【摘要】:縣級教師進修學(xué)校作為我國當(dāng)前和今后一段時期基層中小學(xué)教師、特別是農(nóng)村中小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)進修不可替代的機構(gòu),在完成職后補償教育提高學(xué)歷的使命后,其教師培訓(xùn)已轉(zhuǎn)到以教師全員培訓(xùn)與提高教師專業(yè)發(fā)展能力的新方向?h級教師進修學(xué)校作為中小學(xué)教師繼續(xù)教育的培訓(xùn)基地,教師終身教育的實踐陣地,教師教研活動的重要平臺,在中小學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)上應(yīng)有重要作為,但當(dāng)前許多教師進修學(xué)校辦學(xué)功能弱化,辦學(xué)條件較差,教育資源拓展利用不夠,沒有達(dá)到很好的培訓(xùn)目的。近十幾年來,國家日益重視義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展,重視義務(wù)教育資源配置,加大各類辦學(xué)條件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)力度,義務(wù)教育學(xué)校硬件設(shè)施設(shè)備基本已達(dá)標(biāo),但師資整體水平還需要很大提升。漳州市歷來重視教育,但縣級教師進修學(xué)校在辦學(xué)條件、培訓(xùn)資源等方面仍然存在很多的問題,為深入剖析教師進修學(xué)校的現(xiàn)狀,本研究特選取Z縣教師進修學(xué)校作為個案,進行深入研究。本研究在實地調(diào)研、查閱文獻、整理資料、分析數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,以漳州市縣級教師進修學(xué)校為研究面,以Z縣教師進修學(xué)校為研究點,全面掌握漳州市縣級教師進修學(xué)校教育資源現(xiàn)狀,聚焦Z縣教師進修學(xué)校發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,找出教育資源開發(fā)存在問題,提出進一步拓展和利用建議對策,為縣級教師進修學(xué)校優(yōu)化學(xué)校辦學(xué)功能提供借鑒與參考。本課題主要內(nèi)容由四部分組成。第一部分緒論主要介紹選題背景、選題意義、相關(guān)研究成果和研究方法等;第二部分以漳州市中小學(xué)教師教育資源發(fā)展概況為背景,通過實地走訪訪談、發(fā)放問卷等形式對Z縣教師進修學(xué)校辦學(xué)資源進行分析調(diào)研。第三部分通過Z縣教師進修學(xué)校個案調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)分析其存在的問題及其產(chǎn)生的原因。第四部分針對存在的問題提出教育資源拓展的對策,以期實現(xiàn)提升縣級教師進修學(xué)校辦學(xué)水平和培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量,進而提升全縣教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的目的。
[Abstract]:County-level teacher training schools are irreplaceable institutions for primary and secondary school teachers, especially rural primary and secondary school teachers, at present and for a period of time to come. After completing the mission of post-service compensatory education to improve their academic qualifications, Teacher training has been transferred to a new direction of teacher training and improving teachers' professional development ability. As a training base for teachers' continuing education in primary and secondary schools, the county level teachers' continuing education training base, the practical position of teachers' lifelong education, the important platform for teachers' teaching and research activities, and the training of teachers' professional development in primary and secondary schools should play an important role. But at present, the function of many teachers' further education schools is weakened, the condition of running a school is poor, the educational resources are not enough to expand and use, and the purpose of training is not very good. In recent years, the state has paid more and more attention to the balanced development of compulsory education, to the allocation of compulsory education resources, and to the standardization of various school conditions. The hardware facilities of compulsory education schools have basically reached the standard. But the overall level of teachers still needs to be greatly improved. Zhangzhou has always attached great importance to education, but there are still many problems in the conditions of running schools and training resources at county level. In order to deeply analyze the present situation of teacher training schools, this study selects Z County teacher training School as a case study. Carry on the thorough research. On the basis of field investigation, literature review, collation of data and analysis of data, this study takes Zhangzhou County Teachers' further Education School as the research area and Z County teacher training School as the research point. Comprehensively grasp the present situation of educational resources of teachers' further education schools at the county level in Zhangzhou, focus on the present situation of teacher education schools in Z County, find out the problems existing in the development of educational resources, and put forward some suggestions for further development and utilization. It provides reference and reference for county-level teachers' further education schools to optimize the function of running schools. The main content of this subject consists of four parts. The first part of the introduction mainly introduces the background of the topic, the significance of the topic, related research results and research methods; the second part of the Zhangzhou primary and secondary school teachers' educational resources development as the background, through field interviews, In the form of questionnaire and other forms, this paper analyzes and investigates the school resources of Z County teacher Education School. The third part analyzes the existing problems and the causes through the case investigation data of Z County teacher training School. In the fourth part, the author puts forward the countermeasures to expand the educational resources in order to improve the level of running schools and the quality of training for teachers at county level, and then to promote the professional development of teachers in the whole county.
