烏魯木齊市A校學校文化建設(shè)的個案研究
[Abstract]:School culture plays an important role in the development of a school, especially the school spiritual culture, it has a strong centripetal force and driving force. Since the implementation of quality-oriented education and the new curriculum reform in our country, all kinds of schools are also carrying on the construction of school culture, and the construction of school culture has made great progress. However, there are still many schools to the school culture construction understanding is not accurate, resulting in the school culture construction only stay on the surface, it is difficult to go deep. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the construction of school culture and to provide some reference for the construction of school culture. This research takes A school in Urumqi as the research object, uses the observation method, the interview method and the physical analysis method and so on research method, from the time angle carries on the tracing to the A school culture development course. The typical "cultural events" in the process of the development of school culture are deeply described, and the track of the development of school culture in school A is combed. This paper describes and analyzes the realistic picture of school culture construction in school A from the angle of space. On this basis, the characteristics of school culture construction in school A are summarized and summarized, and the enlightenment and reference to other school culture construction are put forward. This paper analyzes the basic situation of the five stages of school culture development (embryonic period, rapid development period, setback period, recovery period and creation and development period). It is found that the rise and fall of the school culture is closely related to the overall development of the school, especially the spiritual culture in the school culture has a great role in promoting the development of the school. Good school spirit culture can lead the construction and development of other aspects of school culture, and then promote the development of school. This paper describes and analyzes the realistic picture of school culture construction in A school from three aspects: spiritual culture, institutional culture and material culture construction. On the basis of combing and summing up the process of cultural development and construction of school A, the researcher concludes the characteristics of school culture construction in school A: first, school leaders attach great importance to the construction of school culture; second, based on school history, Condensing the spiritual culture of the school; third, the train of thought for the construction of its school culture is "from the inside and the table", that is, a sequence from the spiritual culture to the institutional culture to the material culture construction; fourth, The enlightenment of school culture construction to other school culture construction is as follows: first, fully understand the value and significance of school culture construction is the premise of school culture construction; second, The construction of school culture should be based on the foundation of school history and reality; third, the construction of school culture should attach importance to the guiding and guiding role of school spiritual culture; fourth, the construction of school culture should be carried out with the help of joint efforts, systematic planning and continuous promotion; fifth, Strengthening teacher training and building high-quality teachers is the guarantee of school culture construction.
