翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂模式下中學(xué)教師課堂把控能力案例研究
[Abstract]:In 2007, flipping class attracted the attention of some foreign teachers. Three years later, its influence spread across the United States and around the world. From "Forest Park" High School in Colorado to Jukui Middle School in Chongqing, the class flipped across a Pacific Ocean. The flipping classroom shows the real teaching reform, reverses the classroom order, highlights the student's main position, saves the classroom time, reduces the teaching cost, and does not deny the importance of the traditional teaching mode in the school teaching. Thus obtains our country most scholar's approval. Our country has made a lot of efforts to localize the flipping classroom at the same time. In this process, many excellent research results and related research documents have emerged, among which, there are many researches on the flipping classroom model and its application. The second is the case study of flipping classroom with the background of subject, the evaluation of flipping classroom, the role orientation of teachers and students, the research of teaching method (taking MOOC or WeChat as the background) and so on. At present, there are many kinds of research on flipping classroom, and some aspects of the research are very meticulous, rigorous and well-grounded, which provides the theoretical and practical experience for this study. According to the existing research literature, there is no research literature on teachers' control ability in flipping classroom for the time being. Based on constructivist learning theory, instructional design theory and classification theory of learning results, this study analyzes the current situation and problems of teachers' control ability in flipping classroom based on the practice of flipping classroom teaching in H middle school. Based on the analysis of the data, the questionnaire and interview are used to construct the evaluation scale of the teachers' control ability in the flipping classroom, and the control ability of the teachers in the H middle school is evaluated by the questionnaire, which is used to evaluate the control ability of the teachers who carry out the flipping classroom in the H middle school. This paper analyzes the evaluation results and finally gives some suggestions on how to improve the teacher's ability to turn over the classroom handle. This study is a case study of middle school teachers' flipping classroom handle control ability, taking H middle school with flipping classroom as an example. I hope that the achievements of this study, the middle school teachers' classroom control ability evaluation scale and some suggestions to improve the middle school teachers' flipping classroom handle control ability, will play a role in inspiring the development of the classroom. It provides useful reference for the practice and theoretical research of flipping classroom in middle school.
