【摘要】：排球運(yùn)動(dòng)作為我國(guó)三大球中較為突出的體育項(xiàng)目,在2016年里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)中依然沒(méi)有讓國(guó)人失望,女排姑娘再次創(chuàng)造輝煌,排球運(yùn)動(dòng)后備人才培養(yǎng)也是未來(lái)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,不僅要重視競(jìng)技能力,也要重視綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。而排球傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校作為啟蒙和普及排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的溫床,在一定程度上促進(jìn)我國(guó)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)持續(xù)健康的發(fā)展�！督逃筷P(guān)于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)普通高中生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)的意見(jiàn)》中強(qiáng)調(diào),全面實(shí)施綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià),有利于促進(jìn)學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)自我,規(guī)劃人生,積極主動(dòng)的發(fā)展,能更好的適應(yīng)當(dāng)今社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、特爾斐法、層次分析法和邏輯分析法對(duì)排球傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校高中生運(yùn)動(dòng)員綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行構(gòu)建、篩選、整理歸納、權(quán)重計(jì)算,以及案例分析,最終得出排球傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校高中生運(yùn)動(dòng)員綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。本文構(gòu)建排球傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校高中生運(yùn)動(dòng)員綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)排球傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校高中生運(yùn)動(dòng)員的綜合素質(zhì)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)內(nèi)容客觀(guān)、全面的反映出參訓(xùn)學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,可以讓家長(zhǎng)、教練及班主任對(duì)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行觀(guān)察、記錄和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)處與不足,進(jìn)而采取相應(yīng)措施幫助學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)自我、規(guī)劃人生,有利于參訓(xùn)學(xué)生健康全面的發(fā)展。建立有效的綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)體系為轉(zhuǎn)變我國(guó)體育后備人才培養(yǎng)模式,為高校招生錄取提供可利用的參考價(jià)值。研究結(jié)論:1、構(gòu)建排球傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校高中生運(yùn)動(dòng)員評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,其中包括3個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo),即思想品德與學(xué)業(yè)水平、競(jìng)技能力與運(yùn)動(dòng)成績(jī)、藝術(shù)素養(yǎng)與實(shí)踐能力和根據(jù)以上指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)的10個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)和32個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)。2、構(gòu)建兩兩判斷矩陣,最終得出排球傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校高中生運(yùn)動(dòng)員綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系各指標(biāo)權(quán)重系數(shù)。3、制定三級(jí)指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)方法,建立評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。4、隨機(jī)抽取北京市一所國(guó)家級(jí)排球傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校對(duì)其參訓(xùn)學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),其結(jié)果相對(duì)客觀(guān)的反應(yīng)出該學(xué)校培養(yǎng)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)后備人才綜合素質(zhì)的實(shí)際情況。
[Abstract]:Volleyball, as one of the three most outstanding sports in China, is still not disappointed in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Women volleyball girls create brilliance again, and the training of reserve talents is also the key to the development of volleyball in the future. Pay attention not only to competitive ability, but also to the cultivation of comprehensive quality. As the hotbed for enlightening and popularizing volleyball sports, traditional volleyball event schools promote the sustained and healthy development of volleyball in China to a certain extent. The opinions of the Ministry of Education on strengthening and improving the comprehensive quality evaluation of ordinary high school students are emphasized. The overall implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation is conducive to promoting students to understand themselves, plan life, actively develop, can better meet the needs of the development of today's society. This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, Delphi, analytic hierarchy process and logic analysis to construct, screen, summarize and calculate the comprehensive quality of high school students in traditional volleyball events. Finally, the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of high school students in traditional volleyball event school is obtained by case analysis. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of high school students' comprehensive quality in traditional volleyball event schools, evaluates the comprehensive quality of high school students' athletes in traditional volleyball events schools, and objectively evaluates the contents of the evaluation indexes. It comprehensively reflects the development of the comprehensive quality of the participating students. It can allow parents, coaches and class teachers to observe, record and analyze the overall development of the students, and find out their strengths and weaknesses. And then take corresponding measures to help students understand themselves and plan their life, which is conducive to the healthy and comprehensive development of the students participating in the training. The establishment of an effective comprehensive quality evaluation system can change the training mode of sports reserve talents in China and provide reference value for the enrollment of colleges and universities. Conclusion 1: 1, the evaluation index system of senior high school athletes in traditional volleyball event schools is constructed, which includes three first-level indexes, namely, ideological and moral character and academic level, competitive ability and sports achievement. Art literacy and practical ability, and 10 secondary and 32 third-level indicators designed according to the above indicators, to construct a pairwise judgment matrix. Finally, the author draws a conclusion that the weight coefficient of each index in the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of high school students in traditional volleyball events school is. 3, and the third level index evaluation method is established. The evaluation standard .4 was established, and a state-level traditional volleyball project school in Beijing was randomly selected to evaluate the students' comprehensive quality. The result reflects the actual situation of the school training volleyball reserve talents' comprehensive quality relatively objectively.
