【摘要】：學校文化對于一所學校的發(fā)展具有舉足輕重的作用,尤其是學校精神文化,它具有強大的向心力和推動力。自我國實施素質(zhì)教育和新課程改革以來,各級各類學校也都在進行學校文化建設(shè),學校文化建設(shè)有了長足的發(fā)展。然而,依然有很多學校對學校文化建設(shè)認識不夠準確,致使學校文化建設(shè)僅僅停留在表面,難以深入。因此,深入研究學校文化建設(shè)的問題,力求為學校文化建設(shè)提供一定的借鑒和參考具有非常重要的意義。本研究以烏魯木齊市A校為研究對象,運用觀察法、訪談法以及實物分析法等研究方法,從時間的角度對A校學校文化的發(fā)展歷程進行追溯,對學校文化發(fā)展過程中的典型“文化事件”進行深描,梳理了A校學校文化發(fā)展的軌跡。從空間的角度對A校學校文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實圖景進行了描述與分析。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,對A校學校文化建設(shè)的特點進行了總結(jié)和歸納,提出了對其他學校文化建設(shè)的啟示和借鑒。文章通過分析A校學校文化發(fā)展五個階段(雛形期、快速發(fā)展期、挫折期、恢復(fù)期以及創(chuàng)生發(fā)展期)的基本情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)其學校文化的興衰與學校整體的發(fā)展興衰有著緊密的聯(lián)系,尤其是學校文化中的精神文化對學校的發(fā)展具有巨大的推動作用,良好的學校精神文化能夠統(tǒng)領(lǐng)學校文化其他方面的建設(shè)與發(fā)展,進而推動學校向前發(fā)展。對A校的學校文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實圖景主要從精神文化、制度文化和物質(zhì)文化建設(shè)的三方面進行了描述與分析。在對A校文化發(fā)展和建設(shè)的過程進行梳理和歸納的基礎(chǔ)上,研究者歸納出了A校學校文化建設(shè)的特點:第一,學校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度重視學校文化建設(shè);第二,基于學校歷史,凝練學校精神文化;第三,其學校文化建設(shè)的思路是“由里及表”,也就是從精神文化到制度文化再到物質(zhì)文化建設(shè)的一個順序;第四,多方共同參與學校文化建設(shè)。A校學校文化建設(shè)對其他學校文化建設(shè)的啟示為:第一,充分認識學校文化建設(shè)的價值與意義是學校文化建設(shè)的前提;第二,學校文化建設(shè)需立足學校歷史與現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ);第三,學校文化建設(shè)需重視學校精神文化的引領(lǐng)與指導(dǎo)作用;第四,學校文化建設(shè)需借助合力,系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃,持續(xù)推進;第五,加強教師培訓(xùn),建設(shè)優(yōu)質(zhì)師資隊伍是學校文化建設(shè)的保障。
[Abstract]:School culture plays an important role in the development of a school, especially the school spiritual culture, it has a strong centripetal force and driving force. Since the implementation of quality-oriented education and the new curriculum reform in our country, all kinds of schools are also carrying on the construction of school culture, and the construction of school culture has made great progress. However, there are still many schools to the school culture construction understanding is not accurate, resulting in the school culture construction only stay on the surface, it is difficult to go deep. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the construction of school culture and to provide some reference for the construction of school culture. This research takes A school in Urumqi as the research object, uses the observation method, the interview method and the physical analysis method and so on research method, from the time angle carries on the tracing to the A school culture development course. The typical "cultural events" in the process of the development of school culture are deeply described, and the track of the development of school culture in school A is combed. This paper describes and analyzes the realistic picture of school culture construction in school A from the angle of space. On this basis, the characteristics of school culture construction in school A are summarized and summarized, and the enlightenment and reference to other school culture construction are put forward. This paper analyzes the basic situation of the five stages of school culture development (embryonic period, rapid development period, setback period, recovery period and creation and development period). It is found that the rise and fall of the school culture is closely related to the overall development of the school, especially the spiritual culture in the school culture has a great role in promoting the development of the school. Good school spirit culture can lead the construction and development of other aspects of school culture, and then promote the development of school. This paper describes and analyzes the realistic picture of school culture construction in A school from three aspects: spiritual culture, institutional culture and material culture construction. On the basis of combing and summing up the process of cultural development and construction of school A, the researcher concludes the characteristics of school culture construction in school A: first, school leaders attach great importance to the construction of school culture; second, based on school history, Condensing the spiritual culture of the school; third, the train of thought for the construction of its school culture is "from the inside and the table", that is, a sequence from the spiritual culture to the institutional culture to the material culture construction; fourth, The enlightenment of school culture construction to other school culture construction is as follows: first, fully understand the value and significance of school culture construction is the premise of school culture construction; second, The construction of school culture should be based on the foundation of school history and reality; third, the construction of school culture should attach importance to the guiding and guiding role of school spiritual culture; fourth, the construction of school culture should be carried out with the help of joint efforts, systematic planning and continuous promotion; fifth, Strengthening teacher training and building high-quality teachers is the guarantee of school culture construction.
