廣西農(nóng)村學(xué)校“雙師教學(xué)”模式應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:“雙師教學(xué)”是一種由國(guó)家財(cái)政支持的,旨在促進(jìn)教育均衡的、公益性的、創(chuàng)新型的遠(yuǎn)程教學(xué)模式。該模式基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái),將城市中小學(xué)一線優(yōu)秀教師的課堂教學(xué)實(shí)況,以遠(yuǎn)程錄播的形式為農(nóng)村學(xué)校提供優(yōu)質(zhì)教學(xué)資源“雙師教學(xué)”實(shí)質(zhì)上是把城市優(yōu)質(zhì)教學(xué)資源補(bǔ)給農(nóng)村中小學(xué)校,促進(jìn)農(nóng)村學(xué)校教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高和教師專業(yè)化水平的提升。為了更好的發(fā)揮項(xiàng)目功能和作用,讓農(nóng)村教師更好的使用“雙師教學(xué)”資源。本研究立足于廣西“雙師教學(xué)”模式培訓(xùn)改革試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目,調(diào)查農(nóng)村教師培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀、教師在“雙師教學(xué)”資源應(yīng)用過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,分析原因和提出合理建議。對(duì)三里中學(xué)展開(kāi)教育調(diào)查研究,總結(jié)典型學(xué)校成功的做法、了解優(yōu)秀教師如何有效利用“雙師教學(xué)”資源整合教學(xué)、了解學(xué)生“雙師教學(xué)”實(shí)施前后的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度變化情況。為上級(jí)教育管理機(jī)構(gòu)制定決策提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)及理論指導(dǎo),為我區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育改革發(fā)展和農(nóng)村教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提供參考與借鑒。本文從來(lái)自廣西南寧市、北海市、欽州市、防城港市、來(lái)賓市、百色市、崇左市七市的250名“雙師教學(xué)”項(xiàng)目農(nóng)村教師中,隨機(jī)抽取70名作為研究樣本,進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。問(wèn)卷的內(nèi)容主要包括教師加入雙師教學(xué)的主要目的、雙師教學(xué)資源應(yīng)用情況、教學(xué)能力等。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):農(nóng)村小學(xué)目前還未開(kāi)齊開(kāi)足國(guó)家規(guī)定課程,初中目前已開(kāi)齊開(kāi)足國(guó)家規(guī)定課程;大多數(shù)農(nóng)村教師的目的是為了學(xué)習(xí)新的教育教學(xué)理念和教學(xué)方法、提高自己在教學(xué)方面的綜合能力,少數(shù)為學(xué)校的任務(wù)指派;在資源應(yīng)用上,大部分農(nóng)村教師將“雙師教學(xué)”資源與自己的教學(xué)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了整合教學(xué),小部分利用教學(xué)視頻直接授課;在需要的幫助和支持方面,農(nóng)村教師最需要學(xué)校提供網(wǎng)絡(luò)條件支持,除了計(jì)算機(jī)、信息技術(shù)使用、相關(guān)培訓(xùn)等基礎(chǔ)需求,農(nóng)村教師還希望得到同事的支持和幫助、以及校長(zhǎng)的支持和肯定。通過(guò)在廣西上林縣三里中學(xué)為期2周的實(shí)地調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,三里中學(xué)設(shè)立雙師教學(xué)課題組,課題名稱為《七年級(jí)數(shù)學(xué)新授課雙師型教學(xué)探究》,主要是圍繞該課題開(kāi)展雙師教學(xué)實(shí)踐和學(xué)術(shù)研究;第二,課題組成員通過(guò)雙師教學(xué)實(shí)踐,撰寫(xiě)實(shí)踐研究論文,用于發(fā)表或參加比賽并獲獎(jiǎng);第三,第二課堂教師在雙師教學(xué)實(shí)踐中不斷摸索和學(xué)習(xí),探索出有效的雙師教學(xué)資源整合教學(xué)的備課模式和課堂教學(xué)模式;第四,雙師教學(xué)增加了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣、使學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度更加積極,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)也明顯提高了。
[Abstract]:"double teacher teaching" is a kind of national financial support, which aims to promote the education balanced, public welfare, innovative distance teaching model. This model is based on the network platform, and puts forward the classroom teaching reality of the excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools in the city. In the form of remote recording and broadcasting, providing high quality teaching resources for rural schools "double teacher teaching" is essentially to supply urban high quality teaching resources to rural primary and secondary schools, to promote the improvement of teaching quality and the professional level of teachers in rural schools. In order to give full play to the function and function of the project, the rural teachers should make better use of the "double teacher teaching" resources. This research is based on the pilot project of "double teacher teaching" mode training reform in Guangxi, investigates the current situation of rural teachers' training, analyzes the problems existing in the application of "double teachers' teaching" resources, analyzes the reasons and puts forward some reasonable suggestions. This paper makes an educational investigation and research on Sanli Middle School, summarizes the successful practices of typical schools, and finds out how the excellent teachers can effectively utilize the resources of the "double teacher" teaching to integrate teaching, and to understand the change of the students' learning attitude before and after the implementation of the "two-teacher teaching". It provides practical basis and theoretical guidance for higher educational management organizations to make decisions, and provides reference and reference for the reform and development of elementary education in our region and the construction of rural teachers. From 250 rural teachers from Nanning City, Beihai City, Qinzhou City, Fangchenggang City, Laibin City, Baise City and Chongzuo City, 70 rural teachers of the "double teacher Teaching" project were randomly selected as the research samples to conduct a questionnaire survey. The contents of the questionnaire mainly include the main purpose of teachers joining in the teaching of double teachers, the application of teaching resources, teaching ability and so on. The study found that: rural primary schools have not yet opened the state prescribed curriculum, and junior high schools have all developed the state prescribed curriculum. Most rural teachers' purpose is to learn new teaching ideas and methods. To improve their comprehensive ability in teaching, a few of them are assigned to the tasks of the school. In the application of resources, most rural teachers have integrated the resources of "two-teacher teaching" with their own teaching content. A small number of teachers use teaching videos to teach directly; in terms of needed help and support, rural teachers most need support from schools for network conditions, except for basic needs such as computers, the use of information technology, related training, etc. Rural teachers also hope to have the support and help of their colleagues, as well as the support and affirmation of principals. Through a two-week field investigation at Sanli Middle School in Shanglin County, Guangxi, it is found that: first, Sanli Middle School has set up a dual-teacher teaching group. The title of the project is "Inquiry into the New Teaching of Mathematics of Grade 7", which mainly focuses on carrying out the teaching practice and academic research of the two teachers. Second, the members of the research group write practical research papers through the teaching practice of the two teachers. For publishing or participating in competitions and winning prizes; third, the second classroom teachers continue to explore and learn in two-teacher teaching practice, to explore an effective two-teacher teaching resources integrated teaching model and classroom teaching model; fourth, Double-teacher teaching increases students' interest in learning, makes students' learning attitude more positive, and improves students' academic achievement.
