中考體育加試視野下長春市初中體育教學(xué)的研究

【摘要】:素質(zhì)教育的全面推進(jìn)是我國在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展的過程中對中小學(xué)校教育提出的基本要求。從“應(yīng)試教育”到素質(zhì)教育的轉(zhuǎn)變,是對人才培養(yǎng)模式的深化改革,也是當(dāng)前基礎(chǔ)教育面對的一項(xiàng)重要任務(wù)。想要將學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為德育、智育、體育、美育全國發(fā)展的人才,就要將學(xué)校教學(xué)置于首要位置,而體育的發(fā)展要強(qiáng)化體育課上教學(xué)和課外鍛煉,促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心健康。通過體育課、體育活動、體育鍛煉等形式,達(dá)到提高體質(zhì)健康水平和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生健全人格的目標(biāo)。由此可以看出,有效的體育教學(xué)活動對提高動作技能和身體機(jī)能起著積極的作用。中考引進(jìn)體育的改革措施加快了體育中考制度的完善,突顯了體育教學(xué)在素質(zhì)教育中的重要地位。體育課程已經(jīng)上升到了和文化課程同等重要的層次。中考體育加試是落實(shí)初中體育教學(xué)工作的重要措施,是對初級中學(xué)體育教學(xué)工作效果的檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一,是加強(qiáng)體育教學(xué)的重要手段。如何在中考體育加試改革視野下促進(jìn)初中體育教學(xué),是長春市初級中學(xué)目前面臨的重要課題。本研究以中考體育加試視野下長春市初中體育教學(xué)為研究對象,分別針對長春市南關(guān)區(qū)、綠園區(qū)、寬城區(qū)、二道區(qū)、朝陽區(qū)等五個主要行政區(qū)域10所初中的1000名初中生、1000名學(xué)生家長,106名體育教師,10名學(xué)校管理人員進(jìn)行調(diào)查走訪,同時訪問專家,并作相關(guān)記錄。通過運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,從學(xué)生、家長、體育教師、學(xué)校管理人員、相關(guān)專家對中考體育加試與體育教學(xué)開展的現(xiàn)狀及趨勢的了解、反饋情況進(jìn)行分析研究,找出存在的問題和原因,并提出一些可行性建議和對策,以促進(jìn)中考體育加試視野下長春市初中體育教學(xué)體系的構(gòu)建和完善,旨在為長春市以及周邊體育教學(xué)改革工作和發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。經(jīng)研究得出結(jié)論:1.長春市初中在中考體育加試政策實(shí)施后,教學(xué)內(nèi)容多是以身體素質(zhì)練習(xí)、田徑和體操基本動作為主,完全迎合中考體育加試的考核項(xiàng)目,存在“應(yīng)試教育”的誤區(qū),偏離了體育加試全面提升學(xué)生體質(zhì)的“真諦”。2.長春市初中在體育教學(xué)過程中教學(xué)方法比較單一,學(xué)生缺乏積極主動的探索式學(xué)習(xí)。體育教學(xué)中忽視了課內(nèi)與課外體育活動的融合,它正是解決體育教師教學(xué)方法單一乏味的重要方法。3.長春市初中體育教師的男女比例不均衡;師資隊伍老齡化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,處于新老交替斷檔階段,高學(xué)歷人才較少;師資隊伍的整體狀況沒有達(dá)到日常教學(xué)需要。4.長春市初中體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容受到中考體育加試的影響,導(dǎo)致教學(xué)內(nèi)容偏離了體育教學(xué)的真諦,內(nèi)容顯得單一乏味,難以激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。學(xué)校體育教學(xué)缺乏校本教材,完全執(zhí)行課程實(shí)施方案中三大部分所占比例。5.長春市初中學(xué)校室內(nèi)體育館較少,室外體育場鋪設(shè)材質(zhì)相對落后,有限的體育場館不能滿足日常上課需要。體育教學(xué)工作因?yàn)橛布䲢l件匱乏而得不到更好地開展,導(dǎo)致教學(xué)質(zhì)量受到影響。針對中考體育加試視野下長春市初中體育教學(xué)存在的問題,提出相應(yīng)的解決對策,樹立學(xué)生終身體育意識,促進(jìn)長春市初級中學(xué)體育教學(xué)。
[Abstract]:The overall promotion of quality education is the basic requirement for primary and secondary school education in the process of national economy and social development. From the "examination oriented education" to the quality education, it is a deepening reform of the mode of talent training and a major task facing the current basic education. Sports and aesthetic education in the national development should put school teaching in the first place, and the development of sports should strengthen the teaching and extracurricular exercise in physical education and promote the physical and mental health of the students. Through physical education, sports activities and physical exercise, we can achieve the goal of improving the health level of physical health and cultivating the sound personality of the students. Effective physical education activities play an active role in improving action skills and physical functions. The introduction of sports reform measures in the middle exam has accelerated the improvement of the physical education examination system and highlighted the important position of physical education in quality education. The physical education curriculum has risen to the same level as the cultural course. The important measures to implement the junior high school physical education work is one of the test criteria for the effect of the primary school physical education, and it is an important means to strengthen the physical education. How to promote the junior high school physical education under the examination of the reform of the examination of physical education in the middle school is an important subject facing the junior high school in Changchun. Changchun city junior high school physical education as the research object, respectively Changchun City Nanguan District, Green Garden District, wide urban area, two district, Chaoyang District and other five main administrative areas 10 junior middle school students, 1000 students parents, 106 sports teachers, 10 school administrators to investigate and visit, at the same time visit experts, and make related records. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, from students, parents, physical education teachers, school administrators, the relevant experts to understand the current situation and trend of sports test and physical education in the middle test, analyze the feedback situation, find out the existing problems and reasons, and put forward some feasible methods. In order to promote the construction and improvement of the sports teaching system in Changchun junior middle school from the view of physical examination in Changchun, the purpose is to provide theoretical basis for the work and development of physical education reform in Changchun and its surrounding areas. The conclusions are as follows: after the implementation of the policy of physical examination in the Middle School of the Middle School of the Middle School of Changchun, the teaching content is mostly physical quality. To the daily teaching needs.4. Changchun junior high school physical education content is affected by the examination of physical examination, the teaching content deviates from the true meaning of physical education, the content is monotonous and difficult to stimulate students' interest in learning.
