教師教學(xué)行為視角下提高高中思想政治課課堂效率的策略

【摘要】:我國(guó)深化教育綜合改革以及課程改革的進(jìn)程中,創(chuàng)建有效課堂、提高課堂教學(xué)的實(shí)效性是必然之舉,也是重中之重,課堂教學(xué)是否高效不僅是教師專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)的體現(xiàn),更直接影響到學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效果。教師是課堂教學(xué)的主導(dǎo),教師教學(xué)行為在高中思想政治課課堂教學(xué)中有著至關(guān)重要的作用,不僅會(huì)影響到學(xué)生對(duì)教師所傳授知識(shí)的接受程度,同時(shí)對(duì)學(xué)生的德育發(fā)展也有重要的影響。本文以高中思想政治課教學(xué)中思想政治課教師的教學(xué)行為為研究對(duì)象,探索教師教學(xué)行為與課堂效率之間的關(guān)系,旨在探尋影響高中思想政治課課堂效率的深層次原因,發(fā)掘進(jìn)一步提高課堂效率的現(xiàn)實(shí)性,從而更好地適應(yīng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展和學(xué)生自身的發(fā)展需求。本文主要通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、多學(xué)科綜合研究等相關(guān)理論知識(shí)和分析方法,內(nèi)容主要圍繞高中思想政治課教師教學(xué)行為的現(xiàn)狀、對(duì)課堂效率的影響、對(duì)學(xué)生心智成長(zhǎng)的影響以及如何優(yōu)化改進(jìn)教師教學(xué)行為幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行,主要研究成果是分析出教師教學(xué)行為是影響課堂效率的直接因素,并通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷統(tǒng)計(jì)出來(lái)的數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于有效教學(xué)的研究,提出關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)變教師教學(xué)行為提升課堂教學(xué)效率的可行性建議。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于:對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的師生關(guān)系定義進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)母倪M(jìn),更加全面的考慮到各種要素尤其是師生關(guān)系的特殊性對(duì)于提高課堂效率的影響;在總結(jié)教師教學(xué)行為對(duì)課堂效率的影響時(shí)采用了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和課堂觀察法,統(tǒng)計(jì)出來(lái)的數(shù)據(jù)更加貼合教學(xué)實(shí)際,對(duì)于教師教學(xué)行為的改進(jìn)策略也更加切實(shí)可行,期望為高中思想政治高效課堂做出有益的探索。
[Abstract]:In the process of deepening the comprehensive education reform and curriculum reform in our country, it is inevitable to create effective classroom and to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching. Whether classroom teaching is efficient or not is not only the embodiment of teachers' professional quality, but also the most important one. More directly affect the learning effect of students. The teacher is the leading teacher in the classroom teaching, the teacher teaching behavior has the vital function in the high school ideological and political lesson classroom teaching, will not only affect the student to the teacher's imparting knowledge acceptance degree. At the same time, the development of moral education of students also has an important impact. Taking the teaching behavior of ideological and political teachers in high school as the research object, this paper explores the relationship between teachers' teaching behavior and classroom efficiency in order to explore the deep reasons that affect the classroom efficiency of high school ideological and political courses. Explore the reality of further improving classroom efficiency, so as to better adapt to the development of the times and students' own development needs. This paper mainly through literature analysis, questionnaire survey, multidisciplinary comprehensive research and other related theoretical knowledge and analytical methods, mainly around the current situation of high school ideological and political teachers' teaching behavior, the impact on classroom efficiency. The main research result is to find out that the teacher's teaching behavior is the direct factor which affects the classroom efficiency, and through the questionnaire statistics, the main research results are as follows: (1) the influence on students' mental growth and how to optimize and improve the teacher's teaching behavior. Based on the research of effective teaching at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions on how to change teachers' teaching behavior and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. The innovation of this paper lies in: the traditional definition of teacher-student relationship has been improved, and the influence of various factors, especially the particularity of teacher-student relationship, on the improvement of classroom efficiency has been considered more comprehensively; In summing up the influence of teachers' teaching behavior on classroom efficiency, the questionnaire survey and classroom observation are adopted. The statistics are more suitable for teaching practice, and more feasible for improving teachers' teaching behavior. Expect to make a useful exploration for the high school ideological and political class.
