【摘要】：教育信息化是衡量基礎(chǔ)教育水平與國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要因素,國(guó)家十分重視教育信息化發(fā)展。信息技術(shù)教育是教育信息化的重要內(nèi)容,信息技術(shù)教師是信息技術(shù)教育的靈魂人物,其專(zhuān)業(yè)能力水平的高低直接影響著信息技術(shù)課程目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)和教育信息化的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。本研究主要研究以下幾個(gè)問(wèn)題:(1)秦皇島市海港區(qū)初中信息技術(shù)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)能力現(xiàn)狀;(2)現(xiàn)狀產(chǎn)生的原因分析;(3)提升海港區(qū)初中信息技術(shù)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)能力的對(duì)策。論文主要包括以下三部分:一、運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法,查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外信息技術(shù)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的研究現(xiàn)狀。二、根據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確定專(zhuān)業(yè)能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),運(yùn)用層次分析法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,根據(jù)指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容編制調(diào)查問(wèn)卷。運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,對(duì)海港區(qū)共且僅有的46位初中信息技術(shù)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)能力現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查。通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì),分析出海港區(qū)初中信息技術(shù)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)能力總體處于合格水平以上,但專(zhuān)業(yè)能力水平整體偏低的現(xiàn)狀。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用訪談法,與海港區(qū)共21所初中學(xué)校的21位校長(zhǎng)和共46位初中信息技術(shù)教師訪談來(lái)深入了解現(xiàn)狀產(chǎn)生的原因,最終得知現(xiàn)狀產(chǎn)生的原因包括教育行政主管部門(mén)、繼續(xù)教育、學(xué)校以及信息技術(shù)教師自身等四方面原因。三、根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀產(chǎn)生的原因,最終從四方面提出提升海港區(qū)初中信息技術(shù)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)能力的對(duì)策。主要內(nèi)容有:(1)教育行政部門(mén)方面:建立完善相關(guān)政策和制度,為信息技術(shù)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)能力發(fā)展提供可靠保障;(2)繼續(xù)教育方面:完善培訓(xùn)機(jī)制;(3)學(xué)校方面:加強(qiáng)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)教育信息化的認(rèn)識(shí),重視信息技術(shù)學(xué)科教學(xué)與信息技術(shù)教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展;(4)信息技術(shù)教師自身方面:提高專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展意識(shí),制定專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,自主提高專(zhuān)業(yè)能力。本研究的研究成果以期能為海港區(qū)初中信息技術(shù)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)能力發(fā)展提供理論借鑒和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Education informatization is an important factor to measure the level of basic education and national competitiveness. The state attaches great importance to the development of educational informatization. Information technology education is an important content of education informatization. Information technology teacher is the soul of information technology education. The level of its professional ability directly affects the realization of information technology curriculum objectives and the development of education information technology. This research mainly studies the following questions: (1) the present situation of information technology teachers' professional ability in Haigang District of Qinhuangdao City; (2) the cause analysis of the present situation; (3) the countermeasures to improve the professional ability of junior high school information technology teachers in Qinhuangdao City. This paper mainly includes the following three parts: first, using the literature method, referring to the relevant literature, analyzed the research status of IT teachers' professional development at home and abroad. Secondly, according to the relevant standards, the evaluation index of professional competence is determined, the weight of index is determined by AHP, and the questionnaire is compiled according to the content of index evaluation. The present situation of professional competence of 46 junior high school information technology teachers in the harbour area was investigated by questionnaire. Through the statistics of the survey data, it is found that the professional ability of junior high school information technology teachers in the harbour area is generally above the qualified level, but the professional ability level is on the low side as a whole. In view of this situation, interviews are conducted with 21 principals of 21 junior high schools and 46 junior high school information technology teachers to understand the causes of the present situation. Finally, the reasons of the present situation include education administrative department, continuing education, school and information technology teachers themselves. Thirdly, according to the reasons of the present situation, the countermeasures of improving the professional ability of junior high school information technology teachers are put forward from four aspects. The main contents are as follows: (1) the administrative departments of education: to establish and perfect the relevant policies and systems, (II) continuing education: improving training mechanisms; (III) schools: strengthening the awareness of school leaders on education informatization, (4) Information technology teachers themselves should improve their awareness of professional development, formulate professional development plans, and independently improve their professional abilities. (4) Information technology teachers should pay attention to the teaching of information technology and the professional development of information technology teachers. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the development of IT teachers' professional competence in junior high schools.
