讓“學生喜愛”成為我們教師的常態(tài)追求

【摘要】:從教十多年,我一直都在研究如何才能做一名深受學生喜愛的老師,受學生喜愛的老師身上應(yīng)該具備哪些特質(zhì)。在我們的身邊,有許多愛崗敬業(yè)而又樂于奉獻的教師,他們內(nèi)心充滿了對學生的喜愛和對教育事業(yè)的追求。但遺憾的是,在他們之中卻有那么一小部分老師沒有贏得學生的喜愛,他們付出的愛沒有得到孩子們的認可。于是,他們迷茫,感到失望甚至產(chǎn)生抱怨心理,教師的高原期和職業(yè)倦怠感也可能隨之而來。
[Abstract]:For more than a decade, I've been studying how to be a beloved teacher and what qualities a teacher should have. By our side, there are many dedicated and dedicated teachers, they are full of love for students and the pursuit of education. Unfortunately, a small number of teachers did not win the love of their students, their love did not get the recognition of the children. As a result, they are confused, disappointed and even complain, and teachers' plateau and job burnout may follow.
