【摘要】:作為中學(xué)生德育的一個(gè)重要方法,榜樣教育對(duì)促進(jìn)青少年健康成長(zhǎng)有重要價(jià)值。榜樣教育能夠引領(lǐng)青少年樹(shù)立正確的價(jià)值取向,促進(jìn)他們養(yǎng)成優(yōu)良的道德品質(zhì),思想更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)化,幫助他們養(yǎng)成良好的行為習(xí)慣。在實(shí)踐過(guò)程中,中學(xué)思想政治教學(xué)中運(yùn)用榜樣教育有助于提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,幫助學(xué)生消化吸收所得知識(shí),但也存在著很多問(wèn)題。本課題主要包括四部分,分別為緒論、第一章、第二章以及第三章。第一部分是緒論,主要包括:問(wèn)題的提出、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、相關(guān)概念界定以及研究方法等。緒論是整篇文章研究的基礎(chǔ)和前提。在這一部分中,首先介紹了這個(gè)問(wèn)題提出的背景。隨著新課改進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),我國(guó)的中學(xué)思想政治教育已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)將學(xué)生德育作為教學(xué)主要目標(biāo)的階段。對(duì)于中學(xué)生而言,正處于需要外界助力來(lái)引導(dǎo)他們建立正確人生觀、世界觀和價(jià)值觀的重要時(shí)期,如何處理好這個(gè)時(shí)期青少的心理健康發(fā)展尤為重要。在中學(xué)教學(xué)體系中,榜樣教育占據(jù)著德育的重要部分,但在實(shí)際教學(xué)過(guò)程中,榜樣教育還存在多種問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致了榜樣教育作用的低下。因此,發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決這些問(wèn)題,就成為了當(dāng)務(wù)之急。第二部分是榜樣教育在中學(xué)思想政治教學(xué)中存在的問(wèn)題分析。筆者研讀了最近幾年關(guān)于榜樣教育在中學(xué)思想政治教學(xué)中運(yùn)用的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),通過(guò)閱讀文獻(xiàn)和實(shí)地考察,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)今中學(xué)榜樣教育普遍存在以下問(wèn)題:一、學(xué)校榜樣教育缺乏持續(xù)性;二、教師榜樣教學(xué)手段單一;三、學(xué)生對(duì)榜樣教育信念動(dòng)搖;四、教材案例更新完善不及時(shí)。第三部分主要包括第二章的內(nèi)容。在這一章中,通過(guò)對(duì)榜樣教育在中學(xué)思想政治教學(xué)中的運(yùn)用過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合當(dāng)今中學(xué)思想政治教學(xué)及社會(huì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,具體分析出了榜樣教育存在問(wèn)題的原因。第四部分主要包括第三章。結(jié)合了當(dāng)今一些教育學(xué)家對(duì)榜樣教育的理解和筆者自身的一些感悟。提出了幾條改善榜樣教育在中學(xué)思想政治教學(xué)中應(yīng)用的方法和措施。
[Abstract]:As an important method of moral education of middle school students, example education is of great value to promote the healthy growth of teenagers. Example education can lead young people to set up correct value orientation, promote them to develop good moral quality, realize socialization of thought better, and help them to form good behavior habits. In the course of practice, the application of example education in the ideological and political teaching in middle school helps to improve the teaching quality and help students digest and absorb the knowledge, but there are many problems. This topic mainly includes four parts, namely introduction, chapter one, chapter two and chapter three. The first part is the introduction, which mainly includes: the raising of the question, the present situation and development trend of the research at home and abroad, the definition of the related concepts and the research methods and so on. Introduction is the foundation and premise of the whole article. In this part, we first introduce the background of this problem. With the development of the new curriculum reform, the ideological and political education in middle schools in our country has entered a stage of taking moral education of students as the main goal of teaching. For middle school students, they are in an important period that needs outside help to guide them to establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook and values, how to deal with this period of young people's mental health development is particularly important. In the middle school teaching system, example education occupies an important part of moral education, but in the actual teaching process, there are still many problems in example education, which leads to the low role of role model education. Therefore, it is urgent to find and solve these problems. The second part is the example education in the middle school ideological and political teaching problems. The author has studied the relevant literature about the application of role model education in the ideological and political teaching of middle school in recent years. Through reading the literature and investigating on the spot, it is found that there are the following problems in the model education of middle school nowadays: 1. The school example education lacks the sustainability; second, the teacher example teaching method is single; third, the student vacillates to the example education faith; fourth, the teaching material case updates the consummation is not timely. The third part mainly includes the content of the second chapter. In this chapter, by analyzing the problems existing in the application of the role model education in the middle school ideological and political teaching, combining with the present situation of the ideological and political teaching and social development in the middle school, The reasons for the problems in the model education are analyzed in detail. The fourth part mainly includes the third chapter. Combined with some educators' understanding of role model education and the author's own understanding. This paper puts forward several methods and measures to improve the application of example education in the ideological and political teaching in middle schools.
