城鄉(xiāng)中小學信息化應用影響因素對比研究

【摘要】:教育信息化建設和應用是推進教育現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的重要標志,是擴大優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源和促進教育均衡發(fā)展的重要手段。基礎教育信息化是提高國民信息素養(yǎng)和人才競爭力的基石,是教育信息化發(fā)展的重中之重。信息化應用是教育信息化發(fā)展的核心,是實現(xiàn)教育創(chuàng)新改革的基礎。目前,信息技術在基礎教育的實際應用中存在著硬件設備使用率低,軟件資源徘徊在課堂之外等諸多問題。因此,開展信息化應用評價,關注學校硬件設備的使用效益,是突破目前教育信息化大投入、低效益,高投資,低回報難題的重要策略!翱s小基礎教育數(shù)字鴻溝,促進優(yōu)質(zhì)資源共享”是現(xiàn)階段教育信息化發(fā)展的首要任務。其中,城鄉(xiāng)教育數(shù)字鴻溝是教育信息化發(fā)展不均衡的集中體現(xiàn),且有逐漸加大的趨勢。因此,探究城鄉(xiāng)中小學在信息化應用方面的差異,尋求城鄉(xiāng)教育數(shù)字鴻溝的彌合策略具有重要的實踐和理論意義。本研究基于學校信息化宏觀發(fā)展,以應用研究為核心,對比分析了影響城鄉(xiāng)信息化各維度應用的因素差異,并提出了改善信息化應用水平的建議,對促進教育信息化均衡發(fā)展具有重要的意義。本研究首先總結(jié)梳理了教育信息化評估和影響因素研究的相關理論,從學校信息化具體應用、資源與環(huán)境、人員支持和經(jīng)費培訓四個方面開展實踐調(diào)研,為后期的分析奠定基礎。其次,針對信息化具體應用的指標變量,采用因子分析法構建了學校信息化應用水平評估模型,科學、系統(tǒng)、客觀地評估學校信息化應用發(fā)展,并以真實數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),分析了城市和農(nóng)村學校在信息化具體應用中各個指標上的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和差異。最后,運用多元回歸分析法,對比研究了學校資源與環(huán)境、人員支持、經(jīng)費與培訓對信息化應用的影響程度,提出了促進城鄉(xiāng)信息化應用發(fā)展的建議。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),信息化課堂教學應用是我國學校信息化應用的核心,學校信息化教務管理應用處于推廣應用階段,是學校信息化應用的重要組成部分,網(wǎng)絡學習平臺應用處于起步階段,是學校信息化應用的高級形式。通過影響因素分析發(fā)現(xiàn),教師是學校信息化應用的關鍵要素,數(shù)字資源是深入應用的核心內(nèi)容,在推進信息化應用的進程中,各級部門需要持續(xù)關注農(nóng)村數(shù)字環(huán)境建設,保障農(nóng)村經(jīng)費的可持續(xù)投入和相關信息化人員的支持,促進農(nóng)村學校信息化的全面應用。
[Abstract]:The construction and application of education information is an important symbol to promote the development of education modernization. It is an important means to expand the resources of high quality education and promote the balanced development of education. The informatization of basic education is the cornerstone of improving the national information literacy and the competitiveness of talents. It is the most important part of the development of education information. The application of information technology is the development of education information. The core of the exhibition is the foundation of the reform of educational innovation. At present, there are many problems in the practical application of the basic education, such as the low utilization rate of hardware and equipment, and the development of the software resources outside the classroom. Therefore, the evaluation of the application of information and the benefit of the use of the hardware and equipment of the school are to break through the great input of the present education information. The important strategy of low benefit, high investment and low return problem. "Reducing the digital gap in basic education and promoting the sharing of high quality resources" is the primary task of the development of education informationization at the present stage. Among them, the urban and rural educational digital divide is the concentrated embodiment of the unbalanced development of education information and the trend of increasing. Therefore, the study of urban and rural primary and secondary schools is a study. It is of great practical and theoretical significance to seek the gap between urban and rural education digital divide in the application of information technology. Based on the macro development of school informatization, this research is based on the application research, and compares the factors that affect the application of each dimension of urban and rural informatization, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the application level of information technology. It is of great significance to promote the balanced development of education information. Firstly, this study summarizes the related theories of the evaluation of education information and the research of influencing factors, and carries out practical research from four aspects of the specific application of school information, resources and environment, personnel support and funding training, which lays the foundation for the later analysis. Secondly, the letter is aimed at the letter By means of factor analysis, the evaluation model of the application level of school information is constructed by means of factor analysis. Scientific, systematic and objective evaluation of the application and development of school information is made. Based on the real data, the development status and differences of each index in the information specific application of urban and rural schools are analyzed. Finally, the application of this model is analyzed. Multiple regression analysis is used to compare the influence degree of school resources and environment, personnel support, funds and training on the application of information technology, and put forward suggestions to promote the application and development of urban and rural informatization. It is found that the application of information-based classroom teaching is the core of the application of information in schools in our country, and the application of educational administration management in school information is popularized. The application stage is an important part of the application of the school information. The application of the network learning platform is in the beginning stage. It is the advanced form of the application of the school information. Through the analysis of the influence factors, the teacher is the key element of the application of the school information. The digital resource is the core content to be used in depth and in the process of promoting the application of information. Departments at all levels need to continue to pay attention to the construction of rural digital environment, ensure the sustainable investment of rural funds and the support of relevant information personnel, and promote the comprehensive application of rural school information.
