【摘要】：中學(xué)法治教育多年來存在著更側(cè)重知識傳授的特點,實踐中很多違法乃至犯罪現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生原因并非表面上的"法盲"。深層次看,是公民意識中相對淡薄的法律權(quán)威意識。因此,法律權(quán)威性教育是當(dāng)前中學(xué)法治教育中的薄弱點,也恰恰是重點,這需要從立法、司法和尊法三方面去推進。
[Abstract]:For many years, the rule of law education in middle school has more emphasis on knowledge imparting. In practice, many illegal and even criminal phenomena occur because they are not superficial "legal blindness". In a deep sense, it is a relatively weak sense of legal authority in civil consciousness. Therefore, the legal authority education is the weak point and the key point in the current middle school rule of law education, which needs to be promoted from the three aspects of legislation, judicature and respect for law.
