全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)背景下的高中生法治教育研究

【摘要】:十八屆四中全會(huì)強(qiáng)調(diào)要全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó),其中提出了“增強(qiáng)全民法治觀念,推進(jìn)法治社會(huì)建設(shè)”這一目標(biāo)。在全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)背景下,對(duì)高中生的法治教育就顯得尤為重要,研究高中生的法治教育,有助于當(dāng)前高中生法治教育存在的問(wèn)題的解決,從而為全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。在全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的背景下,高中生的法治教育仍存在很多問(wèn)題與挑戰(zhàn),為了緊跟國(guó)家推進(jìn)全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的步伐,需要切實(shí)加強(qiáng)高中生的法治教育。對(duì)高中生進(jìn)行法治教育是一項(xiàng)既系統(tǒng)而又復(fù)雜的工程,離不開(kāi)國(guó)家、社會(huì)、家庭等各方的共同努力。針對(duì)現(xiàn)在高中生的法治教育的情況,筆者認(rèn)為在國(guó)家層面上,需要加大對(duì)法治教育的重視和投入,學(xué)校應(yīng)該發(fā)揮其主導(dǎo)作用,同時(shí)應(yīng)該營(yíng)造良好的高中生法治教育的大環(huán)境,高中生自身也要發(fā)揮其主動(dòng)性與積極性,形成多方教育合力,才能改善目前的高中生的法治教育中存在的問(wèn)題,為了早日實(shí)現(xiàn)全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的目標(biāo)助力。論文主要包括三部分,本文第一部分是全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)背景下高中生法治教育概述:首先是高中生法治教育的主要內(nèi)容,其次是對(duì)高中生法治教育的重要性,最后是高中生進(jìn)行法治教育的必要性。論文的第二部分,從社會(huì)因素、學(xué)校教育因素、高中生自身因素、家庭因素四個(gè)層面對(duì)高中生的法治教育存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入的探討。其中,社會(huì)因素方面,主要是人治傳統(tǒng)的影響和社會(huì)環(huán)境的影響。學(xué)校教育因素方面:第一是教育者對(duì)法治教育的重視程度不夠,第二是學(xué)校的法治教育形式單一,第三是對(duì)高中生進(jìn)行法治教育的師資力量水平不高,第四是學(xué)校的法治環(huán)境。論文的第三部分針對(duì)高中生的法治教育存在的問(wèn)題,提出了改善對(duì)高中生進(jìn)行法治教育的對(duì)策:一是國(guó)家層面需要重視法治教育的頂層設(shè)計(jì);二是發(fā)揮學(xué)校教育的主導(dǎo)作用;三是營(yíng)造良好的高中生法治教育的大環(huán)境;四是高中生需自覺(jué)加強(qiáng)法治教育。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee stressed the need to comprehensively promote the rule of law, which put forward the goal of "strengthening the concept of the rule of law among the whole people and promoting the construction of a society ruled by law." Under the background of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way, it is particularly important to study the rule of law education for senior high school students. It is helpful to solve the problems existing in the current high school students' rule of law education. Thus lay a solid foundation for promoting the rule of law in an all-round way. Under the background of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way, there are still many problems and challenges in high school students' rule of law education. In order to keep pace with the country to advance the rule of law in an all-round way, it is necessary to strengthen the rule of law education of high school students. The education of rule of law for senior high school students is a systematic and complex project, which can not be separated from the joint efforts of the country, society, family and so on. In view of the current situation of high school students' rule of law education, the author thinks that at the national level, it is necessary to pay more attention to and invest in the rule of law education, and schools should play a leading role, and at the same time, we should create a good environment for high school students' rule of law education. The senior high school students themselves should give full play to their initiative and enthusiasm and form a multi-educational joint force in order to improve the problems existing in the current senior high school students' rule of law education and to help achieve the goal of comprehensively promoting the rule of law as soon as possible. This paper mainly includes three parts. The first part of this paper is an overview of the rule of law education for senior high school students under the background of governing the country according to law: first, the main content of high school students' rule of law education, and secondly, the importance of high school students' rule of law education. Finally, it is necessary for high school students to carry out the education of rule of law. The second part of the paper, from the social factor, the school education factor, the high school student's own factor, the family factor four aspects has carried on the thorough discussion to the high school student's rule of law education existence question. Among them, the social factors, mainly the influence of the traditional rule of man and social environment. The factors of school education are as follows: first, educators pay less attention to rule of law education; second, the form of rule of law education in schools is single; third, the level of teachers' ability to educate high school students about the rule of law is not high; the fourth is the environment of rule of law in schools. The third part of the paper aims at the problems existing in senior high school students' rule of law education, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the rule of law education for high school students: first, the top level design of the rule of law education should be attached importance to at the national level; second, the leading role of school education should be brought into play. The third is to create a good environment for high school students' rule of law education, and the fourth is to consciously strengthen the rule of law education for senior high school students.
