中學(xué)政治教師科研素養(yǎng)及其提升研究

【摘要】:中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院《關(guān)于深化教育改革,全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的決定》明確提出教師應(yīng)遵循教育規(guī)律,不斷創(chuàng)新深化教育科研。隨著我國(guó)教育改革的不斷發(fā)展與深入,教育科研的作用尤其顯現(xiàn),教師科研素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)與提升需要更加的重視。教師應(yīng)該更多的體現(xiàn)為研究者的角色,在自身科研能力提升的同時(shí)解決好學(xué)科教學(xué)中遇見(jiàn)的一些問(wèn)題,創(chuàng)新相關(guān)教育教學(xué)理論,讓自身的教育教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)更加的豐富,為做一名研究型教師打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。目前,核心素養(yǎng)的新課改已經(jīng)提上議事日程,中學(xué)教師正面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。政治教師已經(jīng)不能繼續(xù)一成不變的做個(gè)教書匠,而是要主動(dòng)適應(yīng)核心素養(yǎng)新課改的要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)自身角色的新變化,積極向研究者轉(zhuǎn)化,注重科研。而中學(xué)政治教師開(kāi)展科研必須具備一定的基本素養(yǎng),在政治思想意識(shí)、知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、能力水平、科研道德等方面要達(dá)到相應(yīng)的基本要求。提升中學(xué)政治教師科研素養(yǎng),不僅是有關(guān)教育行政部門及教學(xué)研究機(jī)構(gòu)的職責(zé),更應(yīng)該是每一個(gè)中學(xué)政治教師的追求。本文主要從中學(xué)政治教師科研素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查談起,找到現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題并進(jìn)行原因分析,再結(jié)合訪談提出相應(yīng)的科研素養(yǎng)提升對(duì)策,遵循“內(nèi)涵及構(gòu)成——問(wèn)題與成因——對(duì)策和建議”的研究思路,全文主要從三個(gè)方面來(lái)進(jìn)行分析:首先,探討和分析中學(xué)政治教師科研素養(yǎng)的含義及構(gòu)成,特別把“科研”與“教研”的聯(lián)系和區(qū)別進(jìn)行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上著眼于基礎(chǔ)教育改革、中學(xué)政治教師專業(yè)發(fā)展、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量、完善中學(xué)政治學(xué)科教學(xué)理論等四方面闡述提升中學(xué)政治教師科研素養(yǎng)的意義。其次,討論當(dāng)前中學(xué)政治教師科研素養(yǎng)存在的主要問(wèn)題及成因分析。筆者通過(guò)對(duì)中學(xué)政治老師進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查或者訪談等方式,了解目前中學(xué)政治教師開(kāi)展科研的情況,探尋并分析目前中學(xué)政治教師科研活動(dòng)中存在的問(wèn)題,以SPSS 17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和EXCEL2007作為輔助研究工具,對(duì)中學(xué)政治教師科研的現(xiàn)狀以及影響其科研素養(yǎng)的因素進(jìn)行了定量與定性分析。最后,針對(duì)調(diào)查所反應(yīng)出來(lái)的問(wèn)題,分別從科研意識(shí)、科研能力、科研知識(shí)、科研道德等四個(gè)方面有針對(duì)性的提出了提升中學(xué)政治教師科研素養(yǎng)的對(duì)策。希望本研究能給中學(xué)政治老師以及其他學(xué)科的中學(xué)老師提升科研素養(yǎng),向“專家型”、“研究型”教師轉(zhuǎn)變,投身核心素養(yǎng)的新教改提供一些有益的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The decision of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening educational reform and promoting quality-oriented education clearly puts forward that teachers should follow the law of education and constantly innovate and deepen educational research. With the continuous development and deepening of educational reform in our country, the role of educational scientific research is especially obvious, and the cultivation and promotion of teachers' scientific research literacy need more attention. Teachers should be more embodied in the role of researchers, in their own scientific research ability to improve at the same time to solve some of the problems encountered in the subject teaching, innovation related education and teaching theory, so that their own education and teaching experience more rich, For a research teacher to lay a good foundation. At present, the core literacy of the new curriculum reform has been put on the agenda, middle school teachers are facing new challenges. Political teachers can not continue to be a teaching craftsman, but should take the initiative to adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform of core literacy, realize the new changes in their own roles, actively transform to researchers, and pay attention to scientific research. The political teachers in middle school must have certain basic qualities in carrying out scientific research, and they should meet the corresponding basic requirements in the aspects of political ideology, knowledge structure, ability level, scientific research morality and so on. It is not only the responsibility of the administrative departments of education and teaching research institutions, but also the pursuit of every political teacher in middle school to improve the scientific research literacy of middle school political teachers. This article mainly from the middle school politics teacher scientific research accomplishment present situation investigation, finds the extant question and carries on the reason analysis, then unifies the interview to propose the corresponding scientific research accomplishment promotion countermeasure, Following the research ideas of "connotation and constitution-problems and causes-countermeasures and suggestions", this paper mainly analyzes from three aspects: firstly, it discusses and analyzes the meaning and composition of political teachers' scientific research literacy in middle schools. On the basis of analyzing the relationship and difference between "scientific research" and "teaching and research", the paper focuses on the reform of basic education, the professional development of political teachers in middle schools, and the improvement of teaching quality. This paper expounds the significance of improving the scientific research accomplishment of middle school political teachers from four aspects, such as perfecting the teaching theory of political subject in middle school. Secondly, the paper discusses the main problems and causes of the current middle school political teachers' scientific research accomplishment. Through the way of questionnaire investigation or interview to the middle school political teachers, the author understands the current situation of the middle school political teachers carrying out scientific research, and probes into and analyzes the problems existing in the current research activities of the middle school political teachers. With SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis and excel 2007 as the auxiliary research tool, this paper makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis on the present situation of the political teachers' scientific research in middle schools and the factors affecting their scientific research accomplishment. Finally, aiming at the problems reflected by the investigation, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the scientific research literacy of the political teachers in middle schools from four aspects: scientific research consciousness, scientific research ability, scientific research knowledge, scientific research morality and so on. It is hoped that this study can provide some useful references for the teachers of high school politics and other subjects to improve their scientific research literacy, to transform themselves into "expert" and "research-oriented" teachers, and to devote themselves to the new teaching reform of core literacy.
