasks of governing the country by law. High school students are the preparatory team of citizens. The construction of high school students' legal values determines the legal quality of citizens in the future. Because the content of value education of rule of law does not set up a separate compulsory course in senior high school, the ideological and political course of high school becomes one of the important ways to educate high school students on the value of rule of law. However, due to the abstract content of the value education of the rule of law and its scattered and unsystematic nature in the high school ideological and political class, the cultivation of the values of the rule of law is often ignored in the course of teaching in reality. In order to give full play to the role of ideological and political courses in the education of values of rule of law, this paper systematically combs the present situation, contents and functions of the education of values of rule of law in high school ideological and political courses. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part defines the concept of legal values education in high school ideological and political course. Firstly, by introducing the connotation of the rule of law, the connotation of the values and the connotation of the value education, the meaning of the value education of the rule of law is clarified through the analysis and integration. Finally, it analyzes the characteristics of high school ideological and political education of values of the rule of law. The second part clarifies the existing problems and reasons of high school students'values of rule of law. The third part, the importance of high school ideological and political education of values of the rule of law has been studied. The fourth part, combined with the practical experience of education practice, analyzes the current situation of the high school ideological and political course education on the values of rule of law. The fifth part clarifies the basic content of the value education of rule of law in the course of ideology and politics by combining the curriculum standard of high school ideological and political education and the content of high school ideological and political textbook. The sixth part, aiming at the problem of value education of rule of law at the present stage, puts forward the countermeasures to promote the education of value of rule of law in high school ideological and political course, mainly from the teaching goal, teacher, teaching method, Education community and high school students put forward five aspects of advice.
