基于“排球進(jìn)校園”,對(duì)荊州沙市區(qū)中小學(xué)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:2012年倫敦奧運(yùn)會(huì)上,我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)健兒爭(zhēng)金奪銀,為祖國(guó)爭(zhēng)得榮譽(yù)。與之相比,我國(guó)的三大球獎(jiǎng)牌卻顆粒無收,而三大球?qū)嵙Φ膹?qiáng)弱,被世界公認(rèn)為是體育強(qiáng)國(guó)的硬性指標(biāo)。倫敦奧運(yùn)會(huì)之后,我國(guó)提出了要“從體育大國(guó)向體育強(qiáng)國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)變”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),正是在這種戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的大背景下,“振興三大球”被提上了議事日程。青少年是祖國(guó)的未來,校園是實(shí)現(xiàn)“振興三大球”的一塊重要陣地。中國(guó)女排在2015年的女排世界杯大獎(jiǎng)賽中再次獲得世界冠軍,全國(guó)人民為之感到自豪。這種正能量對(duì)排球進(jìn)校園活動(dòng)的深入產(chǎn)生了很大的影響。2015年10月,成都市啟動(dòng)“排球進(jìn)校園”的活動(dòng),為“振新三大球”做出了榜樣。湖北曾是排球大省,在20世紀(jì)曾取得過全國(guó)甲級(jí)比賽前三名的輝煌戰(zhàn)績(jī),也為國(guó)家隊(duì)輸送過多名優(yōu)秀的運(yùn)動(dòng)員。因?yàn)槎喾N原因,湖北省的排球運(yùn)動(dòng)遠(yuǎn)不如從前。荊州位于湖北省中部偏南,先后有34代帝王在此建都。荊州地理位置非常重要,歷史上“劉備借荊州”、“關(guān)羽大意失荊州”等膾炙人口的三國(guó)故事都發(fā)生在這里。荊州是作者的故鄉(xiāng),想通過對(duì)荊州市沙市區(qū)中小學(xué)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)開展現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與分析,找出影響沙市區(qū)中小學(xué)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的因素,從而推動(dòng)沙市區(qū)中小學(xué)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的蓬勃發(fā)展。本文主要運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法從課堂教學(xué)、課外訓(xùn)練、師資力量以及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的態(tài)度四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。研究結(jié)果表明:第一、荊州市沙市區(qū)中小學(xué)排球課開展情況較差,排球課課時(shí)安排較少,教學(xué)方法和練習(xí)手段都很單一。第二、排球場(chǎng)地器材在數(shù)量上還不能滿足學(xué)校排球教學(xué)和開展排球活動(dòng)的需求。第三、缺乏體育教師特別是排球教師,教師參加排球?qū)W習(xí)和培訓(xùn)的次數(shù)太少。第四、地方相關(guān)部門和學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)排球教學(xué)和開展排球活動(dòng)的重視程度不夠。第五、學(xué)生對(duì)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的了解不夠,了解途徑狹窄,參與排球活動(dòng)少。第六、學(xué)校排球氛圍不好,課外活動(dòng)中學(xué)生較少參加排球運(yùn)動(dòng),加上學(xué)校較少組織排球比賽,學(xué)生對(duì)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的興趣較低。
[Abstract]:In 2012 London Olympic Games, our country athlete competes for gold and silver, wins the honor for the motherland. By contrast, our country's three big ball medals have failed to win, and the strength of the three big balls has been recognized as the rigid index of the sports powerful country in the world. After the London Olympic Games, our country put forward the strategic goal of "changing from a sports power to a sports power". It is under the background of this strategic goal that "revitalizing the three big balls" has been put on the agenda. Teenagers are the future of the motherland, and the campus is an important position to realize the "three big balls of rejuvenation". The Chinese women's volleyball team won the world championship again in the 2015 Women's Volleyball World Cup Grand Prix, and the nation is proud of it. This kind of positive energy has a great influence on the deepening of volleyball entering campus activities. In October 2015, Chengdu launched the "Volleyball into Campus" activity, which set an example for "Zhenxin three big balls". Hubei was once a big volleyball province. In the 20 ~ (th) century, Hubei made the top three of the national first division competitions and sent many excellent athletes to the national team. For a variety of reasons, volleyball in Hubei Province is far from what it used to be. Jingzhou is located in central Hubei Province south-south, there have 34 generations of emperors in this capital. The geographical location of Jingzhou is very important. In history, "Liu Bei borrowed Jingzhou", "Guan Yu lost Jingzhou" and other popular three Kingdoms stories took place here. Jingzhou is the hometown of the author. Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of volleyball in primary and middle schools in Shacheng City, the author tries to find out the factors that affect the development of volleyball in primary and middle schools in Shacheng, and thus to promote the vigorous development of volleyball in primary and middle schools. This paper mainly uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis to investigate and research from four aspects: classroom teaching, extracurricular training, teachers' strength and the attitude of leaders. The results show that: firstly, the volleyball class in primary and secondary schools in Shacheng District of Jingzhou City is poor, the teaching method and practice method are very single. Second, the quantity of volleyball equipment can not meet the needs of volleyball teaching and volleyball activities. Third, lack of physical education teachers, especially volleyball teachers, teachers participate in volleyball learning and training too few times. Fourth, local authorities and school leaders pay less attention to volleyball teaching and volleyball activities. Fifth, students' understanding of volleyball is not enough, the way of understanding is narrow, and the participation of volleyball is less. Sixth, the school volleyball atmosphere is not good, extracurricular activities students participate in volleyball less, plus the school less organized volleyball games, students' interest in volleyball is lower.
