樂山市中學籃球運動后備人才培養(yǎng)現狀及發(fā)展對策研究
[Abstract]:Through the field investigation on the present situation of basketball reserve talents training in middle schools in Leshan City, it is found that although basketball education develops rapidly in middle school education in Leshan City, there are still many problems in it. In this paper, the author analyzes the problems in the cultivation of basketball reserve talents in Leshan City by means of questionnaire and field investigation, and combines them with the reality of middle school education in Leshan City. This paper studies some new ideas and ideas for the education and cultivation of basketball reserve talents in local middle schools in order to overcome the difficulties faced in the education of basketball reserve talents in middle schools in Leshan City and to solve the problems existing in the training of talents at present. The establishment of a new training model of basketball reserve talents in Leshan City will also provide more scientific, reasonable, effective suggestions and theoretical and data support for the training of basketball reserve talents in Leshan City in the future. This article mainly adopts the questionnaire survey way, from the Leshan middle school basketball player and the coach basic condition, the Leshan city basketball player selection way, the training method as well as the Leshan city basketball athlete training pattern and so on many aspects begins, Through the data statistics and in-depth analysis of the situation of basketball reserve talents cultivation in Leshan City, the main problems in the training mechanism of basketball reserve talents in Leshan City are found out as follows: first, The management system of basketball education in middle school in Leshan is not perfect. At present, professional management departments or institutions have not been set up. The level of coaches' academic qualifications is mostly in the undergraduate stage, with fewer opportunities for further study, and the overall scientific research level of teachers is low. Second, every middle school in Leshan City has not established a sound scientific, effective, reasonable and systematic basketball reserve talent training mechanism and training system. The scientific nature of the talent selection mechanism has yet to be verified, and the basketball training facilities of the school are relatively few. There's still a lot more to be done. Third, Leshan middle school basketball sports education mode is more traditional, school education model innovation is insufficient. Fourthly, there is still a great contradiction between basketball education and traditional knowledge education in Leshan middle school, the education time has not been arranged reasonably, and the number of basketball games organized is less, and the growing experience can not be gained from practice. Through the study of the above problems, this paper discusses the training mechanism of reserve talents in basketball, the selection mode of reserve talents, and the training mode of basketball. In order to promote the development of basketball reserve talents in middle school in Leshan, the authors put forward some effective countermeasures and suggestions to solve the above problems from the aspects of the comprehensive quality of basketball teachers and coaches. It also provides an effective reference for the development of basketball reserve talents training in other similar regions of our country.
