蘇州市初中學(xué)校體育運(yùn)動(dòng)技能教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展路徑研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),青少年體質(zhì)健康問(wèn)題頻發(fā),成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。如何有效改善、提高青少年體質(zhì)成為青少年健康成長(zhǎng)的關(guān)鍵。運(yùn)動(dòng)技能作為青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)參與的“敲門(mén)磚”,在促進(jìn)青少年體質(zhì)健康方面發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法,以蘇州市初中學(xué)校體育運(yùn)動(dòng)技能教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)蘇州市工業(yè)園區(qū)、姑蘇區(qū)、高新區(qū)、相城區(qū)、吳中區(qū)五個(gè)區(qū)20所初中學(xué)校共發(fā)放教師問(wèn)卷100份,學(xué)生問(wèn)卷600份,其中問(wèn)卷內(nèi)容主要涉及了學(xué)校體育運(yùn)動(dòng)技能教學(xué)中的教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)計(jì)劃、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)環(huán)境、教學(xué)效果、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)七個(gè)方面,通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)卷的回收、整理、分析,發(fā)現(xiàn):1蘇州市初中學(xué)校體育運(yùn)動(dòng)技能領(lǐng)域中掌握運(yùn)動(dòng)技能與方法的教學(xué)目標(biāo)與國(guó)家體育與健康課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)水平四運(yùn)動(dòng)技能領(lǐng)域中掌握運(yùn)動(dòng)技能與方法的教學(xué)目標(biāo),二者在總的目標(biāo)方向上是一致的,體現(xiàn)了“國(guó)家課程——地方課程——校本課程”的課程管理要求,保證了教學(xué)內(nèi)容的科學(xué)合理。。2蘇州市初中學(xué)校體育學(xué)期教學(xué)計(jì)劃緊扣江蘇省義務(wù)教育體育與健康課程教學(xué)指南中學(xué)期計(jì)劃要求,在方向上保證了科學(xué)性,在項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容的選擇上表現(xiàn)出了靈活性,在課時(shí)數(shù)分配比重上體現(xiàn)了合理性。3調(diào)查顯示,場(chǎng)地器材、體質(zhì)測(cè)試內(nèi)容、教師特長(zhǎng)、教學(xué)目標(biāo)等成為教師運(yùn)動(dòng)技能教學(xué)內(nèi)容選擇時(shí)的主要考慮因素,在遵循課教學(xué)目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,更多體現(xiàn)了靈活多變。4傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法與新興教學(xué)方法的結(jié)合運(yùn)用成為蘇州市初中體育教師運(yùn)動(dòng)技能教學(xué)方法的首選,這種運(yùn)動(dòng)技能教學(xué)方法得到了大部分(90.63%)學(xué)生的肯定,適合在今后的運(yùn)動(dòng)技能教學(xué)中運(yùn)用。5調(diào)查顯示,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視程度不夠、體育師資隊(duì)伍不完善、運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)賽舉辦稀少、場(chǎng)地器材不足成為影響蘇州市初中學(xué)校體育運(yùn)動(dòng)技能教學(xué)環(huán)境氛圍“慘淡”的主要根源。6調(diào)查顯示,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視、學(xué)生喜愛(ài)程度、場(chǎng)地器材、體育師資隊(duì)伍等因素成為影響蘇州市初中學(xué)校體育運(yùn)動(dòng)技能教學(xué)效果的重要原因。最后,結(jié)合蘇州市初中學(xué)校體育運(yùn)動(dòng)技能教學(xué)的實(shí)際情況提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, adolescent physical health problems occur frequently and become the focus of social attention. How to effectively improve the physical fitness of teenagers is the key to their healthy growth. Motor skills, as the key to the participation of teenagers, play an important role in promoting the physical health of adolescents. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis, and taking the present situation of sports skills teaching in junior high schools in Suzhou as the research object, this paper makes a research on Suzhou Industrial Park, Gusu District, High-tech Zone and Xiangcheng District. A total of 100 teachers' questionnaires and 600 students' questionnaires were distributed by 20 junior high schools in five districts of Wuzhong District. Among them, the contents of the questionnaires mainly related to the teaching objectives, teaching plans, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching environment in the teaching of school sports skills. Teaching effect, teaching evaluation seven aspects, through the questionnaire recovery, collation, analysis, The findings are as follows: 1 the teaching objectives of mastering sports skills and methods in the field of sports skills in junior high schools in Suzhou and the teaching objectives of mastering sports skills and methods in the field of sports skills in the national standard level of physical education and health curriculum; The two are consistent in the overall objective direction, and embody the curriculum management requirements of "National Curriculum-Local Curriculum-School-based Curriculum". It ensures the scientific and reasonable teaching contents. 2 Suzhou junior high school physical education term teaching plan closely follows Jiangsu Province compulsory education physical education and health curriculum teaching guide in the middle term plan requirements, in the direction has guaranteed the scientific nature, It shows flexibility in the selection of project content and rationality in the proportion of class number distribution. 3 the investigation shows that the site equipment, physique test content, teachers' special ability, The teaching goal has become the main factor to be considered in the selection of the teaching contents of the teachers' motor skills, and on the basis of following the teaching objectives of the course, The combination of traditional teaching methods and new teaching methods has become the first choice of sports skills teaching methods for junior middle school PE teachers in Suzhou, and this method has been affirmed by most (90.63%) students. The investigation shows that the level of leadership attention is not enough, the team of physical education teachers is not perfect, and the sports competition is rare, and it is suitable to be used in the teaching of sports skills in the future. The lack of site equipment has become the main source of influence on the environment of sports skills teaching in junior high schools in Suzhou. 6 the investigation shows that the leaders attach importance to the sports skills teaching environment, the students love the students, and the venue equipment. Physical education teachers and other factors have become an important factor affecting the teaching effect of sports skills in junior high schools in Suzhou. Finally, according to the actual situation of sports skills teaching in Suzhou junior high school, the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward.
