淺談高中班主任管理策略

【摘要】:班級(jí)是學(xué)校教育工作的基層單位,學(xué)校教育工作質(zhì)量的高低直接取決于班級(jí)教學(xué)管理質(zhì)量的高低,而這又基本取決于班主任對(duì)班級(jí)的管理水平。為此,本文從為人師表;班風(fēng)建設(shè);培養(yǎng)班干部;家校合作等方面闡述高中班級(jí)管理策略。
[Abstract]:Class is the basic unit of school education, the quality of school education directly depends on the quality of class teaching management, and this basically depends on the level of class management. Therefore, this paper expounds the strategy of high school class management from the following aspects: model, class style construction, training of class cadres and cooperation between home and school.
