武進(jìn)區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)足球特色學(xué)校建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:目前,國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于足球后備人才的培養(yǎng),成為了一個(gè)公眾的討論話題,十八大以來(lái),關(guān)于足球建設(shè)的相關(guān)鼓勵(lì)政策也是不斷被提出,不論是從中央關(guān)于全國(guó)足球建設(shè)的鼓勵(lì)政策還是從地方關(guān)于足球建設(shè)改革的實(shí)施路徑,國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于足球建設(shè)的討論已經(jīng)成文了一個(gè)熱門的話題。而足球后備人才培養(yǎng)體系的建設(shè),是關(guān)于足球項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中關(guān)于人才培養(yǎng)中的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。通過(guò)本項(xiàng)研究,可以為該區(qū)政府部門建立或完善有關(guān)建設(shè)足球特色學(xué)校的政策,也為區(qū)非足球特色學(xué)校開展足球運(yùn)動(dòng)提供積極的政策引導(dǎo),促進(jìn)該區(qū)校園足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展。本文以武進(jìn)區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)足球特色建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法,專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法等方法。通過(guò)對(duì)足球特色學(xué)校的足球運(yùn)動(dòng)開展情況、足球基本場(chǎng)地設(shè)施建設(shè)情況、學(xué)校足球教學(xué)的師資水平建設(shè)情況、學(xué)校對(duì)足球建設(shè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)投入情況以及家長(zhǎng)對(duì)足球特設(shè)學(xué)校足球項(xiàng)目建設(shè)狀況的了解等5個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)這些學(xué)校學(xué)生的日常訓(xùn)練還不夠連續(xù),基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不夠完善,師資結(jié)構(gòu)水平不是很合理,另外相關(guān)部門對(duì)學(xué)校足球建設(shè)的資金投入不足以及學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)對(duì)學(xué)校開展足球項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的支持不夠。所以,針對(duì)上述提到目前關(guān)于武進(jìn)區(qū)足球特色學(xué)校建設(shè)存在的問(wèn)題,提出以下建議:1、建立全面系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。2、樹立正確的明確的足球?qū)W校建設(shè)目標(biāo)。3、構(gòu)建合理的師資結(jié)構(gòu)。4、建立完善的宣傳機(jī)制。5、建立豐富的足球親子活動(dòng)。本文在完善武進(jìn)區(qū)足球特色學(xué)校建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)之上,以期為國(guó)內(nèi)中學(xué)足球特色學(xué)校建設(shè)提出理論和實(shí)踐上的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, the training of soccer reserve talents in China has become a topic of public discussion. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the relevant encouraging policies on football construction have been constantly proposed. Whether from the central government's encouraging policy on national football construction or from the implementation path of local football construction reform, the domestic discussion on football construction has become a hot topic. The construction of football reserve talents training system is an important link in the construction of football projects. Through this research, we can establish or perfect the policy of building football characteristic schools for the local government departments, and also provide active policy guidance for the district non-football characteristic schools to carry out football sports, and promote the development of football sports on campus in this area. This paper takes the football characteristic construction of Wujin Junior Middle School as the research object, adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, etc. Through the development of football sports in schools with football characteristics, the construction of basic football venues and facilities, the construction of school football teaching teachers, The economic input of school to football construction and parents' understanding of football project construction in special school football are studied and analyzed. It is found that the daily training of students in these schools is not continuous enough. The construction of infrastructure is not perfect, the level of teacher structure is not very reasonable, in addition, the funds invested by relevant departments in the construction of school football are insufficient, and the parents of students do not support the construction of football projects in schools. Therefore, in view of the problems mentioned above in the construction of Wujin District Football characteristic School, The following suggestions are put forward as follows: 1, to establish a comprehensive and systematic infrastructure. 2, to set up a correct and definite goal of football school construction. 3, to construct a reasonable teaching staff structure. 4. To establish a sound propaganda mechanism. 5. To establish abundant football parent-child activities. On the basis of perfecting the construction of football characteristic school in Wujin district, this paper hopes to provide theoretical and practical reference for the construction of football characteristic school in middle school in China.
